When you think the word 'psychic' let it transfer to 'awareness'. These entries have everything that you need to develop your sensitivities, manifest what you desire and 'see' how a psychic channels's mind works. As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Bookmark this blog, grab your journal and expect magick to enter every aspect of your life.

What is this Blog all About?



I tried for months to figure out what to put in this blog and came up with... well, nothing. I'm a journaler so I have more than enough material but it doesn't teach; it doesn't help you [the reader] shift in consciousness. Those journal entries help me and I am here to help you ~ so herein lies my dilemma.

So...

I'll start [this section] by saying (letting you know) that I'm a teacher by nature.  And, writing about what I ate does not fulfill me like writing an exercise for you to try or explaining something about the mind. What is interesting is what I learned today, yesterday, this week... What my clients have taught me and the questions they have asked.

And, now this blog has evolved (before it started, really) into a weekly class, so to speak, about the mind, higher consciousness, emotions, Nature, Spirit, ghosts, hypnosis, meditation, channeling, psychic readings, my readings, [your] body, past lives, future lives, in-between lives, this life, destiny, fate, programs, blocks, psychic abilities and how to develop them, animal communication, The Other Side and The Other Worlds/Planes of Existence, Akashic records, Spirit Guides, listening to your Higher Self and on and on and on. (That was, really, just off the top of my head.)

If you choose to stick around, follow the directions and do the exercises... You'll transform life into thinking, breathing living 'in' Spirit. Yes, it will help you fix those old patterns and sabotaging habits, manifest what you want and you'll become more in-tune with your Higher Self (and more psychic than you ever imagined you could be) and change your world into a life you only see in your dreams.





Now, since I started this blog thinking that I'd be writing about what I do everyday. I realized that, it is actually, pretty boring but I get asked all of the time, so I'll answer the question here ~ but, again, I'm warning you, it's a bit dull. ❤ 


The best way for me to do this is to 'give' you my schedule. 


Typical Work Day

6 am  hypnosis tape (yep, I make them for myself, too)
6:50  meditation
8:15  yoga
journal, breakfast, stretch my voice, get my head (mind) and body ready for the day
10:30  2nd breakfast, work (phone, in the office, or computer/writing)
(Late) Lunch~ 1/2 hr yoga, lunch, 1/2-1 hour meditation
~Back to work
7 pm  workout
8  dinner, journal, manifesting, channeling, (self stuff)
9  [all] computer stuff
11:30  late dinner, make downloads, read or continue computer stuff
12:30/1:00 am  yoga  ~ it varies from a 30-60 min practice depending on the day, how I'm feeling and what I need(ed) to get done
1:30  journal, get ready for bed
2/2:30  hypnosis tape


My days off include the classes I'm taking, things I'm learning and studying; longer, deeper yoga and meditation [practice] time and depending on the season, the physical hobbies and sports I enjoy. I still get up at the same time in the morning and end the day with reading, journaling, yoga and a hypnosis tape. And, I usually throw in a few hours of download-making time and writing. And, if I'm really lucky, I'll get through more than one book that weekend.

Living your Life Lightly ~ Part 2

Living Lightly is, simply, thinking Spiritually; all the time ~ about everything. It's finding the magic in every moment and living life with a constant sense of wonder and amazement. It's paying attention to all the synchronicities in your life and that they have special meanings for you. They could be guiding and directing you or answering a question you have been asking. Living Lightly is knowing that every coincidence is much more than that.

It's about being in the present moment and enjoying it. There is immense security and peace in the stillness of Self, flowing with life and knowing that you have a destiny, a Divine Purpose. That you are always taken care of (even if you/we cannot see it in the moment) and that everything in your life is happening for a reason. 
If you haven't gotten the downloads recommended in the last newsletter, get them here. If you have them, be sure to listen to them/one of them everyday. If you can't commit to a daily routine, do them as consistently as possible and as often as possible. 
Seriously. The difference in your life will astound you.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, remind yourself, you are training yourself to live. Lifestyle changes last and they slowly and easily seem to just take over and before you know it, you're living the life that used to be a goal. It's a lovely, flowing process. I stress the downloads a lot because this is the part they they help with. They help you make the changes you want without any struggle or 'too' much effort. It shouldn't be so difficult that you quit, it should be so invigorating that you don't want to stop and so amazing and wonderful that you cannot imagine your life any other way. 


