These entries have everything that you need to develop your sensitivities, manifest what you desire and 'see' how a psychic channels's mind works. As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. The Power of Possibility


If you can think it ~ You can create it. But, what about all of those things you haven't thought of or about? Or, what if you're a negative thinker or lean to the worried side of life, then what? Well, that's what these Possibility Exercises are for. You're going to train yourself to think bigger, better and eventually (if you keep up with it) unlimited. 
You'll need a journal for these exercises. If you don't have one already, get one. And, yes, you need to write it out. As convenient as our technology has made note-taking, I don't recommend it for any of the exercises I teach. Pencil or pen and some lovely paper is much, much better. 


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Get a Journal!   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  
Back to journals and journaling, if you're manifesting, get one that is specific for your exercises. You want one that's separate than all the daily stuff or how you're feeling for that day or week.  Take your manifesting seriously, your subconscious mind does.

* Document all of your visualizing and imaging exercises. Be sure to include the date and time. Write them out in enough detail that if you went back to your journal entry in five years you'd know exactly what you were doing. *

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Possibility Thinking Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Change your thinking into what you want or wish your life could be. Over the next few weeks try to start thinking of the absolute best case scenarios. Pick something easy at first, like great parking or the perfect gift for someone and begin imagining everything going perfectly. And, I mean perfect, from start to finish. The easiest parking or shopping experience you've ever had, every person that comes across your path being nice and helpful. Imagine every detail... the entire experience. Yes, the whole thing. And, do it in great detail. The clearer the picture in your mind, the better. Do not move onto the next exercise until you've 'mastered' this part. Each step is important and very, very, worth the effort. 


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Unleash Yourself Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Now, that you've gotten the hang of it with some simpler things, try the bigger things in your life. You can use this exercise for anything that you'd like. Remember, you're training yourself to 'see' things differently and to open to possibilities. Why? Because by changing your thinking, you're giving yourself opportunities that you may have missed before or shut out of your life before they ever had a chance to blossom. This exercise is not about avoiding your life or living in a fantasy world. Yes, you want to be realistic but you always want to be optimistic. Think balance between possibility and 'reality' or what you expect to happen and best case scenario. (This is also a great exercise to train yourself out of worry.)


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Possibility Lists Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Yay! It's idea time! This is where you get creative. Make lists in your journal (on a separate page, next to your goals and exercises) of all of the magnificent ways things can turn out, come to you or fix 'themselves. This works for anything and everything. The more you can think of, the better. As you think of new things, add it to your list. Be sure to date each entry, you'll be amazed to find how your lists begin to grow and grow the more you do them.  These lists are for you to give yourself ideas for your visualizations and to shift your consciousness and put you into a positive frame of mind. Expect to start thinking opportunity and possibility in every aspect of your life!

You're making the Impossible Possible with these Lists! 



These are definitely the most fun! Ok... let your imagination go crazy. This is where you write anything and everything that 'seems' too good to be true. The bigger the better here. Title them [each one] something wonderful, exciting and inspiring.



* If you have a difficult time with any of these, put your journal away and come back to it later. It'll get easier over time. Keep it in the back of your mind that you're training yourself, so, the more you do it, the better you'll get at it and the easier it will become. *




You may do these exercises as often as you wish, with as many things as you'd like to. 

Make a note to yourself to read over your lists at least once a week. Fitting it into your daily routine is optimal. Work up to that, though. You want this to become who you are, in a natural easy way. Possibilities are about stretching your mind in a positive direction for you and creating the life that you want to have. So, enjoy them! Let this be fun and easy. And, above all, let them bring peace and joy to you! They should comfort and inspire you. Congratulate yourself regularly, you're opening doors of opportunity in every aspect of your life!

  7 Week Mind to Mind Communication Course 
Wrapping it all up 


Welcome to our free summer psychic course! How fun! 
If you're just finding us, the introduction and the very first post is about how I am going to teach this course and all of the guidelines. Read through this thoroughly. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system. If you've been working with us, scroll down a couple paragraphs to begin your eighth  class at the second heart ().

 Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. (If you're starting today, no worries! It's super easy to catch up, Click here to go to the introduction, first day. You can start now!) You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises. If you don't have a journal...Get One. There's a few links at the bottom that will help you. Can you use your phone or computer to do your journaling? Yes, but it's not recommended. Once we get into the channeling section of this class, you'll want to be able to go over your entries and make notes. Plus, you'll be able to catch the tiny nuances of the various inner parts of you by your writing style. 


What a fun 7 weeks this has been! I thoroughly hope that you've enjoyed this course. Over the next few entries, we'll cover channeling (and entities) a bit more and then get right back into your regularly scheduled psychic ability training and manifesting exercises. The next entry will wrap up any 'left over' questions you may have, so, be sure to get them in before the 9th of next month.

 Yay! Congratulations to you for sticking with it for this long! Woo-Hoo! This is a lovely meme. Keep it  and use it
as a gentle reminder to check in with your Higher Self. Plus, it's a great way to say, "Good for me!" I will change it a bit, though... your psychic abilities are magickal and special. They are most definitely a gift, well, the answers and messages certainly feel that way! You should be very proud of yourself for putting the time and effort into developing them and take them very seriously. Yes, live in a Light state of mind and life but taking your psychic abilities seriously is paramount.

