As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Welcome to our free summer psychic course! How fun! 
If you're just finding us, the introduction and the very first post is about how I am going to teach this course and all of the guidelines. Read through this thoroughly. You want to make sure this course (and my teaching and style) is a good fit for you, and for your belief system. If you've been working with us, scroll down a couple paragraphs to begin your second class and get your homework and download. 

 Set up: Every week you'll have homework to do for the next class. (If you're starting today, no worries! It's super easy to catch up, Click here to go to the introduction, first day. You can start now!) You'll have to read (just a few) articles, listen to some downloads (they'll all be explained and provided for you), use affirmations (these will also be provided) and journaling exercises. If you don't have a journal...Get One. There's a few links at the bottom that will help you. Can you use your phone or computer to do your journaling? Yes, but it's not recommended. Once we get into the channeling section of this class, you'll want to be able to go over your entries and make notes. Plus, you'll be able to catch the tiny nuances of the various inner parts of you by your writing style. 

 There's not much to this blog post, because we don't want you overwhelmed and you have a lot of homework this week! Today is pretty simple, the less you have going on in your mind, the clearer of a channel you have the ability to become. Obviously, the healthier and happier you are, the easier all of this will be. You can't heighten your psychic powers and expect clear, solid results if various parts of you are screaming to get your attention. So, relax and stress less! You'll notice it's categorized as a prerequisite for psychic training. There are many schools of thought and people that do not believe you can get psychic information for yourself. I do not teach or subscribe to that. What a scary world if you cannot tune into that Higher part of you that knows what's best for you and, seriously, what a disservice to Spirit and what a terrible waste of your time and abilities if you cannot use them for yourself and in your life! 
 ❥ So, what you'll be learning here is all about you, your Higher Self and psychic 'stuff' that improves every aspect of your life. But, first, let's clear out some of the stress in your life! Happy listening!

  Download time! Yay! Do this download 3-4 times this week. Starting next Monday, you'll need to do it once a day.  Start thinking of, or making a plan, of how you can fit it into your daily routine.  What makes these downloads different from other downloads everywhere else? Use the affirmations! Just pick one a day. And do it. 
If you're in a space to do your journaling more than once a day, great! If not, start doing your affirmation journaling and set your goal for once a day. You're training yourself and getting yourself into a habit of attending to yourself regularly. You'll need to 'know' how you fair in all circumstances and days. We all know that some days are easier that others. :) This gets you into the habit of counting on yourself whenever and with whatever is happening around you.

❥  Okay, positive affirmations and diary sets. Get one. Do them. There's a few to choose from that match the Stress Less Set. Pick the one that's most appealing to you. Write in it everyday. Your goal: To do it once in the morning and once in the evening. This is about stressing less, so don't take on too much too soon. By next week, you'll need to be journaling once in the morning, once in the evening and listening to the download everyday. This week is getting yourself used to it and figuring out the best routine for you.

❥  You may use your own journal. Write out (the outline) of the diary pages in your own journal. Make it different than your other journal entries, you want to be able to recognize it immediately. And, have each Positive Affirmation Diary Entry on a separate page. These entries are different than manifesting or writing about your thoughts or feelings. (They are specific to the affirmation that you are working on that/this day.) These entries are different and separate than your various homework [writing] assignments.

  Whew! You've made it through one week! Yay to you for sticking with it. Now, it's routine time. One of the best things that you can ever do for yourself is to carve out 'Me Time'. That's time just for you to do whatever it is that you want to do. The key? Making it regular. You want you to be able to count on you. Your job for this week (along with all of your other homework lol) is figure out what your 'Me Time' is and when you can have it. Really think about this and experiment with it. you have some leeway with your homework this week (Yay!) but by next Monday, you'll need to have 45 minutes to an hour set aside every single day to do your homework. And, have fun with this! It's about you and your time!

Listen to the Stress Less download 3-4 times this week. You'll work up to everyday. 
~ Write in your Journal. 
~  Start using the affirmations that accompany the download in the Stress less Set
~If you have found someone to take this course with or to practice with, check in with the people that are doing it with you and get their opinions and feed back about the download,  affirmations and exercises. Record all of it.

