As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Summer Psychic Class!


What have you been Creating?
We're continuing the post from March 22, 2016. What makes the post Revisiting your Goals so important?  Simple, how are you going to decipher when something is a message from Spirit if you don't know what your pattern are? Manifesting is about bring hat you want into physical reality. The reason it's written as psychical reality is because if you have thought it, it is already part of your reality. You need to know what stays in your head, what you are able to bring into fruition and where and what your blocks are.
 You get Psychic Information for Two Reasons: 
1. To Prepare for the Future
2. To Change It
Improving and/or developing your psychic abilities has everything to do with knowing yourself. If you're not actively 
creating what you want in your life, how are you going to change it? If you don't have any idea what the future holds how are you going to prepare for it? Abraham Lincoln said, "The best way to predict the future is to create it." He is right. Here's why. The part of your mind that tells the future is the same part of your mind that creates it. When a psychic is reading you, they are reading that part of your mind, soul, energy~whatever you want to call it. And, if they are talking to Guides or someone from The Other Side~where do you think they come through? That same part of mind. Pretty Amazing, your Subconscious Mind.

manifesting. So, if you want to Create your Life in an altered state, choose hypnosis. If you want 'complete' conscious control, so to speak, pick journaling. I teach both. I give you the tools for both. What works best? Both ;) No, really, both, used in conjunction with each other. Can you use one without the other? Of course! But both have their short comings. So, one more time:1. Hypnosis 2. Journaling & Manifesting and documenting what you get and when
And, if you're interesting in channeling or communicating mind to mind, same-same. If you want to be a prophetic dreamer or an aura reader~both. Anytime type of psychic ability. Remember... all that info comes through your subconscious mind. 

Some people are skittish about the word hypnosis. No worries. It's a very light -deep shift in consciousness. That's
it. Pretty simple. It's when your focus is on your inner mind. I have a lot of try it out stuff in my various download shops and on YouTube. Just be sure you can take ten minutes to go and close your eyes ~ without interruption. And, one of the first things to do when developing psychic stuff is learn how to keep your energy clear. Now, we get into how important your thinking is. Your emotions are messengers. They are letting you know to revisit those thoughts or that situation. Your emotions are

By paying attention or being attentive to your thoughts, you'll begin to decipher the subtle energy difference in them. Are they voices from your past? An inner child needing your attention? Are picking up on what the people around you are thinking? All are very important. Especially when it comes to deciphering worry or self defeating thoughts and dialog. Your thinking part of mind, the decision making one is the one that tells your subconscious mind what to do. In other words, you do
have control over your future. You are constantly giving
direction to the part of your mind that creates it. So, we are back to the beginning. The continuing of the post from March 22, 2016

Journal Exercise: Now, pick a day and a time to journal. You're going to have to hold yourself accountable for this. Start with once a week and slowly and steadily move to
everyday. Even if it's just a tiny bit here and there.

Okay... onto the This Year stuff! Woo-Hoo! Use them pick one a week or you can make your own. These are super simple. That's done on purpose. They are not affirmations, you can however, meditate on them or use them as journal exercises. When you go through them on the Pinterest Board (they're not housed in any other place), you'll find little exercises or things to write or think about beneath each one. They're all different. The more you work with yourself, the better you'll get. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system.  Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. (If you're starting today, no worries! It's super easy to catch up, Click here to go to the introduction, first day. You can start now!) You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises. If you don't have a journal...Get One. There's a few links at the bottom that will help you. Can you use your phone or computer to do your journaling? Yes, but it's not recommended. Once we get into the channeling section of this class, you'll want to be able to go over your entries and make notes. Plus, you'll be able to catch the tiny nuances of the various inner parts of you by your writing style. 


What a fun 7 weeks this has been! I thoroughly hope that you've enjoyed this course. Over the next few entries, we'll cover channeling (and entities) a bit more and then get right back into your regularly scheduled psychic ability training and manifesting exercises.  Yay! Congratulations to you for sticking with it for this long! Woo-Hoo! This is a lovely meme. Keep it  and use it
as a gentle reminder to check in with your Higher Self. Plus, it's a great way to say, "Good for me!" I will change it a bit, though... your psychic abilities are magickal and special. They are most definitely a gift, well, the answers and messages certainly feel that way! You should be very proud of yourself for putting the time and effort into developing them and take them very seriously. Yes, live in a Light state of mind and life but taking your psychic abilities seriously is paramount.

It was such a tough habit to get settled into, take advantage of the hard work you've put in and keep up with the diary entries daily.

 You're in week four of your energy sensitivity training. You should have a pretty good grasp of how much you pick up
from other people, places and energy on a regular basis. Now, it's time to chat about all of the things that are not from or 'in' our world. Yes, this includes ghosts~this is our world. It's physical; and, actually, it's Nature's. That's where Nature's laws come in. Ghosts and Spirits have their own places they have power. This is not one of them...Unless we give it to them. They can read our minds and our energies. They are as kind or icky as they were in life (when they had their own bodies). You wouldn't leave your front door open to whom ever would like to come in whenever they want, don't do it to your mind and body. 
(Keep in mind that they are all not bad or dangerous. Our bodies are made to have only one Spirit in them.) Okay, now that all the scary stuff is out of the bag, I'm going to tell you not to be scared. No, really. It's about consciousness. You don't have to get upset or freak out, just simply use your Spiritual Light and close off yourself. That's it simple and easy. Listen to the download it will train you. And, most of the time, where ever they are from, they just want to chat. It'll complement anything (and everything) that you're doing here or on your own. Pass this one around. Everyone in the world (seriously) should have it. The Psychic Set Up is different than the Mind to Mind Communication Set Up download. You'll use the mind to mind one to set you up for all of your mind to mind communications. The Psychic Set Up (what you need to go get now) is for all of your psychic work. Listen to this download daily until you have it memorized and can say it instantly in your mind. ❥ This week's homework: Keep everything out of you! I know, it sounds silly. It may even be a bit creepy. It's one of the kindest, smartest and most powerful things that you can do for yourself. If it's 'just' you, you can control, understand and change your life. If there's someone else in charge, you have a big problem... Especially if you can't see them and don't know they exist. (And, denial does not relieve you of the responsibility.)

class. Next week you'll be focusing on the rest of the rules and laws. Plus, you'll be in the last stages of getting your set up correct (for you) so that you can start communicating mind to mind on a regular basis. How fun!