It's only about five minutes and will explain a lot of the manifesting and psychic work we chat about in this blog. Or if you're still having any challenges of keeping everything of you or clearing your mind (this is super important), get some downloads and change your programming (Click Here) so nothing sneaks in or influences you. this, too, is a much bigger 'problem' than the world wants to admit. (Again, do not be afraid.  Affirmations: Yay! Please, Please, Please keep doing them! Oh, If you're still doing the exercises (Yay!) keep at them and start adding in new affirmations to your mix. It was such a tough habit to get settled into, take advantage of the hard work you've put in and keep up with the diary entries daily.

~ Use the Insight Section to document all of your energy findings [there]. If it's not enough room, or if you like the way you have been doing your diary entries, use the (master copy) blank page to journal all of your observances. Title it Insights or make a note at the top so that you know what you were doing. (You'll want to be able to pick it up in a year and remember exactly what was going on.)

  7 Week Mind to Mind Communication Course


Welcome to our free summer psychic course! How fun! 
Today's post is about how I am going to teach this course and all of the guidelines. Read through this thoroughly. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system. 

 Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises.  Now, let's go over the way I work. There are a variety of schools of thought about psychic abilities, channeling, Spirits and Spirit Guides and how to do/work with all of it/them. I do not teach how to use any other energies to help you do anything. Ever. In this course you will focus on your Higher Self, using your Spiritual Light and subconscious mind and keeping your energy clear. You'll learn about the variations of vibrations, frequencies and thoughts and how to differentiate them. We'll also sprinkle in some other psychic abilities and how to understand the plethora of messages you receive (from Self and Spirit). You'll definitely be able to communicate with whom ever you want by the end of this course. And, follow all the rules and instructions, and all of your interactions and communications will be clean. 

  Okay... Let's go over the rest of the Rules and the Responsibilities. (FYI: Many of the .jpegs used in this blog will be compiled into the Mind to Mind Pre-Course that you'll be able to download towards the end of the 7 weeks.) 

 Let's chat laws. Well, you should pretty much have Man's Laws down. It's pretty simple, nothing illegal. And, I mean, nothing. As far as Nature and Spirit goes, we'll toss them in as we go and you'll get more detailed information. Pretty much, just follow the Absolutes [below] and you should be good. 


Remember: You bind yourself to what you say, think and do. So, walk this world softly. 

Okay, these are pretty clear. Keep this around so that you have it handy when you're doing your homework and exercises. The Absolutes, meaning there isn't ever a reason to break any of the rules. Now, you'll learn how to talk to people on The Other Side, you're just not allowed to let them in your mind or body. This goes for all entities. All of them. Yes, even your Spirit Guides and/or Angels. No-thing should be drifting in or out of you. Ever. 
Here's the definitions of the wording that is used [below]:
Everyone & Anyone: This refers to anyone in or out of body, on this plane or The Other Side. And, seriously, who wants to mess with a bunch of beings from 'other' places? This also includes animals and pets. Think: anything with a consciousness. Anything. Even if you don't believe in it. ;)
Ugliness: This is any bad behavior. And, I mean, any. If it has anything mean or negative to it, don't do it. If there is a possibility, at all, that someone could be harmed from your actions, don't do it.  Manipulative and Selfish behavior falls into this category. 
Yucky: These would be ugly thoughts and feelings. No, you're not allowed to be screaming at someone in your mind with what you learn from this class. Why? Because they will be able to hear you, and, it's wrong. It's like bringing a very dull knife to a gun fight held a hundred yards between. There's absolutely no contest and cruelty and torture have no place here.  ❥  There is an exception to this rule: You always have the right (and duty) to defend yourself and to keep yourself safe. If this is happening to you, no worries, you'll learn how to make it [them] stop. 

  Whew! That wasn't so bad :) Don't let any of these things deter you or frighten you off. You need to know how to protect yourself and what the repercussions of your behaviors can bring. Plus, after this course, you'll feel an immense amount of comfort in your own thoughts and vibrations and have no trouble keeping everyone and everything out. Yay!

  How to make the best of this class:

~ Get a Journal. Seriously.
Try to find someone to practice with or on. Obviously, get their permission and see if they will help you. This is going to be so fun! If you're not a fan of people, no problem, you can use your pets or even your plants! Or even any critters invited or not hanging out in your garden. :)
~ Make a list of who you're going to practice on (try to find at least 5 different people or animals)
~ Make a list of what you'd like to be able to accomplish with each one of those people/animals
~ Start using some type of affirmation [exercise] everyday. See the last post, Positivity Review, and go over the affirmation and diary recommendations. Plus, we just added a few more to the Manifesting Sections of the eCourses and Training Shop. If you get them through us, they'll always be free.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ When you're setting your mind for the day, pick affirmations that are easy for you to remember. It's best to pick just one or two for the day. It'll be easier for you to evaluate later if you're clear about what you were focusing on.The affirmation videos are an easy way to pick out your affirmations for the day.
