Positivity is about how you approach life. It's all in the attitude. 
Think back to meeting different people at different times. You can think of something that happened at school or work or even the first time you've gone into a store or a restaurant. The new people that you met, what do you remember about them? Was there anything particular that stood out to you about those people? What if everyone you met smiled at you? What if each person was incredibly positive or happy, courteous or nice? And what if everyone was mad, scowling or grumpy? 
Those memories compile our lives. When you're thinking about if it's worth the effort to be positive, think back to someone or some situation that changed your life because of how people acted or reacted and, of course, how you responded to them. The loveliest gift you could give the world everyday is your Light.  
Being a positive person, with a good attitude is something this world could use a lot more of. And, be excited and proud of yourself for how hard you've worked! Good job! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Questions for you to answer in your journal: How did your exercise go over the last few days/weeks? 
How are you feeling?
Did you notice a big difference? Where in your life have you seen the most difference? 
Has anyone around you commented on your new attitude or how you've been different? 
You want to keep track of your progress. It's a valuable habit to get into and a skill that you'll be glad that you fine-tuned now. The more manifesting and creating you're going to be doing, the better it is to get yourself into a routine that supports all of your goals.  

[Your] Last Assignment:  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Number 5, you do on your own each day. And, remember, you only need to pick one thing a day that supports your goal. Do whatever you feel like. The longer the list, the more option that you have. And, if you want to do more than one thing a day, Woo-Hoo! Do two or three or more! Have fun! 


Questions to Answer in your journal:
How many exercises did you do a day? 
Did you like it? Was it fun or easy or both?
Did the exercise help you stay positive or did you find that it was discouraging or hard? 
How often did you think about the exercises and was it automatic to be positive or did it take focus?
Did it get easier after the first few days?
How could you make it easier for you next time? 

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  A great way to keep yourself doing all of your exercises, is to find someone you can call and talk to about what you're doing. You could create a manifesting friend/partner (or many people!) that wants to manifest the same way/time that you are. Find someone that wants to be more positive or wants to learn how to make and use affirmations or someone that you can talk to and review the downloads that you're doing with. 
Create your own support network. And, create people to manifest with! How fun! Happy Magnetizing!!!

Psychic Development: Journal!


One of the most important things you can (ever) do for yourself is to learn (know) how to hear yourself. When I'm referring to you and your relationship with yourself, I'm talking about you and ALL of your inner levels. In other words, everything that makes up who you are. (You have to know all parts of you. Ignoring or pretending you do not feel this way or that way only hurts you and stops your growth.) The hearing that I am referring to is more than just listening to yourself, it is understanding the messages that you are receiving. When you read or hear, "What does your body say?" or "What does your body want?", those questions are the end result of what you have gotten from your meditations, journaling, all of the downloads and workbook exercises. The answer comes from introspection, analyzing and opening to the subtle signs and symptoms your body is constantly giving you. Hearing yourself...Is understanding [that part] of yourself [at that moment]. 

Journaling is all about getting to know yourself. It is about being your own best friend, your very best support system and your tireless cheerleader. (If you need help with any of these things, there are a plethora of downloads that can help you in the Body, Mind & Soul Store, free affirmation eBooks and a YouTube Channel with a PlayList of Affirmations. The more good, life affirming stuff you can fit in your head, the better.) 
The ways and reasons that you can journal are unending. You'll find your journaling time will grow, become easier and eventually take on a life of its own. If you're interested in automatic writing and channeling, pay very close attention to this class. You may want to retake it (in a few weeks it will be available through Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com as an online and email eCourse) with the goals of channeling, Higher Self, contacting The Other Side, astral travel and/or automatic writing.  Journaling is an invaluable resource when you're developing any type of  psychic ability. 

Start looking for a journal for your daily entries. (You'll start this type of journaling next week.) You can pick anything that you like. It can be large or small, lined or unlined. You may find that a calendar itself suits you or a journal that has spots for you to review and write about your day. You daily journal needs to be completely separate from everything else. You need a new, separate journal for next week. If you can't figure it out, get something that you like looking at everyday. And, while you're shopping and brainstorming about what type fits you the best, think of what colors, images and/or wording that is going to reinforce your goals and line of thinking every single time you look at it. 
If you've caught the constant reminding you to get a journal that 'fits' you and the links to Changes Made Easy .com, it is because many of the journals [housed there] compliment a variety of the downloads and classes. They are created to trigger you subconsciously and 'speed up' the natural manifesting time by simply clicking replay in your mind. Was that confusing? Keep doing what you're doing. Get to know your body even better. Listen to the Taking Care of Your Body and Delicate Conscience downloads to make every [body] thing automatic. Your download routine should be second nature by now. As we add in new techniques, keep checking and revising your schedule to fit your lifestyle and goals. (Change them as you need to. It's easier if you do it as you go rather than having to break and reestablish a new habit and routine later on.)
After the class is over, you'll be able to decide how much time and energy you need and where you want to spend it to achieve your goals. This course and your scheduling is different. You're learning how to work with your body and your mind (inner levels) to find, try and set in place a schedule (routine) that creates stability, comfort and security into every aspect of your life. 


