Psychic Development: Daily Journal



Congratulations! You've done a great job and have done a ton of work on yourself. Woo-Hoo!!! Now, we're moving into making everything that you've learned so far second nature. You've been creating a solid routine (getting into the habit) of working with/paying attention to yourself and this week you're going to concrete it into your mind. 


This week is all about you and how you want to live your life. It's about what makes you happy. Listen to downloads that make you feel good. If you 'know' the ones you've been listening to, it's time to add something new to the mix. Again, pick something you like, you could even listen to something fun! 

The most important thing for you to focus on this week is keeping all the things up that you have started while adding in a daily journal session. Your journal entries (this is what your daily journal is for ~click here if you need more information) can
be as long or as short as you wish. The key this week is to write everyday. If the exercise Journaling to Create What You Want worked well for you, you can do that again or try something different. The point is getting into the habit (and enjoying it!) and making it part of your regular routine. This should fit into your life easily. If it's not, keep working at it. You'll find your perfect schedule. 


Here's some ideas for you. You can do the same type of session everyday or you can change it with your mood. The key? Do it everyday. If you already have a technique that works for you, do that. This is a great time to experiment with a variety of journaling practices.

Because you don't have any new (regular) journal entry homework this week, you may want
to clean up your journal (from all of the homework so far) and organize it. Now, you know
how to get answers from yourself and how you like to do it. This week is a great time to go through what you've done so far and get any unanswered questions, answered.

Meditation Assignment:
All of your Meditation Assignments are for you to get to know you. It's your responsibility to keep up with what you asked yourself last week. You can continue to ask the same types of questions, build on the last session or start something completely new. It's up to you. If you're still working on ______, then keep at it! 

~*~Tune into your Higher Self:
Try this technique 3 times this week and document it in your meditation journal. (If you're comfortable, you can start to increase your meditation time. The easiest way is to increase it in 5 minute increments. Whatever you increase it to, sit for that amount of time, every time. (Once you get into the hours, you can tailor your sessions with a variety of chunks of time. Until then, work up to 60 minutes by adding just 5-10 minutes a week.)

~*~The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique:
Do this technique 3x this week and write about your experiences in your Meditation Journal. 

Writing Assignments: 
This is different than your daily entries. This is something you should be doing weekly. You could be spending 3 minutes to an hour on this. It's up to you. This section is to be sure that you stay on track and that you get the most out of this class. So, keep reviewing, rewriting, scratching goals off the list and create new ones and, of course, keep congratulating yourself!

 Journal! Keeping a record of your experiences and thoughts is priceless. Sometimes we forget why we made the choices we did or how we came to the conclusions. Those amazing Ah-ha moments may slip from our minds or our dreams may fade throughout the day~ journaling keeps them alive and accessible [to our conscious minds/selves]. You can start simple, once a week is great. You can write only when you get the inspiration or when you wake up from a vivid dream. Journaling is a very simple commitment you make to yourself saying, "I want to know what the inner levels of me are saying, thinking, feeling..." A journal can be anything from a spiral bound notebook to an application you have on your phone. You want to use whatever you feel comfortable with. Make it something convenient, personal and special. If you worry about other people reading it, get a small one that you keep on you at all times or have a lock on your phone or on that file in your computer. Psychic Development: Journal!


One of the most important things you can (ever) do for yourself is to learn (know) how to hear yourself. When I'm referring to you and your relationship with yourself, I'm talking about you and ALL of your inner levels. In other words, everything that makes up who you are. (You have to know all parts of you. Ignoring or pretending you do not feel this way or that way only hurts you and stops your growth.) The hearing that I am referring to is more than just listening to yourself, it is understanding the messages that you are receiving. When you read or hear, "What does your body say?" or "What does your body want?", those questions are the end result of what you have gotten from your meditations, journaling, all of the downloads and workbook exercises. The answer comes from introspection, analyzing and opening to the subtle signs and symptoms your body is constantly giving you. Hearing yourself...Is understanding [that part] of yourself [at that moment]. 

Journaling is all about getting to know yourself. It is about being your own best friend, your very best support system and your tireless cheerleader. (If you need help with any of these things, there are a plethora of downloads that can help you in the Body, Mind & Soul Store, free affirmation eBooks and a YouTube Channel with a PlayList of Affirmations. The more good, life affirming stuff you can fit in your head, the better.) 
The ways and reasons that you can journal are unending. You'll find your journaling time will grow, become easier and eventually take on a life of its own. If you're interested in automatic writing and channeling, pay very close attention to this class. You may want to retake it (in a few weeks it will be available through Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com as an online and email eCourse) with the goals of channeling, Higher Self, contacting The Other Side, astral travel and/or automatic writing.  Journaling is an invaluable resource when you're developing any type of  psychic ability.