Psychic Development: Foundation


This course is designed to help you create a solid, safe environment for you to develop your psychic abilities. You may find a lot of the information and exercises are things that you are familiar with, you may find that many things 'just make sense' or feel like you already 'knew' that or you may find yourself in the middle of a completely new experience. Whatever phase, stage or life circumstances this class finds you in, these techniques will work for you. Feel free to modify them in order to fit your lifestyle and goals.

Each week you'll be given a series of questions and/or homework assignments and a required download to listen to. Why a required download? It's through your subconscious mind that you get your psychic information, it houses your imagination center and it is the part of mind that you must access to change any habits and/or patterns that you want to create or change. By cleaning up (and cleaning out) your subconscious mind, you are better able to tune into the subtle, finer vibrations of consciousness that dwell within you.

In the 5 sections of this course we'll cover the everything you need to embark on the wondrous journey that only you can experience deep within your colorful inner world.

Downloads: Find a way to incorporate Developing your Psychic Abilities into your weekly routine. Your download goals should be to listen to something 3-5x a week. Once you get into the swing of things, you'll be amazed how easy it is to fit programming your subconscious mind into your life everyday. For now, we want to ease you into it and create a lasting positive habit.
This week Listen to these two downloads a total 3-5x this week.~This is anytime you can close your eyes and go inside [your mind] using either of these downloads. You only need to do (one each) one meditation and one hypnosis workbook assignment/sheets this week. 
A Gentle Conscience (meditation) and Developing your Psychic Abilities (hypnosis) should be done with your workbook at least one time each this week. 
(This will be covered again in the workbook section.)

Journals: Yes, you need a journal. You know, one of those old fashioned things with paper in them. Eek. You need a pen, pencil and/or cute colored markers or colored pencils.
You need to write for this class. You need a separate journal for manifesting and developing your psychic abilities.
You subconscious mind remembers everything. You want your subconscious mind to have a completely different association with this class than anywhere else in your life. In other words: In order for this to be categorized correctly in your mind~Get a journal. Do not use it for anything else~Ever. It should be just for this.
For example, if you want to do this homework on your phone, computer or tablet, your subconscious mind already has associations and thoughts about these things. You have all the regular everyday uses for those devices and your mind know exactly what those are, when everything needs to be done or what 's coming and 'thinks' of those things every time you look at, think of, use or even just glance or touch those devices. It's quite amazing, really. What an awesome power you have access to. And you're training yourself to use this power to your benefit automatically, all of the time. At least 80% of your life is run by your subconscious mind. Imagine what difference you could create in you life... In the world if you just use 1% more. Just 1%. And, yes. This is what you'll be learning and doing over the next 8 weeks.
Every habit that you create during this course, should be a habit that you want to maintain in your life. They should be small and simple changes that blend beautifully with your life now. Each habit should seamlessly slip into your normal routines and honestly, just be a wonderful addition to your life.
We have a variety of journals (really, there's a ton) that are inexpensive that come with four different paper choices. (Yes, this is one of my very favorite things about them!) The outside is just as important as the inside. Pick a cover that uplifts you, a quote that motivates you or anything that reminds you of your goals and inspires you. Click here to Browse our Selections. There are many journals that match the downloads: Every time you look at those journals, the download replays automatically in your mind. How cool is that? Listen to your download and every time you see, think of, pick up or use your journal, your subconscious mind replays the entire download in your mind. (Mini Subconscious-Programming Tip.) Yeah! Amazing and so efficient! :)

[Life] Goals: Write out, make a list or jot down your current goals. You can write them out the way you usually do. For this exercise, be sure you put the date that you're writing them out [use the date that you are completing the questions].
This goal list can be as detailed, massive or as simple as you'd like it. It can be anything you are striving for in your life. You can use goals that you are working on now or something that you'd like to be doing in 5 years from now.
Be clear enough that you (and your subconscious mind know) what you are talking about. You'll refer back to this list throughout this eCourse. You'll be checking to make sure that all of your goals are supporting each other and that all the decisions you are making are leading you to your goals. Click Here for Goal Writing Instructions.

