Psychic Tip: Ask your body what it needs to stay healthy, have energy and/or heal. Be very specific. No eating for feelings, here. This is about your body being kept healthy. :)

You don't have to do all of these, just pick and choose a few that suits you and how you're feeling or what you want to achieve. With each entry, take your time and write about each thought or answer each question as completely as possible. Remember, you're using this stuff to inspire and motivate you!

One of the keys to feeling and staying inspired is the end result... feeling good about what you're doing and what you have to look forward to. The more you compliment and support yourself, you'll find, the more inspired you become. You can do it!
Make taking care of you fun! Add some crafts and physical things to do in the mix! It makes a difference. Being in your body helps you connect with it and take care of it better. It does matter what you're thinking while you're preparing your food, eating and even cleaning up afterward. Think good thoughts! You'll notice a difference in how your body responds to you!

We are used to hearing about what we put into our bodies, but what about our minds? Your mind is where everything in your life starts. And, I mean, Everything. If you want to help, change or ____ for yourself, start with your mind. Now, I am not saying, by any means, stop taking physical action or quit doing the things that are good for you because you're going to 'think it' instead. I mean, get your mind right. Think thoughts that support what you want to achieve. And, for this exercise, start paying attention to what you put into your mind or what you're not. Yay! It's about reading! Ack! So good for you! And, such a nice get away and used correctly, what a wonderful escape!

Learning (anything you want to learn)
and on and on... The list could go on forever. How fun is that?!!
~After you make your list, start adding to it with different types of books that can fulfill those needs. This is not an exercise to run from your life, it's an exercise to enhance it. Plus, reading is good for you! Woo-Hoo! Yay You!
