Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Positivity Review Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Congratulations on all your work! Being positive and focusing on the positive in every situation is no easy feat. Good Job! If you're [still] feeling challenged, no worries. Keep at it. If you've found that there are certain things you can't seem to 'get over', try the Manifesting Set: What's the message? It'll help you figure out what's going on (inside of you and in your life), why it's happening and what you can do about it. If you're the type of person that over-thinks everything, try the downloads Change the Continuous Thoughts and/or Stop Worrying. Pick the length (how slow or fast you want to read the affirmations) and the music or nature sounds that you like. They are made for your convince and enjoyment.  ~Here's the key when you're shopping for affirmations~ 
They should all be:
1. Clear, Simple and Positive
2. Easy to Remember
3. Appealing to All Parts of You 
You should like the way they look, how they sound and have a good feeling after reading them to yourself. One exception to this rule is if you are trying to change the way you think about certain things. You'll meet resistance here. Be sure what you are saying is believable (start small) and worded correctly. Use the affirmation diary sets for this part. You'll find journaling about these helps tremendously. They are created to help you dialog with yourself in a way that convinces and inspires you. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ OK, by now, you should have a very good handle on how your mind works and what you need to focus on. The Mind to Mind Communication classes start next Monday (we're getting into a Monday habit, starting today) and positive thinking for this course is imperative. Why? Well, if you have negative blocks or programs that are weighing down
your mind, you'll never be able to get 'The Truth'. It's like having a big cloud of dark smoke around you all of the time. Are all positive thoughts true? No, of course not. That's ridiculous. ;) But you'll never be able to make up your own mind on what you want to believe and what the truth is if you're a negative thinker. Starting Mondays in August is the Mind to Mind Communication Class. The next couple blog articles will be preparing you for it. And, yes, these are still good if you're not planning on doing the eCourse.   For the next month, work on your list making. 

Write in clear, concise phrases or sentences and be sure it [everything] is written positively. 
Your lists can be as long or short as you like. They can be about anything. Really... Anything. Get creative! Be excited!

Step 1: Your 'main' homework assignment is a Positivity List. Make a list of what you're going to do to stay positive. You can put down anything that you like. This is about you keeping you on track. Be honest and realistic. Your positivity list should consist of things that you are going to do to support your positive attitude and approach to life. 

Step 2: Do everything on your Positivity List. 

Step 3: Journal about it and be sure to record it. You can put the time and date by each thing or simply check off each thing as you go. The more detail, the better. You'll be using these skills and habits that you're developing now in the Mind to Mind Communication Class. The more effort you put in now, the easier the class will be.

Positivity is about how you approach life. It's all in the attitude. 
Think back to meeting different people at different times. You can think of something that happened at school or work or even the first time you've gone into a store or a restaurant. The new people that you met, what do you remember about them? Was there anything particular that stood out to you about those people? What if everyone you met smiled at you? What if each person was incredibly positive or happy, courteous or nice? And what if everyone was mad, scowling or grumpy? 
Those memories compile our lives. When you're thinking about if it's worth the effort to be positive, think back to someone or some situation that changed your life because of how people acted or reacted and, of course, how you responded to them. The loveliest gift you could give the world everyday is your Light.  
Being a positive person, with a good attitude is something this world could use a lot more of. And, be excited and proud of yourself for how hard you've worked! Good job! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Questions for you to answer in your journal: How did your exercise go over the last few days/weeks? 
How are you feeling?
Did you notice a big difference? Where in your life have you seen the most difference? 
Has anyone around you commented on your new attitude or how you've been different? 
You want to keep track of your progress. It's a valuable habit to get into and a skill that you'll be glad that you fine-tuned now. The more manifesting and creating you're going to be doing, the better it is to get yourself into a routine that supports all of your goals.  

[Your] Last Assignment:  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Number 5, you do on your own each day. And, remember, you only need to pick one thing a day that supports your goal. Do whatever you feel like. The longer the list, the more option that you have. And, if you want to do more than one thing a day, Woo-Hoo! Do two or three or more! Have fun! 


Questions to Answer in your journal:
How many exercises did you do a day? 
Did you like it? Was it fun or easy or both?
Did the exercise help you stay positive or did you find that it was discouraging or hard? 
How often did you think about the exercises and was it automatic to be positive or did it take focus?
Did it get easier after the first few days?
How could you make it easier for you next time? 

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  A great way to keep yourself doing all of your exercises, is to find someone you can call and talk to about what you're doing. You could create a manifesting friend/partner (or many people!) that wants to manifest the same way/time that you are. Find someone that wants to be more positive or wants to learn how to make and use affirmations or someone that you can talk to and review the downloads that you're doing with. 
Create your own support network. And, create people to manifest with! How fun! Happy Magnetizing!!!  



Downloads Matter. They make a difference. The downloads 'talk to' the part of your mind that makes, changes and keeps habits. If you want something to happen automatically, or to do 'it' naturally, listen to a download that programs you for what you want.

This is a perfect time to start this exercise!
The second half of this mini-course will come out on the 11th of June. Perfect timing! You'll be able to go over your exercises before the 11 days is up!
Easy. Easy. 
All you have to do is follow the first 5 steps. We'll go over the last two next session.  And, yes, you need a journal for this! 
 Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   For today [this exercise], pick something you'd like to be more positive about. (If you'd like to do it on your own, do 1-3 in your journal.)

Ok. Your one thing: It can be whatever you'd like. If you're unsure, pick something you're already working on. It can be improving your relationships (with yourself or others), your career, job or hobbies, body image or something you're trying to achieve. You may want to try something simple, just to get the hang of this. You can change it up later. 

 Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Write about whatever you picked. 
In your writing try to include:
Who
What
Why
When
Where 
The How will be answered in Number 4. 

Does it seem complicated? Simplify it. Write a short paragraph about why you want to be more positive about _______, that you're starting now, all of the people and things that will be affected by your decision and how the different aspects of your life will be improved. 
  Here's an example: 
Focus: Relationship with My Body 
Improving my relationship with My Body is a priority to me because My Body is valuable and important. I choose to be positive about building a relationship with my body now. Having a good relationship with My Body improves every aspect of my life because she (use whatever gender your body is) is part of everything that I do. By having a good relationship with myself, I am better able to improve my relationships with everyone around me. 


 Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   So, now, how are you going to be more positive about _________?        Make your list to answer this question.  Write down at least 10 different things. You don't need to use complete sentence, it can be one or two words, jot down all of your ideas and thoughts. The sky is the limit! let your creative juices run wild!
Here's some examples: 
say nice things to myself 
compliment My Body
exercise
eat healthy
listen to My Body
check in with her
meditate
listen to my downloads
listen to I Take Care of My Body
drink more water
go to bed on time
use a hypnosis download to go to sleep 
increase my yoga practice
pamper her
do my nails (so pretty!) 
play outside
go on a hike
walk through the grass barefoot

Yay! You did it!