Keep doing what you're doing. Get to know your body even better. Listen to the Taking Care of Your Body and Delicate Conscience downloads to make every [body] thing automatic. Your download routine should be second nature by now. As we add in new techniques, keep checking and revising your schedule to fit your lifestyle and goals. (Change them as you need to. It's easier if you do it as you go rather than having to break and reestablish a new habit and routine later on.)
After the class is over, you'll be able to decide how much time and energy you need and where you want to spend it to achieve your goals. This course and your scheduling is different. You're learning how to work with your body and your mind (inner levels) to find, try and set in place a schedule (routine) that creates stability, comfort and security into every aspect of your life. 


Journaling to Create What You Want
You're already doing it. You're already in the habit. Now, you're going to start using your
journal entries to create your day. One day at a time is a great way to start. You can
download or screen shot the instructions. (If you end up doing the email class, you'll get the jpeg in your course materials.) You'll need this exercise to get you ready for next week.  Homework: Do this journaling exercise 3x this week. Be sure to document what happened that day! ;) And, in celebrating your manifestations happening, you're reinforcing 'it' that 'this' is what you want to keep happening. You're saying, "Yay! It Works! Do it, again, Subconscious Mind! It Works! Yay!" Even the simplest things matter. Every time you create what you want (it's about awareness) you should be jumping up and down for joy. Be super stoked that you did it. And, really, it was ALL parts of you that were in alignment and voila! Poof. The magic just happened (your manifestation materialized). Really, it doesn't get much better than that.

c. Ask (request) that you get to know your body better. (Build on what you learned last week.) This will be different for everyone. Taking Care of Your Body


Whew! Good job! That's a lot of new 'stuff' in one week! We'll take the next couple weeks slower. It is imperative that you set the habit of the two meditation techniques you just learned into your life. You're programming (and training) yourself to go to yourself first. You're teaching yourself to ask you [anything and everything].

Taking Care of Your Body is so very important. Remember, Spirit can only work through you, as healthy as your brain is. In other words, Spirit [your channeling and connecting abilities] are limited to the health of your brain.  (Start thinking about a healthy lifestyle and what that means to you.)

Your body has its own consciousness and its own personality. Your [animal] body thinks, feels, makes decisions and judgments. Your body is bound to [we all are] Nature's Laws and is very aware of them all of the time. Your body is also bound to you. It 'has' to listen to you. It's your subconscious mind's job to carry out the decisions you [your conscious mind] makes. So, even if your body does not like the instructions you are giving it, it still has to do it. (We'll talk more about this as we go.) Read more about the Mind here. Challenges can arise from conflicting feelings, beliefs and programs. (Indecision [from your earlier classes] would fit in here.)  This would be a great time to think about (and change) any conflicting programs and/or wants/desires. Look through the Blackboard Section for anything that fits you. You can never erase too many negative anythings. Since we're working on your body, now would be a superb time to focus on staying young. There's three downloads that go with the Staying Young Set (1 blackboard, 1 guided meditation, 1 short hypnosis download to program you everyday) and are all sold separately. They are listed 'with' each other so, be sure, to read the description of each one. Remember to get the one(s) to erase any negative programming, self defeating thoughts and any doubts that have to do with your body and anything you're working on.)


This week is easy ;) It's about you and your body. That's it. Listen to the download I Take Care of My Body at least once this week. 1/2 of your download time should be dedicate to something about your body. You can do anything from sleeping better to loosing weight or quitting smoking. It's completely up to you; just do it.  The goal: Enjoy it!

Notes & More Notes!
Start documenting everything BODY! This does not have to be perfect (It is recommended that you get a separate journal for all of your body stuff. Click here to peruse our selections.)
The more detailed that you can be, the better. Here are some ideas. Pick at least 5 things and keep track of all those unconscious things you do. (You'll use all the data next class, so, think of this as just gathering information for yourself. The more information that you have, the better able you are going to be to make good choices for yourself that you'll be able to smoothly integrate them into every aspect of your life. The easier we make this, the more chance that everything will stick.) 