How you 'achieve' this way of  thinking and state of being? It's simple, really. Focus on the connection you have with your Higher Self. Everyone's purpose is different. Everyone is learning different lessons. Everyone has inner thoughts that drive them, make decisions for them and everyone has reasons for doing what they are doing. You may understand why someone does what they do or their words and behavior can completely baffle you.  Your job is to focus on your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The goal (eventually) is to be in alignment with your Higher Self. If you want to know something about someone or a situation, ask your Higher Self to bring you the answer. If you are unsure of how to handle a situation, ask your Higher Self what is the best course of action or the 'right' words to use.
 Always, always ask your Higher Self. 

One of the necessities of a clear connection with your Higher Self is to get negative or heavy thoughts out of your head.  You should also revamp your thinking. In order to live a Spiritual Life you must be aware of Spiritual thoughts and messages. If your mind is always else where, how can you be present and hear the messages that your Higher Self brings you? (Don't fret, there will be many, many entries on how to do this and plenty of exercises to keep you busy!)

A great way to get your 'head right' is to continually remind yourself to have light thoughts. Affirmations are a fabulous way to do it. You can write your own, make them on your  computer or just write them on sticky notes and post them everywhere you go or places that you look all the time. You can even post them on things that you use. You'll have to 'see' them before you get your coffee in the morning, brush your teeth at night or before you can turn the radio on in your car on the way to work.

Living Lightly Affirmation Images eBook

 A great habit to get into is to write down (or put it in your phone or tablet) when you have an Ah-Ha moment, a psychic 'hit' or a spiritual experience. You can be detailed or it can be just a few words to remind you of that moment. You do not have to be a huge journaler to have this work for your benefit. You're telling your subconscious mind that these 'things' are important to you, your subconscious mind, in turn, will bring you more. You'll begin to become more aware of the amazing things that are being brought into your life everyday. Living your Life Lightly


Living your Life Lightly is being and staying in a state of peace, clarity and connection. It's focusing on your Light and the Light in others.  

Let me clarify something: taking things lightly doesn't negate the seriousness of an issue or mean that you should not be sympathetic/empathetic to someone or towards a situation. Taking things lightly is much deeper and profound than that. It's that moment of realization that everything is O.K.; that things happen for a reason (even if you/we don't understand it at the time); and that life goes on. It maybe different now, but it still keeps going. Taking things lightly is that internal... eternal knowing that each and every person is powerful beyond comprehension. That in every situation, they have guidance and protection. When you focus on that knowing~you are in a more peaceful and trusting place. Your mind is calmer and your first thoughts are not defensive or judgmental. And, if they are, you can train yourself out of that type of thinking. The world is not against anyone. There is a Divine flow... We can either flow with life or we can fight against it. The choice is ours, in each and every situation, with each and every interaction with everyone we come in contact with ~ everyday.

If you want to be calmer and happier~ live your life lightly.
If you want a clearer connection with Spirit~ live your life lightly.
If you want a better relationship with those around you~ live your life lightly.
If you want to understand your emotions~ live your life lightly.
If you want to know your body and what it needs~ live your life lightly.
If you want to develop your intuition~ live your life lightly.
If you want to ... you fill in the blank and ~ live your life lightly.

How can you life a satisfying, happy, healthy, loving life if everything is upsetting and heavy? How can you change and move forward if everything is awful or stressful?
How can you be comfortable if you're always feeling powerless, worrying about everyone and thinking about everything that can go wrong? 

If you're not quite sure what I'm talking about or think this is ludicrous, start somewhere else. Look online or go to the library and start looking into positive thinking stuff or you may find you're drawn to a certain school of thought or religion. You may find this path is not for you or that this is exactly what you've been searching for. It's all about choices and listening to yourself, your Higher Self and discovering your [own] power.

What's the big deal about Meditating?



Why does everyone tell me to Meditate?!!! 
What does that have to do with anything?!!!
How can your hear [your] Spirit if you cannot calm your mind or your body?
How could you possible tell the difference from your body's thoughts, wants and needs or your emotional self trying to get you to notice it from what your Higher Self is trying to guide you to? How would you be able to filter your inner child thoughts from old programming or the voice of a parent? How would you be able to tell the difference between a past life thought and a thought a spirit attachment is giving you? Simple... You can't. Period. Many people will [try] to argue this point with me. They'll say they know... My response, "How, exactly, do you know?" ~ If you cannot describe the different vibrations of each one of these parts of you, the you simply do not know. And, by the way, it always feels like a knowing thought... Why? Because that part of you does know that it is saying it or prompting you to do. It is the one doing it! ~ You just don't know which part that is. 
Don't worry, if what you just read was overwhelming or confusing, or if you thinks it's a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, keep following this blog. I'll get to all of it eventually. I'll teach you how to discern all of the thoughts that bubble up in your head and the emotions you feel in your body. We'll even get around to how all those parts of you are always communicating with you and how to interpret their messages. It may seem like a lot or a long haul, but if you stick with it, it will be the most exciting journey you've ever embarked on.