Journaling to Create What You Want
You're already doing it. You're already in the habit. Now, you're going to start using your
journal entries to create your day. One day at a time is a great way to start. You can
download or screen shot the instructions. (If you end up doing the email class, you'll get the jpeg in your course materials.) You'll need this exercise to get you ready for next week.  Homework: Do this journaling exercise 3x this week. Be sure to document what happened that day! ;) And, in celebrating your manifestations happening, you're reinforcing 'it' that 'this' is what you want to keep happening. You're saying, "Yay! It Works! Do it, again, Subconscious Mind! It Works! Yay!" Even the simplest things matter. Every time you create what you want (it's about awareness) you should be jumping up and down for joy. Be super stoked that you did it. And, really, it was ALL parts of you that were in alignment and voila! Poof. The magic just happened (your manifestation materialized). Really, it doesn't get much better than that. 

Meditation Assignment:
All of your Meditation Assignments are for you to get to know you. It's your responsibility to keep up with what you asked yourself last week. You can continue to ask the same types of questions, build on the last session or start something completely new. It's up to you. If you're still working on ______, then keep at it! And, just add body stuff this week. 

~*~Tune into your Higher Self:
Try this technique 3 times this week and document it in your meditation journal. 

~*~The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique:
1. Make your body part of your focus this week, again. 
Do exactly what you did last week. You can even use notes that you took two weeks ago! 
2. Meditate on 3 different occasions with Your Body being the focus.
a. Meditate on (ask about) one or two of the items on your list of ideas from last week
b. Ask your Body for a message~What does your body want to tell you?
c. Ask (request) that you get to know your body better. (Build on what you learned last week.) This will be different for everyone. This is your body, you have your own unique relationship with your body (even if you just found out about you animal having their own thoughts and feelings!), you've always had it and you'll continue to work with or against body (or any variation of this) for the rest of your time here. 
3. Write about your experiences in your Meditation Journal.

The exact same 5 and start to think and document how to incorporate everything that you're learning into your life. Now, you've gotten into the hang of doing this every week. Good Job! This week you can do any two downloads [in your workbook] that you like. Pick one hypnosis download and one meditation download.

Journal Entries: 
1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after looking over your list exercise or after the last class.
2. Write out your plan for this coming week. 
3.  Jot down the things you've discovered about your body. Pick one thing your body has requested of you or something it wants from you and journal your body's feelings, wants and needs. And, what you're going to do about it. 
4.  Write out the answers that you received from last week's Meditating Ideas List and analyze them.
5. Write out a list of Meditation questions for this week. (They can be about anything you're curious about or would like more information on or something as simple as a yes or no question about your life.)
6. Journal about your answers: what they are, how you received them, how you felt, how long it took you to get the answers, etc.

  • Do you think you have a block? And, blocks are not bad, at all. It's your mind helping you by bringing you whats thwarting you. "Yay! Ask yourself all about it! And, of course, the best way to 'fix' it.

 Journal! Keeping a record of your experiences and thoughts is priceless. Sometimes we forget why we made the choices we did or how we came to the conclusions. Those amazing Ah-ha moments may slip from our minds or our dreams may fade throughout the day~ journaling keeps them alive and accessible [to our conscious minds/selves]. You can start simple, once a week is great. You can write only when you get the inspiration or when you wake up from a vivid dream. Journaling is a very simple commitment you make to yourself saying, "I want to know what the inner levels of me are saying, thinking, feeling..." A journal can be anything from a spiral bound notebook to an application you have on your phone. You want to use whatever you feel comfortable with. Make it something convenient, personal and special. If you worry about other people reading it, get a small one that you keep on you at all times or have a lock on your phone or on that file in your computer. Psychic Development: Inner Circle


Good Job! Week Three :) Now, you're creating a solid foundation for developing your psychic abilities. You're training yourself to look to you for answers and to listen to them when they come. You have to be able to hear your intuition, know where it is coming from and be able to act on it. Developing your psychic abilities is about you clearing out your mind and your space so that the you are aware of the subtle messages. If you're unsure of this, or haven't quite 'gotten' this part yet, continue to listen to A Delicate Conscience. You'll be adding more downloads soon, so be very sure you've cemented [in you] the downloads you've been listening to before you get rid of them and start something new. They are suggestion recordings, in other words, you can continue to listen to them as long as you need them and/or any time you need a tune-up or want to reinforce that behavior or feeling. 

Your inner circle is so very, very important. You've heard it before: choose your friends wisely, be careful who confide in, people are waiting to use your weakness against you, or you're the sum of the 3 or 5 people you're around the most. Eek. Eek to all of that. Your job is to manage your physical world and make the choices that support your goals (and pick the people that support and help you). My job is to help you determine who should and should not be privy to your inner circle. Remember~for this class~ [Your] Inner Circle: [is] Anyone who has space in your head. If you think about them, they count. Put them on one of your lists. If you notice (anytime) that you are thinking about someone a lot, ask yourself what the message is and figure out which list they go on. [For this Class] Your inner circle isn't as much as the people you surround yourself with, it's people who you're thinking about or who are always in the back of your mind. 

