 Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  One of the best things that you can remember when it comes to manifesting, goal setting and affirmation writing, is to be sure that you are the subject of all of your creations. All of these tools are for you to create a better life for yourself, not to control or manipulate someone else~no matter how justified you feel you are. So, again, write only about you and what you desire for yourself and your life.  

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Think of an affirmation as anything that you say over and over to yourself. You're affirming that it (whatever you are repeating) is true to yourself. Whatever those repetitive thoughts are, you're 'trying' to convince yourself of them. Now, that you know this, try to replace those worry thoughts with [good] possibility thought.  

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Think simple. Think specific. When you're creating what you want, you need to be specific about what you want not how you're going to get it. This is a great opportunity for you to start practicing, working with and building a good, solid relationship with the different levels of your mind. 
Think: My conscious mind directs. (This is the part you're using to decide what you want.) and My subconscious mind creates. (Let it do its job. It will figure out the best way to get you what you want and it will bring anything [in you] to the surface that is blocking you from your manifestation. Read about The Mind here. Yes. It'll be easier for you to evaluate later if you're clear about what you were focusing on.The affirmation videos are an easy way to pick out your affirmations for the day. Warning: If you're a negative thinker, try to avoid all the 'proof' that nothing works until you build up your own thoughts and feelings in a direction that you want to go. (Avoid reading and studying when you are in a passive negative state or if you are feeling particularly pessimistic.) If you are a pessimistic person, fix that first. Who you are and how you think IS what manifests in your life.
