Writing Your Own Story



Imagine what your life would be like if you woke each morning knowing that you are in control of your day. That each and every [single] thing that was brought into your life was created for you, by you. Imagine the difference in your thoughts, your feelings, your confidence. Imagine what your life would be like. Now, I'm aware that this may be a stretch in thinking for you, so we'll start easy. We'll start by having you imagine (in a big picture) what you'd like your life to be like. 


Psychic Tip: It's true, If you can think it, You can create it. The catch... you must believe it, or at least, the possibility of it happening.

Psychic Tip: 
Everything starts in your mind. If there's anything that you want to fix, change or create~start with your thoughts. !. Watch your 'random thoughts about whatever it is you're focusing on. 2. Be honest with yourself about them. 3. Journal them. 4. Change or Enhance them. 

Journal Entry Exercise: So, for the naysayers or realists out there, what if this is wrong? What if it doesn't work? What if you're fooling yourself? Let's chat about that. What if it's all just craziness? What would happen? Honestly, what could happen? This is worst case scenario, by the way, so just let your imagination roll. 
Here's some ideas: The possibility of guilt or upset at yourself, discouraged at where your life is or upset at what you've created, maybe even angry at yourself for not knowing better. Okay, let's have a reality check: Your emotions are messengers. They are not truth. One more time: your emotions are messengers (from some part of you) to pay attention, change your thinking or reevaluate what's going on. Again, emotions are not truth. So, all of those feelings are trying to help you get back on track, or more honestly, back to your Light and who you are created to be.



Other Ideas: You'll feel powerful, in control and confident. Again, emotions are messengers~if you're good with the feeling (the message) then, keep going in that direction. So, why ink? So that you can see what you've done when you go back through your journal. And, your mind will give you hits about what's going on with you all of the time. Pay close attention to your handwriting. It will change depending on the part of you that's writing.

Psychic Development: Wrapping it all up



Happy September! Congratulations! You finished the entire summer course. (Well, almost, you have just a couple more homework assignments to do!) 
Now, give yourself a big pat on the back an take yourself out to celebrate! It is a huge accomplishment. That was a lot of work, energy, time and effort. Good Job!
Really, do something nice for yourself. Yes, all of the benefits you have gotten are reward 'enough' but it is very good for you to celebrate what you have done. It lets all parts of you know that you care about the effort 'they' put in, too. Be proud of yourself! It feels good!

Lets wrap up this class! I gave you a few extra days before this last class because you're in that perfect place of openness now. Use it to your advantage! Keep Going!
Your challenge and power homework assignments can be used as an ongoing journaling exercise. You may find over time your definitions change or get fine-tuned. You may discover that your challenges are continually changing or you may start to see subtle patterns emerging. You've been training yourself to pay attention to the 'little' things that are going on inside of you.  

Now, the rest is up to you! (You've got this.) You have everything you need inside of you. You've gotten to know yourself, taught yourself to listen to you and have created a good routine for you and your body. What a lovely addition this Spiritual growing, stretching and listening is to your life! And, your psychic abilities are growing everyday. Practice! Practice! Practice! In the first class we talked about finding some type of divination tool. If you haven't done that yet (and want to) try retaking this class using the item(s) that you like. You'll be very surprised how different this eCourse is with different goals. Your subconscious mind, Higher Self, Spirit, etc. 'picks out' what information is most important to you at the time. (What's to your Highest Good at the time, if you're focused on Higher Thought, path, etc.) When you listen to your downloads and/or retake this class, notice how many things seem 'new' to you. It's actually, quite fun! And, ummm... kind of amazing!

Remember... if you do not keep up with what you're doing now, you will not continue to get the same benefits, information and guidance. It's a way of life. it take persistence, dedication and consistency. I'm leaving the assignments [below] for you this week. You can alter anything you like, remember, the more effort, the greater the result.

Take notice of how many things in your life have changed since you started this class. How much progress have you made? What have you accomplished? 
Now, times that by months then by years. Just imagine your life on your Golden Path in 10 years from now~ if you keep up the same speed and pace of growth and change that you have been doing over the last 3 months. 
Now, that's stopping. (And, incredibly wonderful and exciting!)

Meditation Assignment:
All of your Meditation Assignments are for you to get to know you. It's your responsibility to keep up with what you asked yourself last week. You can continue to ask the same types of questions, build on the last session or start something completely new. It's up to you. If you're still working on ______, then keep at it! 

~*~Tune into your Higher Self:
Try this technique 3 times this week and document it in your meditation journal. (If you're comfortable, you can start to increase your meditation time. The easiest way is to increase it in 5 minute increments. Whatever you increase it to, sit for that amount of time, every time. (Once you get into the hours, you can tailor your sessions with a variety of chunks of time. Until then, work up to 60 minutes by adding just 5-10 minutes a week.)

Do this technique 3x this week and write about your experiences in your Meditation Journal. 

Writing Assignments: 

List Making
  1. List everything that you have accomplished & what you have learned.
  2. Make a creative ideas list to keep yourself focused on developing and honing your psychic abilities.
  3. Make a list of all of the things you are going to keep doing [that you started in this class].
  4. (For the future) make a new Spiritual or psychic 'things' to do and/or learn.

In the off chance that you did not do this section of the class, I'll remind you, one of the best ways to find out what going on with you is journal daily. Just ten minutes can make a world of difference, really. Note to take with you: Journal. Journal. Journal.
Journal for your daily entries: You should already have one. If not, start now, and pick anything that you like. It can be large or small, lined or unlined. You may find that a calendar itself suits you or a journal that has spots for you to review and write about your day. You daily journal needs to be completely separate from everything else. You need a new, separate journal for next week. If you can't figure it out, get something that you like looking at everyday. And, while you're shopping and brainstorming about what type fits you the best, think of what colors, images and/or wording that is going to reinforce your goals and line of thinking every single time you look at it.

I'm so glad to be winding up 2013 with you! 

If you're into numerology, add up your birth month, birthday and add 6. (2013) ... That's the what your moving out of and into ______. add your birth month, birth date and 7. Clearing your mind and doing something simple can work magic on your emotions, creativity and your body.
