What you put into your mind is so, so very important. We are used to hearing about what we put into our bodies, but what about our minds? Your mind is where everything in your life starts. And, I mean, Everything. If you want to help, change or ____ for yourself, start with your mind. Now, I am not saying, by any means, stop taking physical action or quit doing the things that are good for you because you're going to 'think it' instead. I mean, get your mind right. Think thoughts that support what you want to achieve. And, for this exercise, start paying attention to what you put into your mind or what you're not. Yay! It's about reading! Ack! So good for you! And, such a nice get away and used correctly, what a wonderful escape!
