When you think the word 'psychic' let it transfer to 'awareness'. These entries have everything that you need to develop your sensitivities, manifest what you desire and 'see' how a psychic channels's mind works. As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Psychic Development: Inner Circle Part 2


Welcome to week four! 
Manifesting your Inner Circle
Congratulations for doing your homework and digging all of that stuff out of your head! Now, you'll start working more on manifesting and journaling. The first few weeks of this class was to train you into getting answers from yourself and proving to all parts of you that your inner world is valuable and important to acknowledge. After you're in the habit, everything else moves quicker. It's about consciousness and by doing all of these exercises, listening to the downloads and working in your workbook, you can't help but shift in consciousness and raise your vibration. This course is the foundation that you'll use the rest of your life for sharpening your psychic abilities. Why? Because you are figuring out for yourself what works for you and what doesn't. You're also clearing out the indecision, doubt, havoc and conflict inside of yourself so that when you get a psychic hit, you have the internal space to catch it. 

The Project! Project
Write a short paragraph about how the people (those specific character traits) on your positive lists make you feel. Be detailed and specific and descriptive. e.g. energized, motivated, inspired, happy, secure etc. You'll want to set aside about 10 minutes for this exercise. Be sure you've thought about it first (mull it over) and find a time and place where you will not be interrupted or distracted. Paint a very clear picture for yourself. 

One good way to check how you've done is to read it aloud as if you're reading it to a room full of people. Did they understand it? Was your voice crisp and clear? Did you read it confidently? Be very aware of how your body feels as you're reading. How are you standing? What are your shoulders and feet doing? Are you breathing? How fast or slow are you talking?
By paying attention to what's going on inside of you [here during this exercise] will tell you everything that you need to know about what your inner levels are thinking and feeling. 
Continue to do this until have complete and total confidence, feel good about the way you sound and look and absolutely believe [have convinced yourself that what you're reading is exactly what you're creating] everything you are saying. 
Document in your journal how often or how many times it took to get it in your mind. (Remember, you're convincing those subtle inner levels, not the part of you that brushes things off and says (thinks) things like: I already know I'm fine with it. It doesn't bother me. I don't need to do that part. etc. * If you find this type of inner dialog is happening frequently, read these articles. They may help you concrete your foundation, motivate you or answer your questions.)

List Making Assignments:
You're going to be using the positive things. What about the negatives? 
Sometimes the challenges are there for a reason (we can always learn something) and other times they're a message. (Think simply with these categories. They're incredibly profound and usually clear and simple (once you figure it out! lol)
e.g. Learn patience. Get out. Wrong Direction. Accept yourself. Stop that behavior. Start this behavior. Do this more. 
Redo your lists.... This time with HAVE TO HAVES and DEAL BREAKERS ~
This is the absolutely and the absolutely nots that you need to figure out for yourself. What is really important and what isn't. Be honest with yourself. Is it hard to get rid of people or change your thinking? Well, only when we're not completely honest with ourselves. Truth is truth. When you find yours, the whole world opens up. 
Come up with some type of plan of how you're going to weed people out of your life and/or how you're going to keep them from affecting you negatively. This is your exit strategy, however you'd like to do it. You could make it take 5 years or 10 minutes. This isn't an exercise for you to run around and fire everyone, it's for you to figure out what make you the most comfortable.We're not aiming for upheaval or The Tower, we're going for smooth and easy transition into a new way of thinking and being. 
Indecision: Do you have the same names of people on your lists? Are some people in both categories? Start thinking about what you'd like to do [with them]. Do they go on the positive or negative side of your lists? Do you like the positives enough to overlook the negatives? 
Be sure this choice does not take you backwards[here]. 
Begin your Meditation Idea list as you're going through this exercise. Anything confusing or if  you have no idea what you need or should do, perfect. Write it in your journal for next week and expect to get the answers soon. 
Look for patterns or anything that's repeating itself (types of people or types of problems with certain types of people) and jot it down. You'll get answers and guidance about this in the upcoming weeks. You'll be in the habit of asking yourself, "What's the Message?!!" in no time!

Last week's class was about you figuring out who takes up space in your head and if they are good for you or not. This week is about bringing people [physically] into your life. Keep your focus on what's happening in your mind. Yes, you're [literally] bringing people into your life and your focus needs to be on your inner actions, thoughts and feelings. This is how you connect and 'hear' yourself. You focus on you first [in every interaction].
Here's a list of some questions to ask yourself when you're working on your homework this week:How do these people influence me? How do I feel when I'm with them, anticipating seeing them and how do I feel after I leave them? Do I feel safe (mentally, emotionally, physically)? 

