As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind.   7 Week Mind to Mind Communication Course 
Wrapping it all up 


Welcome to our free summer psychic course! How fun! 
If you're just finding us, the introduction and the very first post is about how I am going to teach this course and all of the guidelines. Read through this thoroughly. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system. If you've been working with us, scroll down a couple paragraphs to begin your eighth  class at the second heart ().

 Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. (If you're starting today, no worries! It's super easy to catch up, Click here to go to the introduction, first day. You can start now!) You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises. If you don't have a journal...Get One. There's a few links at the bottom that will help you. Can you use your phone or computer to do your journaling? Yes, but it's not recommended. Once we get into the channeling section of this class, you'll want to be able to go over your entries and make notes. Plus, you'll be able to catch the tiny nuances of the various inner parts of you by your writing style. 


What a fun 7 weeks this has been! I thoroughly hope that you've enjoyed this course. Over the next few entries, we'll cover channeling (and entities) a bit more and then get right back into your regularly scheduled psychic ability training and manifesting exercises. The next entry will wrap up any 'left over' questions you may have, so, be sure to get them in before the 9th of next month.

 Yay! Congratulations to you for sticking with it for this long! Woo-Hoo! This is a lovely meme. Keep it  and use it
as a gentle reminder to check in with your Higher Self. Plus, it's a great way to say, "Good for me!" I will change it a bit, though... your psychic abilities are magickal and special. They are most definitely a gift, well, the answers and messages certainly feel that way! You should be very proud of yourself for putting the time and effort into developing them and take them very seriously. Yes, live in a Light state of mind and life but taking your psychic abilities seriously is paramount.

 Now, we've gone over Spirits and spirit attachments a bit, but what about all of the other magickal and karmic stuff?

(Don't worry, karma, fate, destiny... all that fun stuff is coming up soon!) ... If you didn't listen to the [free] download last week, go get it now. It's only about five minutes and will explain a lot of the manifesting and psychic work we chat about in this blog. And, if you've been listening to the Psychic Set Up download, you can be fairly certain that you're taking the necessary precautions. I'll mention programming here [again]. So Important. Seriously.  
  Subconscious Programming and Boundaries: (Remember, that's the 'only' way anything can 'get in') This is a much bigger deal than anyone ever really

Or if you're still having any challenges of keeping everything of you or clearing your mind (this is super important), get some downloads and change your programming (Click Here) so nothing sneaks in or influences you. this, too, is a much bigger 'problem' than the world wants to admit. (Again, do not be afraid.  Now, If you haven't already, go get The Pre-Course:Mind to Mind Communication. It's a free course. It has a set of affirmation images, and all of the downloads (.jpegs, coupon 
codes and links) for all the downloads you have been doing in these last seven weeks and the worksheets you'll need for any of the classes you want to take in the future. Each of the mind to mind communication classes are very specific: to Make Someone Call You or Clear your Home of Ghosts or a variety of what you'd like to chat about mind to mind. :) You'll need these worksheets to do them. You'll also see a 2. Communicating Mind to Mind Course. That has another workbook you'll need and three downloads. It gets rid of any negative programs you have and 'sets you up for success'. 

 Affirmations: Yay! Please, Please, Please keep doing them! Oh, If you're still doing the exercises (Yay!) keep at them and start adding in new affirmations to your mix. It was such a tough habit to get settled into, take advantage of the hard work you've put in and keep up with the diary entries daily.

 You're in week three of your energy sensitivity training. Yay! Okay, now that you've got an idea of how your emotions communicate with you (bring you messages), what about picking up everyone else's stuff? Well, quite simply, if your emotions are messages to you, then it's easy to deduce that their emotions are messengers and messages for them. Hence, the phrase, don't take it personally. This does not relieve you from personal responsibilities of your own behavior; it does relieve you from being responsible for 'making' someone feel a certain way. (That's impossible, btw. See the meme above.) 

❥ This week's homework: Decipher picking up people's feelings vs. 'feeling' responsible for them. 
Now, if you've found that you're stuck in an emotion a lot, get the message and get on with it. If you haven't been able to, get a download. Seriously. Attend to yourself. Click below to go to the Emotions Section or/and try the monthly meditation club. You can do all of the emotion downloads for a low monthly price. Plus, it has a free 24 hour trial. You can decide if you like working with yourself this way. And, it's a great way to try them before you buy them. You may be surprised to find how quickly everything falls into place once you straighten out everything going on within you. 

 Affirmations: Keep doing them. And, keep using the emotion ones from the What's the Message? Section. If you're ready, get the Mind to Mind Communication ones. But~ only use the ones that you understand. There's a bunch in there that we'll cover in the last two classes. Next week you'll be focusing on keeping your energy clear. (Yay!) And, don't worry, we'll get to how to communicate mind to mind. :) We just have to get your head and energy clear first. 