Back to Meditation... There are SO many styles and ways to do it. And, so many wonderful paths to follow. Start researching, reading and trying as many different techniques as you can. (You want to find what fits you best ~ if you are already a master~ try something new.) Ask around, you may be pleasantly surprised with how many people enjoy a regular meditative practice and how many classes and groups there are locally. Everyone is different and everyone needs something different, try all types. You may find you adore a Chinese Walking Meditation even though you don't like to walk or that a mantra fits you perfectly when you didn't think you could stay focused or don't even know that language! They [meditations practices] all take training and disciple but when you find what suits you, it won't feel like work or a challenge, it will feel like... well, bliss. 

O.K. You need to learn how to relax your mind and your body. Period. You can't expect to be a clear channel for Spirit if your mind is going a mile a minute. How could you possibly let anything in? And how can you calm your mind if your body is uncomfortable, rigid or all balled up with stress and tension?

The goal~ you should be able to close your eyes, whisper one or two words to yourself and slip into that state of bliss, 'deep' state of meditation. If you can't, you haven't mastered it yet (or you could be having an off day, it's life. It happens. lol) ... keep trying. And, if you can, (yay!) keep doing it. 



Relax your Body 
Learn How to Relax (focuses on your body)This download teaches you how to relax. This is perfect for anyone who has a hard time relaxing their body, quieting their mind or feeling calm inside. You'll lean how to release stress and tension from your muscles, clear your mind and count yourself down into a relaxed state or into sleep. They are inexpensive (and they are awesome) ~ if you listen to them, you'll just 'do' it. They work for the advanced practitioner and for someone who has never been able to sit still for more that 5 minutes. And, if you're a daily meditator, you can slip it in anywhere. you do not have to subscribe to a specific school of thought or religion and the downloads will not step on anyone's toes. They are a compliment to any practice  any person in any situation or circumstance in their life. (The majority of the downloads are between 25-40 minutes, if they are shorter or longer, it will list it in the description.)

Oh... Are you worried about what someone is going to put in your head or that it won't work or that you can't do it? ... I made this download for just such an occasion! The 4th of July is a celebration of our independence, those that have fought for it and our great and deep appreciation of all the service men and women that have served to keep her free. We honor our Forefathers and remember and enjoy our freedoms. We celebrate the 4th of July with fireworks, parties and parades. We spend it with our family and friends. We look forward to it all year long. It's America's Birthday.




Thought for the Day and Evening

Use today (this evening) to think about and meditate on what sacrifices are made to claim and create independence and freedom. You may want to think about it on a large scale (a country) or on a smaller, more personal scale. Spend time in appreciation of what others have done to pave the way for you in your life and revel in gratitude.



Writing Exercises

~ Take some time to define what  independence and freedom mean to you (as a definition) and in your life. You need to know how you think and feel about something if you want to create more of it, get rid of it or change it. (The first step is always knowing how you feel and think about something.) Being clear about independence and freedom in yourself and your life increases your ability to bring what you want into fruition and eliminate what you don't.
~ A wonderful exercise is to make a list to remind you of all of the freedoms you enjoy in your life. You could list your possibilities, your dreams, your hopes. Be as detailed as you like. Take as much time as you are comfortable with. 
~ A wish list would be a fabulous exercise for today.
~ If there's something you want to be free of ~ today is a great day to contemplate it.
~ If you have a journal, use today as an entry focusing on independence. You could take any angle that you'd like; what you have, what you'd like to have or what you wished you have. 



Contemplation Exercise before Bed

Before going to sleep tonight, spend a few minutes to review everything that you are grateful for in your life. Think about your choices and the joy that you have choices in your life. Even the smallest choice can be a huge gift. Where ever you find yourself in the world, whatever state you find yourself in life ~ feel the deep connection to Spirit that you have and the miraculous feeling of free will. You always have more options than you realize. Use today to tune into that Higher Part of you, feel  the connection you have with the past and the hope that moves you into the future. Every moment, each thought ~ every day is a new day. Every new day brings gifts of opportunity.
