These entries have everything that you need to develop your sensitivities, manifest what you desire and 'see' how a psychic channels's mind works. As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Keep your Body Happy!


Hello Summer! 
Last post we started getting ready for summer and now it's time for some summertime fun! 
How do we have more fun? Well, one of the easier ways to is keep our bodies happy. Your body is always communicating with you. If it's healthy and hydrated, that's going to clear up an awful lot of time in your mind to...Well, have fun! 

There's always something going on about food, diets and fitness, but what about water? How often do we hear that you need to drink more water? If you've been hearing this a lot, good! It's a nice reminder to grab your water! This is for those of you that are not huge water fans or for anyone out there that knows they're not getting enough. If you're one of those people that are always hydrated, you may find some fun stuff  [here] to do or some good ideas to encourage those around you to drink more water! 
No, seriously~ you'll be amazed to realize how many people get grumpy from being thirsty. We all have known that person that needs to eat ... or else. Many of us have that exact same thing when we don't get enough water. We may just not realize it's because our bodies are thirsty. So, next time you feel thirsty or think about being thirsty, try drinking some water and forgoing that soda, tea or coffee. Once you start making this a habit, you may notice that you simply feel better. Yay! Happy Body! 

Now, how do we make it a habit? And easy at the same time? Well, getting your body involved helps! Any physical activity that keeps you focused on what you're doing... So, that's what all of this is about. 
We'll call it ~ Fruit Infusion Fun! 
If you enjoy doing something, it's a lot easier to get yourself to do more of it.  ~Just think of this kitty. Hours of entertainment. ;)

Fruit Infusion Fun!
Okay. it's talk about fruit time! Yes, it's a fabulous snack but it can also add some great flavor to your water. Should you drink plain, old, boring water? Yes. But, you may be inclined to drink more of it if you add a little bit of pizzazz! 

All of the pictures below are to give you some ideas of what you can do. Plus, it's aesthetically pleasing! They are large enough that you can right click and save them to your computer or you're more than welcome to comb through our Crafts, Recipes, and Helpful Stuff on Pinterest and find them there.


Look how many options there are! You can even put some fruit in your to-go water bottles! 


You can freeze your fruit in ice cube trays or popsicle molds. You can use water, coconut water and/or juice.

This month it's about getting ready for summer, feeling good and taking care of your body.

One of the best ways to quiet your mind, create what you want and get answers from yourself is to do something that keeps your hands busy, conscious mind focused and still allows some drifty time. So, what does taking care of your body have to do with psychic stuff? Simple: Spirit works through your brain. In
other words, you're only going to get the messages as clearly as the health of your brain. Now, lets say you've got a healthy brain but your body is uncomfortable. Well, then all you're going to be hearing is your body trying to tell you what's wrong with him or her. It is going to trump all the other messages you are receiving. The healthier you keep your body, the easier it will be for you to hear 'other' psychic messages. 
Keeping your body healthy means eating right, getting regular exercise, drinking plenty of water and sleeping well. It's really about balance. If you're out of balance with your body, you're out of balance with Nature and it'll toss you out of balance with Spirit. Now, everyone's body is different. Really, completely different. The diet your body needs, the amount of sleep (and schedule) and the types of exercise it likes. Your job is to figure out what your body want and needs from you. 
Journaling Exercise: Once a day, sit with your pen and
journal and quietly ask yourself, "What do I need today?" Write down your answer. It may be something about your physical being other times it will be about some aspect of your life. 
Shopping Exercise: The next time you're at the grocery store, ask yourself, "What is good for my body?" If you already have a solid relationship with yourself, starting asking body [directly] what foods it needs to stay healthy. Ask yourself in your mind. All parts of you are always listening. 
Okay, now that you're getting your body stuff on track, what about the emotional stuff? Your emotions are messengers. They let you know when something is going on inside of you. Each time something 'comes' up for you, grab your journal. 
Journling Exercise: Ask yourself, "What is this feeling trying to tell me?" If you get something like "I'm Afraid." Then ask yourself what you're afraid of or why. You'll be taking notes and dialoging with yourself. I cannot stress enough the value and importance of self-soothing and communication. 

It's going to be constant in your life (and, you'll start to enjoy depending on you) because you are the only one that can truly sooth you. Your emotions are messengers~ they are bringing you the message. Once you learn to chat with yourself, you'll notice you feel better all of the time, life is easier, you are more comfortable and confident. You really are your best support system. 

You may find that the messages are
simply to have a time-out or to take a break. (So Important!)  Just stepping away from the world for thirty minutes can change everything. Whatever your messages are, write them down and take them seriously. Never ignore the inner parts of you or what they are saying. If you can't quite understand what the message is, don't fret. Keep asking yourself, you'll get the answer. 
And, of course, the last piece of the balance and happy communication with yourself is who you surround yourself with. 

Journaling Exercise: Make a list of all of the people you are around on a regular basis. Go through your list and write out a bit about each person and how you feel: 
~ Before you see them.
~ When you're with them
~ And after you leave them. 
Go through everything [later], be honest with yourself, and start thinking about the changes you need to make. For example: See the ones that make you feel happy more and the ones that make you feel icky, less. :)