❥  Them vs. You 
If you're not taking things personally, life is going to get a whole lot easier. So, that's number one. If you agree with what that person is saying to you or about you, time to do some inner work and clean yourself up. Number two is defining and documenting how being around people affects you. You've done this exercise (kind-of) earlier in this course, now, you're going to fine-tune it. Start noticing if you're one of those people who feel everything everyone around you is feeling, if you feel nothing that they feel and cannot relate at all or if you're somewhere in-between. Be diligent about this part. Next week you'll get a download to balance and 'fix' this but you have to know if you're doing it. The download won't work if you're not getting the messages yourself is giving you. (If you haven't really 'gotten' last week's assignment, keep at it. You'll need to be clear for next week. Confused? Click here to read last week again.) All you have to do is take notice, or more accurately, notes about all of your findings. 

❥ Notes about your emotions and findings: How you document and figure everything out is up to you. It's a very personal thing. And, can be a lot of fun! It's up to you if you want to share your findings with anyone. Caution: It's

probably not the best choice of action to tell people how they are projecting, especially in the heat of the moment. It's your job not to take it personally. When your feathers do not get ruffled, you'll be able to handle each and every situation with ease and grace. For this assignment, you're pin-pointing the feelings and emotions that you pick up from other people and your response to them. 
A great example of picking up on people's feelings: watch children and animals. They all do it. They respond to what everyone around them is thinking and feeling. They seem to just 'know'... and, they do.

 There's not much to this blog post, because we don't want you overwhelmed and you have a lot of homework this week! Today is pretty simple, the less you have going on in your mind, the clearer of a channel you have the ability to become. Obviously, the healthier and happier you are, the easier all of this will be. You can't heighten your psychic powers and expect clear, solid results if various parts of you are screaming to get your attention. So, relax and stress less! You'll notice it's categorized as a prerequisite for psychic training. There are many schools of thought and people that do not believe you can get psychic information for yourself. I do not teach or subscribe to that. What a scary world if you cannot tune into that Higher part of you that knows what's best for you and, seriously, what a disservice to Spirit and what a terrible waste of your time and abilities if you cannot use them for yourself and in your life! 
 ❥ So, what you'll be learning here is all about you, your Higher Self and psychic 'stuff' that improves every aspect of your life. But, first, let's clear out some of the stress in your life! Happy listening!

  Download time! Yay! Do this download 3-4 times this week. Starting next Monday, you'll need to do it once a day.  Start thinking of, or making a plan, of how you can fit it into your daily routine.  What makes these downloads different from other downloads everywhere else? They focus on your Light, making life is fun and easy. You have the ability to manifest anything that you can think of. These downloads give you the tools you need to bring your desires into fruition. What’s the catch? All of these downloads make you happy, make your life simpler and more enjoyable… the underlying message in every download you will buy here… You are a Creator Spirit and you have the power and ability to create what you want… in every aspect of your life. Read Questions & Answers about Hypnosis. Use the affirmations! Just pick one a day. And do it. 
If you're in a space to do your journaling more than once a day, great! If not, start doing your affirmation journaling and set your goal for once a day. You're training yourself and getting yourself into a habit of attending to yourself regularly. You'll need to 'know' how you fair in all circumstances and days. We all know that some days are easier that others. :) This gets you into the habit of counting on yourself whenever and with whatever is happening around you.

❥  Okay, positive affirmations and diary sets. Get one. Do them. There's a few to choose from that match the Stress Less Set. Pick the one that's most appealing to you. Write in it everyday. Your goal: To do it once in the morning and once in the evening. This is about stressing less, so don't take on too much too soon. By next week, you'll need to be journaling once in the morning, once in the evening and listening to the download everyday. This week is getting yourself used to it and figuring out the best routine for you.

❥  You may use your own journal. Write out (the outline) of the diary pages in your own journal. Make it different than your other journal entries, you want to be able to recognize it immediately. And, have each Positive Affirmation Diary Entry on a separate page. These entries are different than manifesting or writing about your thoughts or feelings. (They are specific to the affirmation that you are working on that/this day.) These entries are different and separate than your various homework [writing] assignments.

  Whew! You've made it through one week! Yay to you for sticking with it. Now, it's routine time. One of the best things that you can ever do for yourself is to carve out 'Me Time'. That's time just for you to do whatever it is that you want to do. The key? Making it regular. You want you to be able to count on you. Your job for this week (along with all of your other homework lol) is figure out what your 'Me Time' is and when you can have it. Really think about this and experiment with it. you have some leeway with your homework this week (Yay!) but by next Monday, you'll need to have 45 minutes to an hour set aside every single day to do your homework. And, have fun with this! It's about you and your time!

Listen to the Stress Less download 3-4 times this week. You'll work up to everyday. 
~ Write in your Journal. 
~  Start using the affirmations that accompany the download in the Stress less Set

~ Read the terms and conditions.  This is about the downloads and the picture is very soothing! lol 
~ (from last week) Start using some type of affirmation [exercise] everyday. See the  post, Positivity Review, and go over the affirmation and diary recommendations.
