What is Manifesting Monday?

It’s creating what you want- kind-of. It’s the aligning yourself with Your Higher Self, knowing and following the rules of the mind, [ man, God, and Nature], accepting and opening to a Spiritual life, and learning the techniques to consciously create what you want. You’ll be finding and honoring the balance of Nature and God and all that is Divine- within and around you. We’ll be weeding out your resistance or negativity so that you can learn or change what you need to, so that you can become your best self and live the life you were made for. It becomes a seamless, joyful transition onto your Golden Path and a deeper connection to yourself.

Classes, Coaching and/or Tutoring, and the sessions are held in person, via phone, and on Zoom. It’s by appointment only and registration is required for all classes and seminars. 1-760-333-9993

There are Special Two Class Monday Night Manifesting Sessions offered once a month. 

These Monday Night Manifesting Classes are held on Zoom, (760-333-9993) the last Monday of each month at 7:30 EST and 7:30 PST. Each class adapts to the needs of the group.

No Experience Necessary for the classes but you must have a Journal [specifically] for this class. If you're a seasoned manifestor, have your manifesting journal with you. You can use your phone or a computer but notebook/journal and pen/pencil is preferred. 

$20 for one class or take both for $30. Couples $30 for one class or take both for $50.

Remember: Just start where you are. Now is better (and more reliable) than tomorrow. You'll be caught up in no time! If you're unsure of what's going on, go bak to the class before. Listen to the Question and Answer sessions. Watch the mini-manifesting videos, interviews, and testimonials. One day, when you least expect it, you'll look back over all of this and without any doubt, be able to say, "I'm so glad I did it." And, in that moment, you'll realize why it was all worth it.

You'll get some new ideas, hear success stories, and get the attention you need to be able to improve your manifesting. Stick with it and you'll be amazed at what you can do.

Three Things to Know About Hypnosis

Despite its less-than-serious depiction in cartoons and movies, hypnosis can be an effective tool for therapy. Read on to learn more about the way hypnosis affects our conscious minds.
1. People aren’t unconscious under hypnosis. In fact, they are

in a state of focused hyper-awareness. Subjects’ suggestibility does not emerge from any lack of understanding, but rather from the suppression of inhibitions. That might result in a stage performer making a person feel comfortable enough to cluck like a duck that thinks it’s a chicken, but for a therapist it might mean circumventing the conscious mind’s tendency to make excuses for an addiction.

2. You cannot be hypnotized against your will. Although it is

true that a hypnotized person will be more susceptible to suggestion, it’s simply not possible to force them to do something that they don’t want to do. Likewise, when battling a deep-set psychological issue such as a phobia or an addiction, hypnosis doesn’t work by reversing the patient’s unwanted thoughts but by gradually strengthening their resolve to silence them.

3. Hypnosis often takes hold gradually. Many

hypnotherapists use a method known as progressive relaxation. Introducing peaceful imagery in slow, soothing tones, the professional lulls the patient into a state of relaxation over a longer period of time—as long as a half-hour—and gauges their suggestibility with simple, easy-to-swallow commands such as “relax your arms.”

Jar Art and Manifesting

   

Jar Art and Manifesting is where manifesting exercises meet craft time. This is a great way to create what you want in your life. Plus, it's fun! 

All of the jar, board and box classes are created to help you to get into your body and be present. It's is much easier to create what you want in the physical world by being involved in it. Psychic Tip: The challenge is never creating what you want, it's creating it in the correct reality. Being physical, you focus on your physical world, thereby bring what you want into your physical reality.

Is found in our Manifesting Section. All of the manifesting classes are complete unto themselves. They work great if you're a seasoned creator or if it's your very first time. These classes are located in [under] our Little Reminders Section. There's plethora of printables and classes that help you to keep your mind focused on what you're creating and to make every day a great day!

And, really, what could be more efficient than taking to the part of your mind that is going to go out and doing what you are telling it to? That's what manifesting is :) Need some subconscious help? Now, what you'll need depends on the class that you're taking. You'll find many of the classes have recipes and crafts for you to try at your convenience. There aren't any time or participation requirements. You work at your own pace, picking and choosing what is best for you. 

Here's a short list of supplies that you'll want to have before you begin any of the courses: 

• Jar, Box, or Board
• Writing Utensils
• Journal
• Coloring Utensils
• Scissors
• Ribbon or String
• Glue, Double Sided Tape, or Pins
• Some type of digital device to listen to the audios on

Psychic Tip: If you want to rev-up your manifesting, journal. Keep track of what you are doing. You'll want to record what you manifested [for], all the steps that you have taken, and the downloads that you listen to. Date everything! You'll be so glad that you did!

 Let's Get Coloring! Now, what mediums do you use? Well, that completely depends on you and your level of coloring skills ;) Just be sure that you use the correct paper for whatever you're coloring with. Here's some fun things for you to try. Happy Coloring!

If you're concerned about a goof here and there or changing your mind, These are great. Almost as brilliant as erasable pens and invisible ink ;) These actually work much better than I imagined they would and with these~ you can change your mind as much as you like!
