Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 2015 Goal Lists Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
Lists are a great way to start journaling, manifesting and goal setting. These will work fabulously if you're a seasoned manifesting extraordinaire or if this is the first time you've ever heard of manifesting itself. Plus, they're fun and easy. Try some of the list exercises listed [below] now.
* This is the Pick something fun, simple and 'small' to start with List.
Part I
*For this exercise (only) you're limited to 3-5 things. (After you have done this exercise, you can re-do, tailor your list and add more items.)
*Headings Title, Date you're writing it and Date of completion (if appropriate)

You can write them in any order or way that you like. Be sure to be clear if you do have a reason for the order in your mind. You may need to refer to what, why or how later.
*Must have Mini-Break-time Break as soon as you're finished with your list or as much as you're going to do [in this sitting].
Take a break after finishing your list. Go drink a glass of water and stretch your body.
*Finishing up your List When you sit back down, take a few deep breaths while you clear your head. Now, Reread your list. Your lists should elicit feelings of happiness, excitement, motivation, and positive expectancy. If you get upset, scared or angry, review your lists and goals. Those emotions are messengers letting you know something is askew. Click here to read about resistance, blocks and programming.
Part II
*Look your list over and check all of these questions with yourself.
Is it simple, positive, clear & concise?
Will you know what you're talking about 10 years from now if you were to open up this book?
Are the things on your list reasonable? Meaning, Can you achieve, get or have the things on your list in the time that you have asked for them. Review your time, resources, dependency on people, things, outside circumstances etc.
Is it too wordy? Did you use fragments, incomplete sentences, slang, or write a dissertation?
How is your spelling, punctuation and Capital Letters? Do you like the way it looks? Does it read easy in your mind?
If you have answered 'yes' to all of the questions, Yay! You're onto the next step. If you have found a couple things that you could improve, do that before you start on anything else. And, Yay! for you for refining your lists!

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Getting Support & Help Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
You might be surprised to find that most everyone is willing and excited about helping someone achieve their goals. It's important that you find people that understand what you are trying to do, learn and/or get. If you get them and they get you, you're more than likely going to get the kind of support that you want. Sometimes we elicit help and support from people who think and/or communicate too differently from us and no matter what they/we say or do it 'always' seems like it is not right or good enough. Rather than fixating on that, them or what's wrong, try searching out a different support system (just for this one thing). If you're not sure, take your time to think it over. Your goals are precious, share them only with people who cherish them as you do.

You could always do something fun like a Sports Manifesting Night or Get Good Grades Easily Afternoons with soft music and healthy snacks. Goal setting is such an important skill to develop. And, the younger the better! Can you just imagine if you had all of the tools you do now at 10 or 15? Yes, you can use electronic devices.
Do they work the same? No.
Do they work as well? No.
Do I recommend using them for any of these exercises? No.
Is it better than nothing? Of course. But if you're going to teach yourself to manifest, please do not teach yourself to be lazy, do things only half way or that excuses are ok because they are more convenient.
Yes, all of that lecture over journals :) They really are that important when you're dealing with the mind.