It's Discovery time! We've got to figure out where you are so that you are better able to manifest what you want. We're doing [only] people in this exercise. More and more people. Lets face it, they're everywhere. You cant avoid them, ignore or pretend they do not exist. And, one thing that will benefit you everyday for the rest of your life is sharpening your psychic abilities when it comes to people and personality types. In this exercise, you'll be making multiple lists. (We'll sort out everything you write out for this week in your next assignment. You do not need to know what you're going to do with the information (the lists) you just need to do them and be as honest and detailed as possible. Do the best you can now, you can always add to them later, and leave some extra space for notes and corrections. 

Lists! Each of your lists should be:

  • easy to read 
  • well organized (for you to be able to refer to them in the future)
  • detailed (so that you know exactly who or what you're talking about)
  • clear and concise (list time is not story time)
  • simple (only use a few, good, descriptive words)
  • titled
  • dated
List Making Assignments: 
This assignment is all about you figuring out what's going on in your life. If you journal regularly or spend a hefty amount of time reviewing your interactions from the day, you may find this very easy: Do it anyway. If you're new and have never done it before: Let it be easy. Make your lists with all the information you have now. As you shift and change, your life will follow; think of these writing assignments as quality time you're spending with yourself to get to know you. Because that's exactly what you're doing. And, what a good use of your time that it is! 
  • Set up the lists however you like (columns, boxes, color coordinated, stickers, pictures, numbers, bullets, whatever you enjoy)
  • Be sure to leave space (you'll be adding to them through out the rest of this class) 
  • Take your time- do this over the next week. 
  • Revisit them once you have completed the homework

Make a list of what you'd like to _____ with ______.  You can do activities and types of people or just the people. You could even create someone to practice this class with! If you can think it, you can create it. Let your imagination run wild!

This list is for you to start getting ideas for the next few weeks. (See your Journal Homework below.) You can think of this as a 'to be manifested' list because by the time this course is over, you'll know how to magnetize all of them to you. (Yay!)

Writing Assignments: 
You should start to feel like you're getting into the habit of revisiting your homework, journal entries and goals. Revisit all of your goals and make sure that the lists that you've made fit in with your goals. This may make perfect sense right now or it could have nothing to do with one another. Do your best. If your goals and the people stuff lists don't seem to jive, they will by next assignment. Look everything you've done over (a few times) you'll be fine-tuning your goals this entire course.  
  1. Review your Goals.

  3. Review your eCourse Goals. 
  4. Follow your Tentative Schedule this week.
  5. At the end of the week:Review your schedule and if it needs it: Write out your (new)Tentative Schedule.  
Meditation & Hypnosis Downloads: 
Downloads to Listen to 3-5x this week:
Develop your Psychic Abilities
Start trying incorporate one download a day into your routine. One a day. This would be different than the download and workbook homework assignment. This is specifically download time you're incorporating into your life. Talk to yourself about it, start looking forward to it, start reinforcing all of your good habits/choices immediately. If the downloads you have aren't doing the trick, you can always try All-In-One 5-10-15-20 (there's 5 different downloads, ranging from 5-20 minutes) or any of the downloads that put you to sleep, wake you up or give you a break. If you have some ideas of what else you'd like to manifest and create or change, Click here to go to the Body, Mind & Soul download store to peruse our selections. And, by now you should be able to tell the difference between meditations and hypnosis sessions and which ones give you answers from where. (If you're a bit unsure of this, keep doing your homework. You'll figure it out and get in your own groove at the right speed and pace for you. All you have to do... Is keep doing it.) 
Workbook Entries: 
Use your Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook (at least one time for each download)

Same. Same. Just do them. You should have figured out how many times a week that you'd like to do the downloads and workbook entries. (now, start doing what you like!) Enjoy doing one or two hypnosis and one or two meditation exercise again this week.

Journal Entries: 
1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after the last class.
2. Write out your plan for this coming week. 
3.  Make a List of Manifesting Ideas

  • Do you think you have a block? And, blocks are not bad, at all. It's your mind helping you by bringing you whats thwarting you. "Yay! Thank You, Wonderful, Powerful Subconscious Mind!" Click here to read about and check if you have a block. Remember: A block is not something that is meant to stop you, necessarily, it's a message. Ask yourself all about it! And, of course, the best way to 'fix' it.
 Choose your inner circle wisely. We are all doing the best that we can. Many times we are able to talk ourselves in and out of things that go against our gut feeling. We all want to protect our families, our children and our pets. You would never leave your child with someone you don't know. Don't leave your animals or home in the care of someone until you've thoroughly researched them. So, just to be on 'the safe side' CHECK on the people you let into your life ~ all aspects of your life. Not everyone has ill intentions or plan to cause havoc in your life; they may just have a different moral scale than you do or have a history of getting into some kind of trouble. There are many sites that range from $9.99-19.99 to get a thorough background check. Is that ten dollars' worth it? ~ Absolutely. A few dollars now could save you thousands of dollars in the future and eliminate stress, trauma and heartache.
