Yay! It's Leap Year!


How fabulous! There's a whole extra day this year! Let's set some goals, do some journaling and get those manifestations going for the next four years! Woo-Hoo! 

How exciting! This is a great way to set some very specific goals because it is such a unique time. February 29th only comes along once every four years. Let's use it to your manifesting advantage!


Be sure you have your journal handy for this post. It's a lot of fun and many of the exercises are easy. They are well worth putting in the 5-10 minutes per exercise to create what you want. If you're not doing them on Leap Day, be sure to date each and every journal entry and exercise. You may want to write the time in. Won't that be fun to see what transpires over the next four years and what time you get all of your creations?!

Wishes! 
Just because all wishes are fun! Make a wish this Leap Day. Write it down in your journal. (Exactly how you wished it.) Be sure to put in the time and place (where you are when you're making your Leap Day Wish). The Catch: Make it for fours years from today. To have it come true on the next Leap Day. OMGosh! SO FUN!

Presents! 
Yes. You are special. This year celebrate it. Send yourself flowers. This. Leap. Year. Day. Seriously. Do something that gets brought to you (by someone else!) this Leap Year Day.
So Fun! If you're a dude and don't want flowers, find yourself something cool that you can give yourself every four years. This goes for if you're an anti-flower person. Do a bit of research~find a company that you like and something that you are going to appreciate~but not so cool that you'll think about it until next Leap Year. You want it just fabulous enough that you are surprised and excited when you get it next Leap Year Day!

Letters!
This is great! Write a letter to your Future Self. Ack! How interesting will it be to read this letter four years from today. 
Think about this one awhile before you start it. Really think about it. How handy would it have been if your future self could have written letters to you to prepare for the future? This exercise is just as valuable. You're going to be reminding yourself of _______. How Fun! 


Pleasant Dreams! 
What a great way to end your day. Plus, it sets you up for the next four years! Drifting off to sleep thinking about how amazing the next four years are going to be sets it in your mind as an expectation (something for your subconscious mind to do). And, doing it as you fall asleep, you're in an altered state~that's how you reach your subconscious mind. You have so many things working in your favor. Try it. You just may be surprised by your results! 



* Your subconscious mind is the part of your mind that predicts and creates your future. It is also the time keeping part of mind. Make this Leap Day Memorable~from morning to end and be excited about it. Your mind will [automatically] try to make it better next Leap Day. The key to this is the emotions that you have (make them good), your focus and something fun happening (like the sending flowers). Plus, you're making a Leap Day Wish this year so your mind is already fixated on something exciting and hopeful for next Leap Day. And, it has already started working on making your wish come true! Ack. The Mind is so cool. Use it! You'll be amazed to find how magickal your life becomes. Happy Manifesting! * If you're going to set a goal for this year, make it a journaling goal. Writing does so much for you. You'll be amazed by how much faster your psychic abilities grow, how much easier it is to create what you want and how easy it is for you to figure things out yourself. It's so incredibly valuable. Really, one goal... make it journaling :)

What's your Key to Success? 
You know what you need and you know what works for you. You are the only one that know what is going to make you happy, satisfied and comfortable. When we're talking about relationships, you've got to know yourself or you're setting up everyone in your life to fail. They don't know what you expect of them anyway (unless you tell them) and they'll really have no clue what's going on if you don't either. You'll just feel, well, icky, in some kind of way or another. 
Journaling exercise: 
Ask yourself, "What do I need in a relationship?" This is any type of relationship, by the way. Be specific when you're doing your entries so that you know which type of relationship you are writing about. And, do this for as many types of relationships as you can think of. The clearer you are
with yourself, the clearer you can be with others and the better your boundaries will naturally be. The bonus? You'll
probably start getting what you need! 
 ❥ Make a list of what you need and what you want to give. Do it for everything from family members to acquaintances. Re,member, the more the better. 
 As, you're doing your needs, be very aware of what you can do to be a better __________ or areas that you know you need to improve. They may be things you need to change about you or it might just be that you need more people in your life that are fine with that 'part of you'. The more journaling that you do, the easier it will be for you to figure out which is which. 
Now, go through your life~ who in your life fits in the categories and who doesn't? Are there types of people missing or relationships that you are not getting what you need?
End each of the sessions with some ideas of how you can bring people in or make the changes that you need to. Always end it positively, with something to look forward to~something to do or in some way, shape or form, makes you feel hopeful.

Keep up with this exercise. People are everywhere. You're never going to have a shortage of people to fine-tune your lists with. :) If it's a lot at one time, come back later. You can also do this in bits and pieces or in sections. This is up to you. Have fun with it. Once you figure this out, honestly, everything will change. Knowing you and what you need is the kindest, most loving and smartest thing you can do for yourself. 

Confidence 
Everyone could use a bit more confidence within them somewhere. It's true. Even the most seemly confident and put together person has something they would like to change about themselves. 
With everything in life, we all have our own definitions of things. Confidence and what it means to be confident is one of them. So, with saying that, let's get to know you and your mind. 
Answer all of the questions in your journal. 
Journal Entry Exercise: What is confidence to you? What does it mean to be confident? What areas in your life would you like to see an improvement? What can you do to make these changes?

Magnetizing What You Want
Yay! More journaling exercises! 
Now, magnetizing, or simply, bringing things into your life that you want, all start with you deciding what that is. The decisions must be clearly defined in your mind. You'll focus on them later, during meditation or while listening to a download. You want your mind to know 'exactly' what you are talking about. 
This type of exercise works for anything, and really, everything in your life. This is your life and your mind. Plus, it's your mind that brings it into your life. Easy Peasy. 
Journaling Exercise: 
Here are your simple steps: make a list of goals and then reread and fine tune them. Sit with yourself and make sure you're comfortable with what you are creating. That part should take you the longest time. Now, come up with an image of the outcome that you want. Just the Outcome; So that every time you look at your goal list, the only thing that pops into your mind is the end result (what you wanted or wanted to happen). Write out everything. Now, rewrite it on a separate page with Just your Goals. And, as I said, when you're writing out your goals (the second time around) all you should have in your mind is the final result~you achieving your goals. Now, you have your list for any meditation, sending Light time and for your downloads. Yay! 

What Do You Really Want?

Nothing is too good to be true... Now, we want you to be realistic but don't thwart yourself. If you can think it, you can create it. It may take some work, though. Where there's a will, there is a way. So, when you're talking to yourself and doing your journaling, be aware of those self defeating thoughts. This is your life. You can have and create what you want. It's up to you to decide if it's within your realm of thought and if it's worth the effort.
