I'm so glad to be winding up 2013 with you! 

If you're into numerology, add up your birth month, birthday and add 6. (2013) ... That's the what your moving out of and into ______. add your birth month, birth date and 7. Remember to beak it down into single digits. Over your head? No problem. Click here. It's the numerology entry and had everything you need to get the materials, learn it and do your own numbers. Think about this year and everything you've done, experienced and learned. (The next entry January 11 will focus on goals and goal setting. We're definitely doing New Years Resolutions!)

Start jotting down what you liked and did not like about 2013 (You could do something that looks like a pro and con list, if you like.) Keep it semi-organized. you'll use it for the next blog.
Take your time reviewing your year... It was an entire year! You may also want to jot down good, bad, up, down, highs and lows that you had and any significant changes you experienced (in any and every area of your life).

The rest of your homework... Enjoy the next couple weeks and all of your holiday and/or time to yourself!

We're used to making holiday and birthday list. Actually we list things we are going to buy and do all of the time from phone calls we need to make to our groceries for the week. 
This season, use some of the list paper for what you'd like to 'see' for your family and relationships. Not the simple goal of what to accomplish but who you'd like to become and how you'd like to respond to those around you.

Doing this as a family exercise can and will set a different tone for the holiday season. It will help all of your family members get to know you better and you'll get new insight into them and what their internal priorities are. 
You can also do this at a get together and with friends. 
Be as creative as you like. There's many different list pages, so that you can pick the best page for the list you're going to make in this particular sitting. 
~ The key to this exercise... think worldly, broadly and innerly. You can do it! And, as with anything, the more you do it, the better you'll get at it. And, before you know it, you and everyone you did the exercise with will be living it!