With Every Entry: (You're documenting what you're doing on that day. Do not try to do anything special for this exercise. All you need to do is keep track of 5 things on the list. You can come up with your own list, too. Document and observe 5 different habits, behaviors, etc. Include the Date and Time with each entry. 
diet- regular
diet- eating out
sleeping schedule
snacks
ups (energy and mood)
downs (energy and mood)
exercise
lethargy, too tired, drained/exhausted
outside time
playtime
want more time with people/company
want less time with people/company
hydrated/dehydrated
stress/things that trigger you
meditation time (label the different types)

Writing Assignments: 
This is going to start looking the same. Stop yourself from the temptation of skimming over what you think you already know or what you think you have already read or done the homework. If something is repeated, rest assured, it is done purposely. 
Every week, the same thing. Yes. You're training your mind. You are creating habits. You're making yourself responsible for your thoughts, feelings, your well-being and your health; in all aspects of your life. If you stick to it now, you'll never have to do this again. (Note: Unless you train yourself out of the routines that you are creating now.) 
Plan on checking, reading over, making notes and/or fine tuning your goals every week. 
Once you're done with this eCourse, you can continue to revise and revisit your goals and turn them into anything that you like! 

  1. Review your Goals.

  3. Review your eCourse Goals. 
  4. Follow your Schedule this week.
  5. At the end of the week: Review your schedule and if it needs it: Write out your (new) Schedule.  (The meditations should be added in, now. Both Meditation techniques: 3x each.)
  6. Make notes next to each Goal: Now it's important to keep checking and to be sure everything is still supporting and complimenting each other.

In other words, choose the gender that you want to change your relationship patterns with.) And, if you already have some of the downloads in the set, no problem. Main Hypnosis & Meditation Store: This download store has a variety of downloads that help you sleep, start and end your day [the way you want to feel] and downloads to take a time-out or just to get away. A great download for your body: If you have dogs, get the Walk Your Dog! download. It gets you outside, tunes you into your pet and your body and keeps you present. Another recommended download is Healing Waters. You can use this guided meditation anytime you want (or need) and healing, soothing energy in/for your mind, body and emotions. You can pick which 'thing' you want to work on that day. Every time you listen to the download, you can get in touch with the part of you that needs the attention.

Workbook Entries: 
Now, you've gotten into the hang of doing this every week. Good Job! This week you can do any two downloads [in your workbook] that you like. Pick one hypnosis download and one meditation download.

Journal Entries: 
1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after looking over your list exercise or after the last class.
2. Write out your plan for this coming week. 
3.  Jot down the things you've discovered about the relationship patters and/or the people that are 'reoccurring' in your life. And, what you're going to do about it. 
4.  Write out the answers that you received from last week's Meditating Ideas List and analyze them.
5. Write out a list of Meditation questions for this week. (They can be about anything you're curious about or would like more information on or something as simple as a yes or no question about your life.)
6. Journal about your answers: what they are, how you received them, how you felt, how long it took you to get the answers, etc.

 Take care of your body! A balanced body is a healthy body. How well do you know your body? Do you listen to it? I mean really listen to it? Your body will tell you the best diet and exercise program, how many hours of sleep you [it] need(s), and even how to heal itself. You body knows what it needs. Take this free health analyzer test. It will take about ten minutes. You can do it every couple of weeks to 'see' how you are doing. Bringing your body into balance and thinking/saying nice things to it is the kindest most supportive thing you can do for it. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, getting deep restful sleep, exercising and taking vitamins, minerals and herbs shows that you care about it. A loved body is a happy body. Psychic Development: Meditate!


Everyone meditates differently. Where ever you go, whomever you study under, whichever book or class you choose, there will be different instructions and types of meditations for you to try. Try as many types as you can get your hands on (or your mind in!) because you want to find what works best for you naturally. Today you'll be learning 2 types [from me]. From the rest of the time you study with [me] Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com, every time you read or hear the phrase, "Ask Yourself." or "Meditate on That.", the Ask Yourself/Meditate on That technique is what's being referred to. When you read or hear the phrase, 'Tune into your Higher Self', it's referencing the Higher Self Tune-In Meditation.
Continue your own practice of meditation. Add these into your life as ways to: 
Get Answers, Guidance and Direction from your Higher Self and to Raise your Vibration.