❥ Notes about your energy and findings: How you document and figure everything out is up to you. It's a very personal thing. And, can be a lot of fun! It's up to you if you want to share your findings with anyone. Caution: It's probably not the
best choice of action to tell people how they  have a spirit attachment. You may find that saying something like you don't seem like yourself or the energy in the room is off works okay. If you're around people who are not open to this type of language, you can just say I feel weird. Almost everyone can understand that. Plus, it opens a door if they ask you why. :) 

❥ If you have the thought, "That wasn't me." Or "That's not like me at all." or maybe even, "I can't believe I did that." or "I don't know why I did that." along with the feeling that it wasn't you, It probably wasn't. Document everything this week that seems out of character [for you] and how you feel after you've cleared your energy, You may be very surprised to find how those thoughts or emotions/feelings just seem to disappear.

 Today you start your energy sensitivity training. Yay! Do your homework. No excuses for this week. If you're not ready to make the commitment, no problem. Put this away and start again when you're ready. This isn't one of those classes with that you can take it or leave it information or attitude. If you're not going to do it right or put in the effort, don't do it at all. Anyway/Plus, you have a great download that you can use whenever you want. The Stress Less Set doesn't need any training or prerequisites for it to work wonders in your life. If you're continuing this course, start now by adding your download into your daily routine. Yes, every single day. Next week we'll be adding a new download to your routine. You want to be sure that you've programmed yourself sufficiently so that adding a new download complements what you're doing. 

❥ Next week you'll be adding different affirmations into your routine that will gear you up for fine-tuning your abilities to decipher energy, psychic and Spiritual messages. In order to do that, you've got to know how the world affects you, specifically. Everyone's sensitivity level is different. This week you're focusing on the [your] outside world. 
How often have you been around someone and noticed after you've left that you feel weird or just off? Have you ever been somewhere and felt like you didn't fit in, don't belong there, or just plainly, not yourself? Or a phone conversation that has left you feeling unsettled even though there's no reason that you should have any of those feelings? And, this is also where anxiety comes into play. Where does your anxiety or nervousness come from? Have you considered it may be from energies outside of you that are affecting the inside of you? Well, this week you'll figure it all out. You'll want to be very clear about what and how the outside world affects your inner thoughts and all of your feelings. This includes everywhere you go, who you're around and even what you're reading or watching. 
How you document and figure everything out is up to you. It's a very personal thing. And, can be a lot of fun! It's up to you if you want to share your findings with anyone. Caution: This exercise is about self-discovery not about confrontation. If there's someone or something that is upsetting you, re-evaluate if it/this has anything to do with this course or if it is a challenge that you need to attend to (now or later). For this assignment, you're pin-pointing situations, places and types of people/personality types and how it/they affect you. The observing is about all of your sensitivities: good, bad and indifferent. 

 (This is/was part of your homework.) Over the last week, you should have been getting yourself into the habit of journaling. Now, you get to use that to your advantage. Yay! Do your best with this. If you're not used to journaling, it's okay. The more you do it, the better you'll get. If there's one thing you take away from this class, let it be the habit of introspective journaling. It will help you in every aspect of your life, for the rest of your life. 
❥ Write in your Positive Affirmation Diary daily. All of
our Positive Affirmation Image eBooks and Positive Affirmations and Diary Sets are always free. Again, write in your Positive Affirmation Diary daily. If you don't already have it: You'll need to get these from us. If you'd prefer, you may use your own journal. Click here and scroll down to the picture of the Positive Affirmations and Diary Set Instructions
for directions and the best way to do it.
~ Use the Insight Section to document all of your energy findings [there]. If it's not enough room, or if you like the way you have been doing your diary entries, use the (master copy) blank page to journal all of your observances. Title it Insights or make a note at the top so that you know what you were doing. (You'll want to be able to pick it up in a year and remember exactly what was going on.)

❥ Before the end of this course, we'll put up some Mind to Mind Communication Positive Affirmations and Diary Sets (the links will be included) so, pick things that you personally want to work on, now. If you have affirmation eBooks from us that do not have the diary pages with them, download the Positive Affirmations and Diary Set Instructions (here). There are blank pages in them that you can use for your own affirmations. Do you have to use our affirmations? YES. Are there other affirmations out there that are as good as ours or better? Of course there are. But, I know what is in the eBooks from the shops associated with Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com and this class has everything to do with following directions, not taking short cuts and/or promoting laziness and teaching you how important thinking and wording is. Keep using whatever it is that you like~just not for this class.

~Listen to the Stress Less download at least once a day. You'll get a new download to add into your routine next Monday, so be sure you have created a good schedule for yourself.  
~Write in your Journal every single day. 
~Do an affirmation diary page each day. Adding in the 'special' stuff to the Insights Section. 
~If you have found someone to take this course with or to practice with, check in with the people that are doing it with you and get their opinions and feed back about the daily use of the download,  affirmations and exercises. Record all of it. 
~If you didn't read the terms and conditions  (about the downloads) from last week, do it now.