Psychic Goals: Oooo... fun! What is it that you'd like to heighten or sharpen? Is there a particular sense you already use or are you craving a new divination style? Whether you're a novice or an expert, this will work for you. All you have to do is decide what you'd like to focus on and listen to the Developing your Psychic Abilities download and watch your abilities flourish. Hmmm... not sure? No problem! The download also gives you the suggestion that you will 'find' what you're made for.
Here's some examples:

  • Getting Clear Guidance from your Higher Self
  • Always knowing what is to your Highest Good
  • Deeper understanding of Self and the Universe and all of its workings 
  • Increase your Trust in Life and Spirit
  • Getting answers or future information through your dreams
  • Having a feeling and taking a different route to work, thereby avoiding an accident
  • Calling someone at the exact moment they are thinking about you or when they need you
  • Intuitively knowing when to leave because you always beat the traffic and get great parking
  • Have a hunch you need to study and realizing it's because you had a pop quiz the next day
  • Getting specific dates, names, places to things
  • 'See' things before they happen
  • Medium Abilities: people and/or animals
  • 'Know' what your boss, partner or friend is 'really' saying, what they want or what they expect of you
  • magically have energy to get things done, make phone calls or do paperwork before any of it is due and have it done by the deadlines (that you consciously were unaware of having) 
  • Communicate Mind to Mind 
Here's just a couple ideas for you. Do your own research and figure out what you like. Find something that you're drawn to and that you want to learn all about. You'll be incorporating your psychic ability training into every aspect of your life, so pick a sense that you'll be able to utilize anytime...all the time.
And of course, there's all the different types of metaphysical senses that you can fine tune:
Touch things and get a sense or a vision
Sense feelings and emotions
See the future
Hearing things before they happen
Prophetic Dreams
You can add taste and smell in here, too!

And fun psychic tools that you can use:
Affirmation Cards, Crystals, Pendulums, Tarot Cards, Runes, Palmistry, Scrying, I Ching
You do not need to pick something physical to use unless you like it. This all about you and what fits you. You know what you need and what will work best for you. You may, however, have to try a few different things or ways to really get to know you and how you work but it will be worth it and all of the experimenting should be fun and exciting! And, yes, you'll have completely different psychic hits and impressions with each different technique and tool you try. So, part of the fun is discovering which way you like 'getting' those messages and answers. If you're already proficient, try something new during these next few weeks.
Explore. Breathe. Live.

What do you want?
Why are you taking this class?
What are you hoping to get out of it?
Write something here. Think about what you want. This is your time and energy you are spending... and it is precious. Remember, be clear and concise now so that you can revel in the rewards of the detailed efforts you put in later. (I'm talking about manifesting. And, yes, details and the big pictures in your mind matter.)
It's up to you how much effort you want to put into this section, you will be referring back to this question later in the course.

Schedule: This is completely up to you. Be honest with yourself and take your time. This part is very important.
 The objective is to find:
1-2 hours for downloads and workbook entries a week
1+ hours to journal a week
1-2 times a day for a download
5-30 minutes a day to clear your mind
However you decide to do this, remember, this is about improving the quality of your life. This is your life, your time, your choice. Figure out what fits you. You may be pleasantly surprised how easy it is to fit all of these things into your life. The downloads are simple, before bed or to put you to sleep at night (super easy to fit in) or before you get out of bed in the morning or anytime you want to take a break or wind down. (The majority of the downloads are between 20-40 minutes.)
Take your time with this. You'll want to experiment with your new habits and routine, change it up and test it... Figure out when you do your best work in each aspect of your life and fit in your new fun stuff where it will naturally support your life, thoughts and energy.

Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook: You need it. It is long, so take your time getting through the first few chapters. You will be using the Meditation and Hypnosis worksheets [within the manual] for the different downloads throughout this course. You can print out just the pages you need for each download or type up those pages and save them digitally. It's completely up to you how you want to do this. Just be sure that you do. Which leads us to the next point...Do you have to do this? Yes. You're training yourself to listen for guidance and to act on it, to ask yourself questions and get the answers, value your time and effort and you're proving to yourself that your inner world is important and that you're making you a priority.

Try to do it everyday. You can start slowly to get yourself into the habit. pick a time and a place where you won't be interrupted and that you feel comfortable and relaxed. Start with just a few minutes a day (this is the slowly part) and work your way up until you can sit for at least twenty minutes. 


This is a quick and easy visualization that you can do everyday or even a few times a day. Try it. You'll be amazed how much of a difference it makes in your life.

What's the big deal about Meditating?



Why does everyone tell me to Meditate?!!! 


What does that have to do with anything?!!!

How can your hear [your] Spirit if you cannot calm your mind or your body?

