As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Summer Psychic Class!


What have you been Creating?
We're continuing the post from March 22, 2016. What makes the post Revisiting your Goals so important?  Simple, how are you going to decipher when something is a message from Spirit if you don't know what your pattern are? Manifesting is about bring hat you want into physical reality. The reason it's written as psychical reality is because if you have thought it, it is already part of your reality. You need to know what stays in your head, what you are able to bring into fruition and where and what your blocks are.
 You get Psychic Information for Two Reasons: 
1. To Prepare for the Future
2. To Change It
Improving and/or developing your psychic abilities has everything to do with knowing yourself. If you're not actively 
creating what you want in your life, how are you going to change it? If you don't have any idea what the future holds how are you going to prepare for it? Abraham Lincoln said, "The best way to predict the future is to create it." He is right. Here's why. The part of your mind that tells the future is the same part of your mind that creates it. When a psychic is reading you, they are reading that part of your mind, soul, energy~whatever you want to call it. And, if they are talking to Guides or someone from The Other Side~where do you think they come through? That same part of mind. Pretty Amazing, your Subconscious Mind.

manifesting. So, if you want to Create your Life in an altered state, choose hypnosis. If you want 'complete' conscious control, so to speak, pick journaling. I teach both. I give you the tools for both. What works best? Both ;) No, really, both, used in conjunction with each other. Can you use one without the other? Of course! But both have their short comings. So, one more time:1. Hypnosis 2. Journaling & Manifesting and documenting what you get and when
And, if you're interesting in channeling or communicating mind to mind, same-same. If you want to be a prophetic dreamer or an aura reader~both. Anytime type of psychic ability. Remember... all that info comes through your subconscious mind. 

Some people are skittish about the word hypnosis. No worries. It's a very light -deep shift in consciousness. That's
it. Pretty simple. It's when your focus is on your inner mind. I have a lot of try it out stuff in my various download shops and on YouTube. But for this class, go get the download Psychic Set Up. (It's complimentary.) It's super short so that you can fit it into what ever you're doing. Yay! Just be sure you can take ten minutes to go and close your eyes ~ without interruption. And, one of the first things to do when developing psychic stuff is learn how to keep your energy clear. Now, we get into how important your thinking is. Your emotions are messengers. They are letting you know to revisit those thoughts or that situation. Your emotions are

By paying attention or being attentive to your thoughts, you'll begin to decipher the subtle energy difference in them. Are they voices from your past? An inner child needing your attention? Are picking up on what the people around you are thinking? All are very important. Especially when it comes to deciphering worry or self defeating thoughts and dialog. Your thinking part of mind, the decision making one is the one that tells your subconscious mind what to do. In other words, you do
have control over your future. You are constantly giving
direction to the part of your mind that creates it. So, we are back to the beginning. The continuing of the post from March 22, 2016

Journal Exercise: Now, pick a day and a time to journal. You're going to have to hold yourself accountable for this. Start with once a week and slowly and steadily move to
everyday. Even if it's just a tiny bit here and there. 
Affirmations: Yep. Affirmations. EVERYDAY. You don't have to be obsessed about it, just pick one or two a day and use them. Here's our Affirmations to Enhance your Psychic Abilities Playlist. All of our Affirmation Image eBooks are free, go and download some today! Pick one that you'll like saying to yourself. That are going to inspire and motivate you. Okay... onto the This Year stuff! Woo-Hoo! Use them pick one a week or you can make your own. These are super simple. That's done on purpose. They are not affirmations, you can however, meditate on them or use them as journal exercises. When you go through them on the Pinterest Board (they're not housed in any other place), you'll find little exercises or things to write or think about beneath each one. They're all different. Pick the one that fits you that day. And, there's still more coming! Every couple days I put a new one on Pinterest and on Twitter @PsychicTidbits

The more you work with yourself, the better you'll get. Healthy Summer!


Ahhh... Summer! The last few blog posts have helped get you ready for summer and feel food about yourself, your body and your life. Now, how about some yummy, crafty fun! 

One of the biggest challenges that people have when they're working on changing habits is coming up with substitution ideas. This post is a simple one~ it's just about watermelon! HaHa, that makes it really easy! 

One of the greatest benefits for your mind when you're eating healthy, is that you don't have to think about it. There's no regrets, no stress... none of that. You just simply get to enjoy your food. Uh~Yay! And many events are centered around food. This posts has some ideas for you to use if you are the host or hostess. 
...Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ... Why so much focus on body, health, exercise and food? Well, Spirit can only work through you as healthy as your brain is. Period. If you want to be a clear channel for your Higher Self, or any part of you or anything, for that matter, eat healthy and clean. Plus, your body will be much happier and inclined to work with you. ...Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ...




Ack! I love Watermelon! And with it being over 90% water, it makes it the perfect summer snack. Why? Because it's so easy to freeze, blend and puree! Yay!