Warning: These meditation that are described below are NOT for connecting with or talking to Spirits, Angels, Spirit guides, People on The Other Side, Aliens, Animal Totems, Past Lives, Saints, ghosts, Spirit Attachments, Beings from any world-anywhere, etc. These are ONLY for connecting with your Higher Self and having your Higher Self Guide you into the your inner levels of your mind. 2. Say Exactly what is written in your instructions: Every single time. (Say to yourself, "I open to guidance from my Higher Self." and Say to yourself, "I release control to my Higher Self." Use them with the proper meditation technique. These phrases are not used loosely and are not interchangeable.) 
Instructions For Both Meditations:
  1. Pick what you're going to do. (These are the questions, lists and patterns that you've gone over from last week.)
  2. Write the date, time and focus in your meditation journal.
  3. Set an alarm (exactly 5 minutes) and have your pen and journal ready . (If it's at night, leave the light on, put on a night light or have a pen that lights up.)
  4. Absolutely no interruptions: turn off your phone, close the door, etc.
  5. Keep your Body comfortable: sit up in a comfortable position, in comfortable clothes and have a blanket within reach. (There's a coolness you'll feel 'around' you when you're Higher Self comes 'down' to you. You maybe surprised in the difference in temperature [that you feel] in the room.)
  6. Close your eyes
  7. Turn your palms up in your lap
  8. Relax your Body (just like in the recordings you've been listening to)
  9. Do the Lighten Up Meditation (If you don't know it, click here to read about it. Scroll down to the bottom for the classes, sets and workbook.)
  10. Hit go on your alarm.
  11. Do one of the techniques that you've learned (The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique or Tune into your Higher Self) ~5 minutes only~
  12. Alarm should go off: Hit stop button and immediately close your eyes to finish this session. 
  13. End with Light the Earth Meditation
  14. Write about your experience in your journal.

Do the The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique or Tune Into your Higher Self for five minutes only. You can add time later on. While you're training yourself: 5 Minutes Only.

The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique:
It's a hazy, in-and-out, floating, hypnosisy, drifty feeling with visions and other sensations.
Say to yourself, "I open to guidance from my Higher Self." 
When you're in that still place, gently think of your subject, question, challenge, desire, whatever you put on your list of Things to Meditate On. Let your thoughts drift. You may find that you drift completely away or that you fade in and out. (This may feel a lot like a good download session you've had.) anytime you notice, gently bring your thoughts back to your focus for the sitting. Let everything flow the way it wants to flow. Your job: Be aware (somewhat) of where you go. 
That's it. It's that Simple. Quiet your mind and you'll get guidance. Always. The more you do it, the better you'll get. 

Tune into your Higher Self:
Look up into the Light, Release Control to your Higher Self and go unconscious. 
Say to yourself, "I release control to my Higher Self."
Behind closed eyelids, gently turn your eyes up. (It's as if you're looking out the middle of your forehead or, if you can turn them without any strain, looking out the very top of your head.)
Anytime your eyes move or any thoughts pop in, bring your eyes back to their focal point. (If your eyes are turned up, it is impossible to think any thoughts without your eyes moving. If your eyes move, gently bring them back.) The goal of this meditation to have absolutely no thoughts and to eventually go unconscious [into/with your Higher Self]. (This is the coolest thing ever. Seriously.) When you awake, you'll be able to feel the difference in your vibration. (Unsure if you've felt it before? No worries. With this one... There's no doubt. You will know. No question. So, look forward to it. You'll love it. [This] is that wonderful euphoria you hear about when people reach that 'state'. And, you're totally safe. It's you choosing that higher state through your Higher Self. And, that unconsciousness is kind of like being asleep except that when you get up, you'll feel the vibration difference in every cell of your body. If you're really in-tune with energy, you'll feel it all around you!)
Keep at this. You're tuning into your Higher Self and shifting your consciousness. (Think of this meditation as compounding [the raising of ] your vibration. The more you do this, the longer you'll be able to sit and the easier it will become.) It's the most important thing you can ever do. Really. If you want a Spiritual Life/Lifestyle... This is how you get it. 


Meditation Assignment:
~*~Tune into your Higher Self:
Try this technique 3 times this week and document it in your meditation journal. 

~*~The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique:
1. Go back through your list from last week. Reread it and decipher any patterns, people or indecision that you found from last week. What do you want to know about them? Do you want to figure out why or just how to fix it? Maybe you love the pattern and you want to be able to replicate it. Whatever you're curious about, write it down. (This is #3 on your Journal Homework) You'll be using all the information that you've been figuring out about yourself and your life as material (topics) for each time you sit with yourself. Get into the habit of jotting stuff down (that you want to know from yourself) because after this class, there won't be anything you cannot get for or from yourself. Psychically Self Sufficient! ;)
2. Get one answer to:
a. A pattern of People or Relationships
b. Question about One Goal
3. Write about your experiences in your Meditation Journal.

 Meditate! Being told to meditate is nothing new; everyone has heard this before. Why? Because it works. Whether you want to eliminate stress and anxiety, increase your psychic abilities, improve your connection with your Higher Self or get answers from within ~ meditation is the key. There are so many ways to meditate, so many disciplines to choose from and so many books to read~ try a download and enter it into your practice every day. If you 'don't have time' get one that puts you to sleep, wakes you up in the morning (you can use it as your alarm!) or a 5 minute break session.
