The 4th of July is a celebration of our independence, those that have fought for it and our great and deep appreciation of all the service men and women that have served to keep her free. We honor our Forefathers and remember and enjoy our freedoms. We celebrate the 4th of July with fireworks, parties and parades. We spend it with our family and friends. We look forward to it all year long. It's America's Birthday.

Writing Exercises
~ A wonderful exercise is to make a list to remind you of all of the freedoms you enjoy in your life. You could list your possibilities, your dreams, your hopes. Be as detailed as you like. Take as much time as you are comfortable with.
~ A wish list would be a fabulous exercise for today.
~ If there's something you want to be free of ~ today is a great day to contemplate it.
~ If you have a journal, use today as an entry focusing on independence. You could take any angle that you'd like; what you have, what you'd like to have or what you wished you have.
