What's your Key to Success? 
You know what you need and you know what works for you. You are the only one that know what is going to make you happy, satisfied and comfortable. When we're talking about relationships, you've got to know yourself or you're setting up everyone in your life to fail. They don't know what you expect of them anyway (unless you tell them) and they'll really have no clue what's going on if you don't either. You'll just feel, well, icky, in some kind of way or another. 
Journaling exercise: 
Ask yourself, "What do I need in a relationship?" This is any type of relationship, by the way. Be specific when you're doing your entries so that you know which type of relationship you are writing about. And, do this for as many types of relationships as you can think of. The clearer you are
with yourself, the clearer you can be with others and the better your boundaries will naturally be. The bonus? You'll
probably start getting what you need! 
 ❥ Make a list of what you need and what you want to give. Do it for everything from family members to acquaintances. Re,member, the more the better. 
  As, you're doing your needs, be very aware of what you can do to be a better __________ or areas that you know you need to improve. They may be things you need to change about you or it might just be that you need more people in your life that are fine with that 'part of you'. The more journaling that you do, the easier it will be for you to figure out which is which. 
❥ Now, go through your life~ who in your life fits in the categories and who doesn't? Are there types of people missing or relationships that you are not getting what you need?
❥ End each of the sessions with some ideas of how you can bring people in or make the changes that you need to. Always end it positively, with something to look forward to~something to do or in some way, shape or form, makes you feel hopeful.

Keep up with this exercise. People are everywhere. You're never going to have a shortage of people to fine-tune your lists with. :) If it's a lot at one time, come back later. You can also do this in bits and pieces or in sections. This is up to you. Have fun with it. Once you figure this out, honestly, everything will change. Knowing you and what you need is the kindest, most loving and smartest thing you can do for yourself. 

Confidence 
Everyone could use a bit more confidence within them somewhere. It's true. Even the most seemly confident and put together person has something they would like to change about themselves. 
With everything in life, we all have our own definitions of things. Confidence and what it means to be confident is one of them. So, with saying that, let's get to know you and your mind. 
Answer all of the questions in your journal. 
Journal Entry Exercise: What is confidence to you? What does it mean to be confident? What areas in your life would you like to see an improvement? What can you do to make these changes?

Magnetizing What You Want
Yay! More journaling exercises! 
Now, magnetizing, or simply, bringing things into your life that you want, all start with you deciding what that is. The decisions must be clearly defined in your mind. You'll focus on them later, during meditation or while listening to a download. You want your mind to know 'exactly' what you are talking about. 
This type of exercise works for anything, and really, everything in your life. This is your life and your mind. Plus, it's your mind that brings it into your life. Easy Peasy. 
Journaling Exercise: 
Here are your simple steps: make a list of goals and then reread and fine tune them. Sit with yourself and make sure you're comfortable with what you are creating. That part should take you the longest time. Now, come up with an image of the outcome that you want. Just the Outcome; So that every time you look at your goal list, the only thing that pops into your mind is the end result (what you wanted or wanted to happen). Write out everything. Now, rewrite it on a separate page with Just your Goals. And, as I said, when you're writing out your goals (the second time around) all you should have in your mind is the final result~you achieving your goals. Now, you have your list for any meditation, sending Light time and for your downloads. Yay! 

What Do You Really Want?

Nothing is too good to be true... Now, we want you to be realistic but don't thwart yourself. If you can think it, you can create it. It may take some work, though. Where there's a will, there is a way. So, when you're talking to yourself and doing your journaling, be aware of those self defeating thoughts. This is your life. You can have and create what you want. It's up to you to decide if it's within your realm of thought and if it's worth the effort.

Goal Setting for 2016!



Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ New Year Resolution Help Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Yay! It's time for some goal setting stuff! Now, although the eBook is for your New Year Resolutions, you may use it all year or, really, anytime you're setting any goals for yourself. The worksheets that accompany the instructions do have the title My New Year Resolutions (there's no date on them), you can use them whenever you like. Download the Complimentary Instructions and Worksheet Set here.  We always talk about goals at the beginning of the year, it's great to set them all year long. You can use these exercises for things that you want to accomplish in a week, 3 months or 5 years. It's completely up to you. Just follow the rules (to the best of your ability) and have fun!

Now, onto all of the goal setting fun! Remember, you can do these all year long. The New Year is a fun time to get your head right and have positive expectations for everything that's coming. Enjoy! 


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Simple Goal Setting Rules Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ




Really think about the goals that you want to accomplish. Spend more time contemplating

them than writing them out. Think about them first. You may even want to do a few rough drafts before you set them. Think of setting your goals as something that is being 'set in stone' in your mind. Your mind takes your goal setting very seriously. (And Literally.) Take your time with this part. There's no rush. Enjoy the process of imaging what your life will be like once you achieve them. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ A good way to tell if you are on track is if you feel excited, motivated or invigorated thinking about your goals. If you feel icky or anxious, rethink what you want to create and why. 



Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Simple Writing Reminders Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


These are, just simply, good 'rules' to follow when you're doing any goal setting. They will keep you organized, on track and will be incredibly helpful (if you follow them) when you go back to revisit your journal entries and check your goal lists. And, by the way, you always want to revisit them.  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Try to find a day and time to go back over everything you're creating. Be honest with yourself about your schedule and routine. Whether you do it once a week, once a month or once a year, set  a reminder and Do It. Consistently.   


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Balanced Goal Setting  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ



This is a great way to make sure you are living

a balanced life. If you set your goals into different categories, you're sure to notice
anytime you start to get out of whack or side tracked. You'll always be able to tell (right away) if one aspect of your life is dominating the others or if some people or things are taking up too much of your time and energy. Setting your goals for every aspect of your life is one of the kindest and most considerate things you can do for yourself. 




Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Keep Yourself Going! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ



Goal setting is the fun and easy part~the tough part is to keep yourself going, or it used to be. ;)  The key here is to find ways to keep yourself as excited, if not more than, when you set them in the first place. Do whatever it takes to keep yourself motivated. You may like affirmations, reading them over and over to yourself or setting little Good Job! rewards or surprises for you when you hit a certain mark in your goals. You may want to reward yourself every few weeks or months or when you've accomplished a certain amount [of your goal].  Really, this works wonders. Who doesn't like being congratulated?!

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  You Can Do It!  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ



Now, above all, remember that You Can Do It. No, really. If you can think it, you can create it. Now, just remember, some

things will or can take longer or more effort than others, but whatever it is ~ You Can Do It. Keep at it. You Are Worth It. Oh, and, Have Fun!