Next week is Meditation. You'll be learning two simple (and quick) but powerful techniques to clear your mind, relax your body, tune into your Higher Self and to get answers to questions in your life. Start making a list in your journal for meditation ideas; questions you have, things you want to accomplish, things you cannot figure out, what you need Spirit or your mind to bring you, if you can think of it-you can get an answer to it. 

Side Note & Downloads:
Check over your goals. (This is #6 on your homework under Writing) Do any of your goals (psychic or personal) have to do with finding the right partner (work, school or in anything else), getting married or making the right contact? If you're not sure, look over the first two weeks of this class and reread what you wrote out. It's important to keep checking back to be sure you and your goals are still in alignment. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that you have already achieved some of your goals or have gotten messages about them without you even realizing it. When that happens, you can silently thank your wonderful, powerful subconscious mind for carrying out the directions that you have given it. And, yes, It should be that easy. 
Now would be the time that if you have other downloads (from any of the stores associated with Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com) that you can begin bringing them into your class work. Go through your stash and look for anything that has to do with people. Start listening to it now. This is the section of the class that you're changing all of your people choices, fine tuning what you like and magnetizing the right people to you in every aspect of your life. Writing Assignments: 
By now you should start to feel like you're getting into the habit of revisiting your homework, journal entries and goals. This should be nearly automatic: you pick up your journal and review your goals and then start on your homework. 
Revisit all of your goals and make sure that the lists that you've made fit in with your goals. This may make perfect sense right now or it could have nothing to do with one another. Do your best. If your goals and the people stuff lists don't seem to jive, they will by next assignment. Look everything you've done over (a few times) you'll be fine-tuning your goals this entire course.

  5. At the end of the week: Review your schedule and if it needs it: Write out your (new) Schedule. 
  6. Make notes next to each Goal: Now it's important to keep checking and to be sure everything is still supporting and complimenting each other. 
At four weeks, you should have a comfortable routine now. If you're still trying to figure this out, no problem. Sometimes figuring out your schedule is the hardest thing to do. Be patient and understanding with yourself (and life) and just simply, keep at it. You'll know when you're comfortable. Remember, finding what works for you is different than having resistance or using excuses for why things have not been done. When you're reading the 'finding out what you...' it means that you are still doing it. (It might be erratic or on different days or you may have some interruptions~but the sessions are still being done.)

    Psychic Development: Inner Circle


    Good Job! Week Three :) Now, you're creating a solid foundation for developing your psychic abilities. You're training yourself to look to you for answers and to listen to them when they come. You have to be able to hear your intuition, know where it is coming from and be able to act on it. Developing your psychic abilities is about you clearing out your mind and your space so that the you are aware of the subtle messages. If you're unsure of this, or haven't quite 'gotten' this part yet, continue to listen to A Delicate Conscience. You'll be adding more downloads soon, so be very sure you've cemented [in you] the downloads you've been listening to before you get rid of them and start something new. They are suggestion recordings, in other words, you can continue to listen to them as long as you need them and/or any time you need a tune-up or want to reinforce that behavior or feeling. 

    Your inner circle is so very, very important. You've heard it before: choose your friends wisely, be careful who confide in, people are waiting to use your weakness against you, or you're the sum of the 3 or 5 people you're around the most. Eek. Eek to all of that. Your job is to manage your physical world and make the choices that support your goals (and pick the people that support and help you). My job is to help you determine who should and should not be privy to your inner circle. Remember~for this class~ [Your] Inner Circle: [is] Anyone who has space in your head. If you think about them, they count. Put them on one of your lists. If you notice (anytime) that you are thinking about someone a lot, ask yourself what the message is and figure out which list they go on. [For this Class] Your inner circle isn't as much as the people you surround yourself with, it's people who you're thinking about or who are always in the back of your mind. 

    It's Discovery time! We've got to figure out where you are so that you are better able to manifest what you want. We're doing [only] people in this exercise. More and more people. Lets face it, they're everywhere. You cant avoid them, ignore or pretend they do not exist. And, one thing that will benefit you everyday for the rest of your life is sharpening your psychic abilities when it comes to people and personality types. In this exercise, you'll be making multiple lists. (We'll sort out everything you write out for this week in your next assignment. You do not need to know what you're going to do with the information (the lists) you just need to do them and be as honest and detailed as possible. Do the best you can now, you can always add to them later, and leave some extra space for notes and corrections. 