Ice Cubes!
Just puree your watermelon and pour it into ice cube trays. Stick them in the freezer for when you want them! 
Popsicles!
All you have to do is puree it and pour into popsicle molds! Remember your popsicle sticks!
Watermelon!
Why watermelon? It's about 92% water so it makes freezing, blending, pureeing super easy! 
In Water!
Put your cut up watermelon in your water! You can add some other yummy stuff, too!
Freeze It! 
You guessed it, cut them up, put a popsicle stick in them and pop them in the freezer! 
Melon-Balls
Melon balls! So fun! You can just drop them right into your water or freeze them and use them as ice!

Make your own Watermelon Snow Cones! 
At Step 6 (below) wait a tine bit and it will warm up so you can mush it or shape it better. Get those cute paper-cone cups and dish it up!

Watermelon Slushies! 
1. Chop up the watermelon. Yum! 
2. Puree it in a blender. 
3. Pour it into a freezer Safe container. 
4. Freeze it. Yay! 
5. Scrape it out with a fork or spoon. 
6. Dish it up ~Shape it how you like. 
7. Add some mint or lime. 
8. Serve and eat! So Fun!
Dinner Party or Afternoon Sit Down?​​​​​​​
 If you're having it at a fancier event... Make them into larger balls. Toss in some fresh sprigs of mint and a slice of lime. If you cut up a few pieces of the watermelon (leaving the rind on) it dresses up the dish even more!

Mind to Mind Communication: Psychic Energies


  7 Week Mind to Mind Communication Course 
Psychic Energies (5th Week) 


Welcome to our free summer psychic course! How fun! 
If you're just finding us, the introduction and the very first post is about how I am going to teach this course and all of the guidelines. Read through this thoroughly. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system. If you've been working with us, scroll down a couple paragraphs to begin your fifth class at the second heart ().


 Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. (If you're starting today, no worries! It's super easy to catch up, Click here to go to the introduction, first day. You can start now!) You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises. If you don't have a journal...Get One. There's a few links at the bottom that will help you. Can you use your phone or computer to do your journaling? Yes, but it's not recommended. Once we get into the channeling section of this class, you'll want to be able to go over your entries and make notes. Plus, you'll be able to catch the tiny nuances of the various inner parts of you by your writing style.

 You're in week three of your energy sensitivity training. Yay! Okay, now that you've got an idea of how your emotions communicate with you (bring you messages), what about picking up everyone else's stuff? Well, quite simply, if your emotions are messages to you, then it's easy to deduce that their emotions are messengers and messages for them. Hence, the phrase, don't take it personally. This does not relieve you from personal responsibilities of your own behavior; it does relieve you from being responsible for 'making' someone feel a certain way. (That's impossible, btw. See the meme above.) 

❥ This week's homework: Decipher picking up people's feelings vs. 'feeling' responsible for them. 
Now, if you've found that you're stuck in an emotion a lot, get the message and get on with it. If you haven't been able to, get a download. Seriously. Attend to yourself. Click below to go to the Emotions Section or/and try the monthly meditation club. You can do all of the emotion downloads for a low monthly price. Plus, it has a free 24 hour trial. You can decide if you like working with yourself this way. And, it's a great way to try them before you buy them. You may be surprised to find how quickly everything falls into place once you straighten out everything going on within you. 

 Affirmations: Keep doing them. And, keep using the emotion ones from the What's the Message? Section. If you're ready, get the Mind to Mind Communication ones. But~ only use the ones that you understand. There's a bunch in there that we'll cover in the last two classes. Next week you'll be focusing on keeping your energy clear. (Yay!) And, don't worry, we'll get to how to communicate mind to mind. :) We just have to get your head and energy clear first. 

❥  Them vs. You 
If you're not taking things personally, life is going to get a whole lot easier. So, that's number one. If you agree with what that person is saying to you or about you, time to do some inner work and clean yourself up. Number two is defining and documenting how being around people affects you. You've done this exercise (kind-of) earlier in this course, now, you're going to fine-tune it. Start noticing if you're one of those people who feel everything everyone around you is feeling, if you feel nothing that they feel and cannot relate at all or if you're somewhere in-between. Be diligent about this part. Next week you'll get a download to balance and 'fix' this but you have to know if you're doing it. The download won't work if you're not getting the messages yourself is giving you. (If you haven't really 'gotten' last week's assignment, keep at it. You'll need to be clear for next week. Confused? Click here to read last week again.) All you have to do is take notice, or more accurately, notes about all of your findings. 

❥ Notes about your emotions and findings: How you document and figure everything out is up to you. It's a very personal thing. And, can be a lot of fun! It's up to you if you want to share your findings with anyone. Caution: It's

probably not the best choice of action to tell people how they are projecting, especially in the heat of the moment. It's your job not to take it personally. When your feathers do not get ruffled, you'll be able to handle each and every situation with ease and grace. For this assignment, you're pin-pointing the feelings and emotions that you pick up from other people and your response to them. 
A great example of picking up on people's feelings: watch children and animals. They all do it. They respond to what everyone around them is thinking and feeling. They seem to just 'know'... and, they do.