How could you possible tell the difference from your body's thoughts, wants and needs or your emotional self trying to get you to notice it from what your Higher Self is trying to guide you to? How would you be able to filter your inner child thoughts from old programming or the voice of a parent? How would you be able to tell the difference between a past life thought and a thought a spirit attachment is giving you? Simple... You can't. Period. Many people will [try] to argue this point with me. They'll say they know... My response, "How, exactly, do you know?" ~ If you cannot describe the different vibrations of each one of these parts of you, the you simply do not know. And, by the way, it always feels like a knowing thought... Why? Because that part of you does know that it is saying it or prompting you to do. It is the one doing it! ~ You just don't know which part that is. 

Don't worry, if what you just read was overwhelming or confusing, or if you thinks it's a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, keep following this blog. I'll get to all of it eventually. I'll teach you how to discern all of the thoughts that bubble up in your head and the emotions you feel in your body. We'll even get around to how all those parts of you are always communicating with you and how to interpret their messages. It may seem like a lot or a long haul, but if you stick with it, it will be the most exciting journey you've ever embarked on.

Each newsletter builds on the one before ~ so, you may want to refer to them. Very, very few things will be repeated here and in the newsletter. ~I'm the one who does all of it, so I know what I've covered, lol, and just by personality, am not a fan of repeating myself in words or type.  


Back to Meditation... There are SO many styles and ways to do it. And, so many wonderful paths to follow. Start researching, reading and trying as many different techniques as you can. (You want to find what fits you best ~ if you are already a master~ try something new.) Ask around, you may be pleasantly surprised with how many people enjoy a regular meditative practice and how many classes and groups there are locally. Everyone is different and everyone needs something different, try all types. You may find you adore a Chinese Walking Meditation even though you don't like to walk or that a mantra fits you perfectly when you didn't think you could stay focused or don't even know that language! They [meditations practices] all take training and disciple but when you find what suits you, it won't feel like work or a challenge, it will feel like... well, bliss. 


O.K. You need to learn how to relax your mind and your body. Period. You can't expect to be a clear channel for Spirit if your mind is going a mile a minute. How could you possibly let anything in? And how can you calm your mind if your body is uncomfortable, rigid or all balled up with stress and tension?


The goal~ you should be able to close your eyes, whisper one or two words to yourself and slip into that state of bliss, 'deep' state of meditation. If you can't, you haven't mastered it yet (or you could be having an off day, it's life. It happens. lol) ... keep trying. And, if you can, (yay!) keep doing it. 




Relax your Body 
Learn How to Relax (focuses on your body)This download teaches you how to relax. This is perfect for anyone who has a hard time relaxing their body, quieting their mind or feeling calm inside. You'll lean how to release stress and tension from your muscles, clear your mind and count yourself down into a relaxed state or into sleep. This download has you flex and release your muscles and focus on your breathing. You decide what you would like to do at the end of the session~ wake up full of energy, stay in a meditative state or go to sleep. It's your choice, all you have to do is tell yourself what you want to do [at the end] when you start your download. (Click here for more information)


Relax your Mind
The Relax Your Mind download teaches you how to relax your mind and let all of your thought, worries and memories fade from the 'front' of your mind. You'll be able to clear your mind any time, any place and melt into silence... into that place of mental peace. (Click here for more information)

They are inexpensive (and they are awesome) ~ if you listen to them, you'll just 'do' it. They work for the advanced practitioner and for someone who has never been able to sit still for more that 5 minutes. And, if you're a daily meditator, you can slip it in anywhere. you do not have to subscribe to a specific school of thought or religion and the downloads will not step on anyone's toes. They are a compliment to any practice  any person in any situation or circumstance in their life. (The majority of the downloads are between 25-40 minutes, if they are shorter or longer, it will list it in the description.)


Nervous (or skeptical) about listening to something with your eyes closed?

Oh... Are you worried about what someone is going to put in your head or that it won't work or that you can't do it? ... I made this download for just such an occasion! It gets the negative thoughts out of your head, teaches you about your different states of consciousness and programs you to stay in control of your mind, your body and your life. It's one of my favorites and I've been doing this for... ummm... ever. lol And, I still love this one.

How Hypnosis Works The Hypnosis Works Black Board download is great if you've never done hypnosis before (and fabulous if you're a seasoned participant) because it takes out anything negative you have ever heard about hypnosis and reminds you that you are the one in control of your mind, body and life.