    Lists! Each of your lists should be:

    • easy to read 
    • well organized (for you to be able to refer to them in the future)
    • detailed (so that you know exactly who or what you're talking about)
    • clear and concise (list time is not story time)
    • simple (only use a few, good, descriptive words)
    • titled
    • dated

    This assignment is all about you figuring out what's going on in your life. If you journal regularly or spend a hefty amount of time reviewing your interactions from the day, you may find this very easy: Do it anyway. If you're new and have never done it before: Let it be easy. Make your lists with all the information you have now. As you shift and change, your life will follow; think of these writing assignments as quality time you're spending with yourself to get to know you. Because that's exactly what you're doing. And, what a good use of your time that it is! 
    • Set up the lists however you like (columns, boxes, color coordinated, stickers, pictures, numbers, bullets, whatever you enjoy)
    • Be sure to leave space (you'll be adding to them through out the rest of this class)

    Psychic Development: Habits Matter


    Yay! You've made it to week two! Congratulations. Now, we begin making all of this studying, journal exercises and downloads part of your regular routine. Practice makes perfect, consistency trains quickly and sets it in your mind like concrete.  

    This week is a continuation of last weeks assignments. It was a lot to start all in one week. The assignments should have given you enough data to begin to make different decisions. Everyone's schedules and goals are different. The time that you spend with yourself and in your mind is precious. It's irreplaceable. It's YOU. Parts of you at different times, more than likely, but none the less, it's still you; all the dimensions and levels of you. 


    That's really what this course is about... you and how you feel about you, how you take care of you and how you manage yourself when interacting and thinking about yourself in relation to the world and those around you. It's about consciousness. Really, everything, is simply about consciousness. And, consciousness can explain: why some people understand certain things and others understand other things, or why some people are emotionally stunted or choose the future or past over the present, or why sometimes we just don't get it. It is all about consciousness, frequency, vibration... If you are unfamiliar with these terms, no worries you learn all about them during this course. And, yes, you will be raising your vibration, tuning into the subtle frequencies in your subconscious mind and (if all goes as planned lol) shifting in consciousness. Soon, you should be able to document in your journal multiple ah-ha moments every week, so, welcome your epiphanies and expect to be showered with synchronicities. 


    You can't master your emotions, fine tune your psychic abilities or accurately be able to hear your Higher Guidance if you have no idea who you are, what you want or don't, what you like or not or which part of you is thinking or feeling whatever it is that you are experiencing. In other words, if you don't know you, how could you possibly know anything else about anyone, what a good choice is for your career or the best place to live, start a family or get into a relationship? How could you trust that you are making the best choices for your body if you don't know what its saying to you? How can anyone act on their inner guidance if they are unfamiliar with their inner world, how it communicates and what all the messages mean? The better you know yourself (on all levels) the better able you are to maneuver fluidly through life and maintain your course (whatever that course or destiny may be).


    How do you do all of those things that I just listed? By steady practice and being consistent. Rome was not built in a day and you did not just acquire a 20 year smoking habit or an extra 30 lbs in the last week. The first class may have seemed a bit overwhelming (everything all at once) but, just so that you are aware, the hard part is finding, committing and following through with your schedule (getting all of the work done in a relaxed and calm state with plenty of time). Here's the best part ~ If you do it now, it will make everything a lot easier later. If you want to change your life, you have to make different choices and you have to turn those [types] of choices into habits. Why all the harping on habits? Your habits are automatic and that is the result of training your subconscious mind. (I'll remind you again, your subconscious mind runs at least 80% of your life. What could you do, accomplish or how could you feel everyday if you just tapped into a tiny part of that massive 'machine' that keeps you going and doing the same thing everyday?)



