Happy July! It's time for lots of sun and fun! 
Starting Mondays in August is the Mind to Mind Communication Class. The next couple blog articles will be preparing you for it. And, yes, these are still good if you're not planning on doing the eCourse. Positive everything has been the theme for quite some time now. And, you're just about done with all of it! Woo-Hoo! Good Job, Super Positive You!

  For the next month, work on your list making. 

Write in clear, concise phrases or sentences and be sure it [everything] is written positively. 
Your lists can be as long or short as you like. They can be about anything. Really... Anything. Get creative! Be excited!

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  [Mandatory] Homework! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 

Step 1: Your 'main' homework assignment is a Positivity List. Make a list of what you're going to do to stay positive. You can put down anything that you like. This is about you keeping you on track. Be honest and realistic. Your positivity list should consist of things that you are going to do to support your positive attitude and approach to life. 

Step 2: Do everything on your Positivity List. 

Step 3: Journal about it and be sure to record it. You can put the time and date by each thing or simply check off each thing as you go. The more detail, the better. You'll be using these skills and habits that you're developing now in the Mind to Mind Communication Class. The more effort you put in now, the easier the class will be.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ When you're setting your mind for the day, pick affirmations that are easy for you to remember. It's best to pick just one or two for the day. It'll be easier for you to evaluate later if you're clear about what you were focusing on.The affirmation videos are an easy way to pick out your affirmations for the day. You can use the positivity affirmation examples anytime you feel like being a bit more positive.

Warning: If you're a negative thinker, try to avoid all the 'proof' that nothing works until you build up your own thoughts and feelings in a direction that you want to go. (Avoid reading and studying when you are in a passive negative state or if you are feeling particularly pessimistic.) If you are a pessimistic person, fix that first. Who you are and how you think IS what manifests in your life.