❥ Write in your Positive Affirmation Diary daily. All of
our Positive Affirmation Image eBooks and Positive Affirmations and Diary Sets are always free. Again, write in your Positive Affirmation Diary daily. If you don't already have it: You'll need to get these from us. If you'd prefer, you may use your own journal. Click here and scroll down to the picture of the Positive Affirmations and Diary Set Instructions
for directions and the best way to do it.

~ Use the Insight Section to document all of your energy findings [there]. If it's not enough room, or if you like the way you have been doing your diary entries, use the (master copy) blank page to journal all of your observances. Title it Insights or make a note at the top so that you know what you were doing. (You'll want to be able to pick it up in a year and remember exactly what was going on.)

~Listen to A Delicate Conscience or Stress Less daily. 
~Write in your Journal every single day. 
~Do an affirmation diary page each day. Adding in the 'special' stuff to the Insights Section. 
~If you have found someone to take this course with or to practice with, check in with the people that are doing it with you and get their opinions and feed back about the daily use of the download,  affirmations and exercises. Record all of it.

 You're in week two of your energy sensitivity training. Good Job! Now, that you've been observing and documenting how the outside world affects you, we can focus on the inner you. Please read the article about The Mind. (Click here now.Have you read it before? Good! Read it again. The inner levels of you are so very, very important. And if part of you is giving you a message, you had better know where it is coming from. And, honestly, you can't do any of that if you don't understand how your mind works.

❥ Yay! New download time. If you already have it, toss it in with the focus of getting to know the inner parts of you and the teachings in this class. It'll be very interesting to see if it works differently for you now that you've been doing your exercises and focusing on energy. Remember, why you are doing [the downloads] are just as important as what they say. Be sure to listen to A Delicate Conscience daily. And you may want to keep doing the Stress Less download, too. Just don't overwhelm yourself or get burnt out. For the rest of this course, you'll be doing a download daily. You'll get one more before the course is over. And that one you'll be doing daily, too. Well, at least until you memorize it! 

❥ Now, let's chat emotions. They are messengers. Messengers from you, your inner mind, your Body, Spirit... you name it. They are what lets you know what's going on within you and the subtle energies around you. Do your homework diligently this week. Next week you'll be deciphering psychic energy stuff. You need to know what's coming from you and what's not. Plus, you'll be learning to separate your energy from everyone else's. Ask a sensitive, there's nothing worse than falling apart only to realize that everything you've been feeling and thinking has nothing to do with you. 
How do you get the messages? It's pretty simple, you feel them. You have to be aware that you have them before you can figure out what they mean. How do you figure out the message they are bringing you? Ha! Even simpler! You ask them. No, seriously. That's it. Ask. If you're mad, take a moment and ask yourself what's going on. Say [to yourself], "What is mad saying to me?" Or you can ask that part what it's doing. "Mad, what message do you have for me?" And, no "I'm mad!" doesn't cut it. Of course you're mad that's why you are asking. (If  "I'm mad!' is [honestly] the answer, ask, "Why are you mad?") The messages can be anything from trying to protect you to this is dangerous or even something simple like I'm scared or I don't like  _____. Then, ask that part about the answer. Keep digging. One of your subconscious mind's job is to take care and protect you. Everything you feel has a reason and a message. And, when you get the message... the messenger goes away. You will feel the feelings subside when you get the answer. 
No worries if it's a bit confusing. You'll get it. And, we'll keep at it. You'll be deciphering messages from your emotions for the rest of your life. You've got time. lol
Here's a quick recap:
1. What's the emotion you're feeling?
2. Ask what it is saying to you.
3. Ask for more information from answer 2 if you need it. 
That's it. Simple. :)
When or if you're ready, you can ask your Higher Self what to do about it. (We'll get into that in more detail, later.)

❥ New Affirmations!
Pick any that you like from the What's the Message? Section. They are all about listening to and working with your emotions. And, if you're perusing the classes and things in there, try to refrain from doing the Mind to Mind Pre-Course until after this class is

over. Some of the affirmations for Communicating Mind to Mind are up but this week is about emotions. So, get any that you like, just do your homework with the correct stuff. If you don't know what's you and what's them ~ communicating mind to mind with someone is a bunch of static or, more accurately, a part of you trying to get your attention. If you don't know yourself, how will ever be able to fine-tune any of your abilities? So, take a deep breath and get very excited about getting to know all those adorable parts of you that are bringing you 
psychic and Spiritual messages.

❥ Notes about your emotions and findings: How you document and figure everything out is up to you. It's a very personal thing. And, can be a lot of fun! It's up to you if you want to share your findings with anyone. Caution: This exercise is about self-discovery not about confrontation. If there's someone or something that is upsetting you, re-evaluate if it/this has anything to do with this course or if it is a challenge that you need to attend to (now or later). For this assignment, you're pin-pointing feeling and emotions and what they are trying to say to you. The observing is about all of your sensitivities: good, bad and indifferent. Remember, you don't have to sit in the feeling. It's there to get you to look within.