    When does the Magic happen?!!
    This is why you must push through and get into a good routine for you. Being psychic is not magic. Some people are born to do it or have something psychic to do with their destinies and why they are here but the majority of the world can use them to improve their quality of life or to raise their standards of living. Not everyone is made to be a reader but everyone is made to use their minds. It's up to you how much you want it and what you want to do with it. There is a direct correlation with how much effort you put in to the results you receive. And yes, the exercises and downloads are what are causing changes in your thinking, your body and your life.  Take a deep breath and go back over your journal. You've had a week of listening to Developing your Psychic Abilities and A Gentle Conscience:
    By now you should be able to see a definite difference in your psychic abilities. If your not getting psychic hits yet, think about how you're 'just' more intuitive or how you knew that was going to happen before it did. You should also be getting comfortable with which part of you is communicating with you, what it feels like and how to recognize its message. 
    Your Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook trains you, your body and your mind to listen to you, the suggestions, pay attention to what you want to know, get or have fixed and to bring you anything that holds you back, the answers to questions you have and any help you need.

    Training Yourself to Ask Yourself Everything!
    Why? Simple. Because you know. You. You know. You know you. You know everything about you, your body, your mind, habits, emotions... everything. Any question (ever) you have access to the answer. And, if your Higher Self can't get the information, your Higher Self has quite a store of resources to draw from to get you what you need. 
    Note* You only get the answers to what you ask. (If you're in the habit of asking everyone else, it's OK. You can train yourself to think of you first. Why is this important? If you do not ask you, you will not bring you the answers. Why does this matter? Because you are the only one that has your [whole] answer. Ever.

      'Your' Thoughts to Ponder:
    Why did _________ happen?
    Which (choice) is to my Highest Good?
    What's the message with ________?
    What's the best way develop my psychic abilities?
    When's the best time for me to meditate, rest, exercise and/or go to bed?
    (These are questions that you want to ask yourself. And, you ALWAYS want to ask yourself before you ask anyone else anything~ever. Ask yourself first. Then, and only then, should you ask anyone else their opinion.)

    You'll be making your own list of things to ponder in your journal. It can be anything that you want to know or know about. Anything. You can list the questions themselves or write out clear, simple statements [of intent]:
    Learn about ____________
    What's the Message in my broken toe or sinus infection?
    What classes should I take?
    How do I fix _______?
    What's the best way to approach _____?
    You can title your ponder lists anyway you like. Be sure that you know that it is you that you are asking the questions to. Pick a few things to start with. It can be anything you're curious about. And, be prepared to get all of your questions answered. It may come in a book, movie, a thought, your dreams or even through a conversation. The possibilities are endless. And, your mind is already figuring out how to answer you, right now, as you're reading this. (Pretty, amazing, isn't it?)
    Do your homework. You'll be referring to these lists through out the course.

    Writing Assignments:
    Start getting into the habit of revisiting your homework, journal entries and goals. It's a great thing to start doing now and an easy way to check yourself and make sure that you are on track. The downloads should be seeping into your waking hours now, so, rethink your goals. If you're used to [my] downloads, there's some minor changes you may find; if you're new to them... Are you totally freaking out with how well they work, how good you feel and/or how much more energy you have and how well you sleep now?!! If you're not beside yourself with excitement, try to listen to them at a different time or place and increase the amount you're listening to them. Do you think you have a block? And, blocks are not bad, at all. It's your mind helping you by bringing you whats thwarting you. "Yay! Thank You, Wonderful, Powerful Subconscious Mind!" Click here to read about and check if you have a block. Remember: A block is not something that is meant to stop you, necessarily, it's a message. Ask yourself all about it! And, of course, the best way to 'fix' it.
    1. Review and fine tune your Goals.
    2. Review and fine tune your Psychic Goals.
    3. Review and fine tune your eCourse Goals. 
    4. Review and fine tune your Tentative Schedule.
    5.  Write out your Tentative Schedule (again).  
    Those 5 should be relatively easy, you're just incorporating what you've learned about yourself, your life and schedule into them. You can scribble things out or start a whole new list or page. It's completely up to you. Just be sure you can tell the differences between the first assignment and date and the current one. Remember, once you get this 'right' for you, you'll have a recipe that will last you the rest of your life. Awesome. 

    Meditation & Hypnosis Downloads: 

    Downloads to Listen to 3-5x this week:
    Develop your Psychic Abilities
    Start thinking about how you could incorporate one download a day into your routine. One a day. This would be different than the download and workbook homework assignment. This is specifically download time you're figuring out. Talk to yourself about it, start looking forward to it, start reinforcing all of your good habits/choices immediately. 

