Hello Summer!
Last post we started getting ready for summer and now it's time for some summertime fun!
How do we have more fun? Well, one of the easier ways to is keep our bodies happy. Your body is always communicating with you. If it's healthy and hydrated, that's going to clear up an awful lot of time in your mind to...Well, have fun!
There's always something going on about food, diets and fitness, but what about water? How often do we hear that you need to drink more water? If you've been hearing this a lot, good! It's a nice reminder to grab your water! This is for those of you that are not huge water fans or for anyone out there that knows they're not getting enough. If you're one of those people that are always hydrated, you may find some fun stuff [here] to do or some good ideas to encourage those around you to drink more water!
No, seriously~ you'll be amazed to realize how many people get grumpy from being thirsty. We all have known that person that needs to eat ... or else. Many of us have that exact same thing when we don't get enough water. We may just not realize it's because our bodies are thirsty. So, next time you feel thirsty or think about being thirsty, try drinking some water and forgoing that soda, tea or coffee. Once you start making this a habit, you may notice that you simply feel better. Yay! Happy Body!
Now, how do we make it a habit? And easy at the same time? Well, getting your body involved helps! Any physical activity that keeps you focused on what you're doing... So, that's what all of this is about.
We'll call it ~ Fruit Infusion Fun!
If you enjoy doing something, it's a lot easier to get yourself to do more of it. ~Just think of this kitty. Hours of entertainment. ;)

Okay. it's talk about fruit time! Yes, it's a fabulous snack but it can also add some great flavor to your water. Should you drink plain, old, boring water? Yes. But, you may be inclined to drink more of it if you add a little bit of pizzazz!

Look how many options there are! You can even put some fruit in your to-go water bottles!
You can freeze your fruit in ice cube trays or popsicle molds. You can use water, coconut water and/or juice.
A Hydrated Body is a Happy Body!