    Workbook Entries: 

    Use your Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook (at least one time for each download)
    1.-A Delicate Conscience (Meditation Section)
    2.-Developing your Psychic Abilities (Hypnosis Section)
    Same. Same. Just do them. You should be figuring out how many times a week that you'd like to do the downloads and workbook entries. Enjoy doing one hypnosis and one meditation exercise again this week.
    Journal Entries: 

    1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after the first exercise or after the first class.
    2. Write out your plan for this coming week.

    Psychic Development: Foundation


    This course is designed to help you create a solid, safe environment for you to develop your psychic abilities. You may find a lot of the information and exercises are things that you are familiar with, you may find that many things 'just make sense' or feel like you already 'knew' that or you may find yourself in the middle of a completely new experience. Whatever phase, stage or life circumstances this class finds you in, these techniques will work for you. Feel free to modify them in order to fit your lifestyle and goals.

    Each week you'll be given a series of questions and/or homework assignments and a required download to listen to. Why a required download? It's through your subconscious mind that you get your psychic information, it houses your imagination center and it is the part of mind that you must access to change any habits and/or patterns that you want to create or change. By cleaning up (and cleaning out) your subconscious mind, you are better able to tune into the subtle, finer vibrations of consciousness that dwell within you.

    In the 5 sections of this course we'll cover the everything you need to embark on the wondrous journey that only you can experience deep within your colorful inner world.

    Downloads: Find a way to incorporate Developing your Psychic Abilities into your weekly routine. Your download goals should be to listen to something 3-5x a week. Once you get into the swing of things, you'll be amazed how easy it is to fit programming your subconscious mind into your life everyday. For now, we want to ease you into it and create a lasting positive habit.
    This week Listen to these two downloads a total 3-5x this week.~This is anytime you can close your eyes and go inside [your mind] using either of these downloads. You only need to do (one each) one meditation and one hypnosis workbook assignment/sheets this week. 
    A Gentle Conscience (meditation) and Developing your Psychic Abilities (hypnosis) should be done with your workbook at least one time each this week. 
    (This will be covered again in the workbook section.)

    Journals: Yes, you need a journal. You know, one of those old fashioned things with paper in them. Eek. You need a pen, pencil and/or cute colored markers or colored pencils.
    You need to write for this class. You need a separate journal for manifesting and developing your psychic abilities.
    You subconscious mind remembers everything. You want your subconscious mind to have a completely different association with this class than anywhere else in your life. In other words: In order for this to be categorized correctly in your mind~Get a journal. Do not use it for anything else~Ever. It should be just for this.
    For example, if you want to do this homework on your phone, computer or tablet, your subconscious mind already has associations and thoughts about these things. You have all the regular everyday uses for those devices and your mind know exactly what those are, when everything needs to be done or what 's coming and 'thinks' of those things every time you look at, think of, use or even just glance or touch those devices. It's quite amazing, really. What an awesome power you have access to. And you're training yourself to use this power to your benefit automatically, all of the time. At least 80% of your life is run by your subconscious mind. Imagine what difference you could create in you life... In the world if you just use 1% more. Just 1%. And, yes. This is what you'll be learning and doing over the next 8 weeks.
    Every habit that you create during this course, should be a habit that you want to maintain in your life. They should be small and simple changes that blend beautifully with your life now. Each habit should seamlessly slip into your normal routines and honestly, just be a wonderful addition to your life.
    We have a variety of journals (really, there's a ton) that are inexpensive that come with four different paper choices. (Yes, this is one of my very favorite things about them!) The outside is just as important as the inside. Pick a cover that uplifts you, a quote that motivates you or anything that reminds you of your goals and inspires you. Click here to Browse our Selections. There are many journals that match the downloads: Every time you look at those journals, the download replays automatically in your mind. How cool is that? Listen to your download and every time you see, think of, pick up or use your journal, your subconscious mind replays the entire download in your mind. (Mini Subconscious-Programming Tip.) Yeah! Amazing and so efficient! :)

    [Life] Goals: Write out, make a list or jot down your current goals. You can write them out the way you usually do. For this exercise, be sure you put the date that you're writing them out [use the date that you are completing the questions].
    This goal list can be as detailed, massive or as simple as you'd like it. It can be anything you are striving for in your life. You can use goals that you are working on now or something that you'd like to be doing in 5 years from now.
    Be clear enough that you (and your subconscious mind know) what you are talking about. You'll refer back to this list throughout this eCourse. You'll be checking to make sure that all of your goals are supporting each other and that all the decisions you are making are leading you to your goals. Click Here for Goal Writing Instructions.

    Psychic Goals: Oooo... fun! What is it that you'd like to heighten or sharpen? Is there a particular sense you already use or are you craving a new divination style? Whether you're a novice or an expert, this will work for you. All you have to do is decide what you'd like to focus on and listen to the Developing your Psychic Abilities download and watch your abilities flourish. Hmmm... not sure? No problem! The download also gives you the suggestion that you will 'find' what you're made for.
    Here's some examples:

    • Getting Clear Guidance from your Higher Self
    • Always knowing what is to your Highest Good
    • Deeper understanding of Self and the Universe and all of its workings 
    • Increase your Trust in Life and Spirit
    • Getting answers or future information through your dreams
    • Having a feeling and taking a different route to work, thereby avoiding an accident
    • Calling someone at the exact moment they are thinking about you or when they need you
    • Intuitively knowing when to leave because you always beat the traffic and get great parking
    • Have a hunch you need to study and realizing it's because you had a pop quiz the next day
    • Getting specific dates, names, places to things
    • 'See' things before they happen
    • Medium Abilities: people and/or animals
    • 'Know' what your boss, partner or friend is 'really' saying, what they want or what they expect of you
    • magically have energy to get things done, make phone calls or do paperwork before any of it is due and have it done by the deadlines (that you consciously were unaware of having) 
    • Communicate Mind to Mind 
    Here's just a couple ideas for you. Do your own research and figure out what you like. Find something that you're drawn to and that you want to learn all about. You'll be incorporating your psychic ability training into every aspect of your life, so pick a sense that you'll be able to utilize anytime...all the time.
    And of course, there's all the different types of metaphysical senses that you can fine tune:
    Touch things and get a sense or a vision
    Sense feelings and emotions
    See the future
    Hearing things before they happen
    Prophetic Dreams
    You can add taste and smell in here, too!

    And fun psychic tools that you can use:
    Affirmation Cards, Crystals, Pendulums, Tarot Cards, Runes, Palmistry, Scrying, I Ching
    You do not need to pick something physical to use unless you like it. This all about you and what fits you. You know what you need and what will work best for you. You may, however, have to try a few different things or ways to really get to know you and how you work but it will be worth it and all of the experimenting should be fun and exciting! And, yes, you'll have completely different psychic hits and impressions with each different technique and tool you try. So, part of the fun is discovering which way you like 'getting' those messages and answers. If you're already proficient, try something new during these next few weeks.
    Explore. Breathe. Live. 

    eCourse Goals:
    What do you want?
    Why are you taking this class?
    What are you hoping to get out of it?
    Write something here. Think about what you want. This is your time and energy you are spending... and it is precious. Remember, be clear and concise now so that you can revel in the rewards of the detailed efforts you put in later. (I'm talking about manifesting. And, yes, details and the big pictures in your mind matter.)
    It's up to you how much effort you want to put into this section, you will be referring back to this question later in the course.

    Schedule: This is completely up to you. Be honest with yourself and take your time. This part is very important.
     The objective is to find:
    1-2 hours for downloads and workbook entries a week
    1+ hours to journal a week
    1-2 times a day for a download
    5-30 minutes a day to clear your mind
    However you decide to do this, remember, this is about improving the quality of your life. This is your life, your time, your choice. Figure out what fits you. You may be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to fit all of these things into your life. The downloads are simple, before bed or to put you to sleep at night (super easy to fit in) or before you get out of bed in the morning or anytime you want to take a break or wind down. (The majority of the downloads are between 20-40 minutes.)
    Take your time with this. You'll want to experiment with your new habits and routine, change it up and test it... Figure out when you do your best work in each aspect of your life and fit in your new fun stuff where it will naturally support your life, thoughts and energy.

    Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook: You need it. It is long, so take your time getting through the first few chapters. You will be using the Meditation and Hypnosis worksheets [within the manual] for the different downloads throughout this course. You can print out just the pages you need for each download or type up those pages and save them digitally. It's completely up to you how you want to do this. Just be sure that you do. Which leads us to the next point...Do you have to do this? Yes. You're training yourself to listen for guidance and to act on it, to ask yourself questions and get the answers, value your time and effort and you're proving to yourself that your inner world is important and that you're making you a priority.
    If you have one workbook and not the other, buy the one you're missing. The Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook is the Hypnosis Workbook and the Meditation Workbook put together. If you do not have anything, yet, get the Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook. You'll be using both sections.
