Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ The Power of Positivity Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ



What a difference a good attitude adjustment makes! It's been nearly two months of focusing on being positive. Good Job! And, we're still keeping at it. Why? It's one thing you have control over and can (if you're open to it) observe the changes it creates in your daily life. 
Being a positive person is important. There are blocks you'll have to break through, challenges you'll have to live through and hardships and problems that are 'part of life'. Yep. It's life and sometimes it's hard or awful or... Well, the more positive you are, the lighter life will seem. Being positive does not help you avoid the drudgeries of life (all the time lol), it helps you handle them with ease and grace... in the moment. And, that, is priceless. 

  Homework!
  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    An Affirmation a Day.     Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
Pick an affirmation and use it everyday. You can pick any kind that you like. You may use a different one each day or the same one until you achieve your desired result. If you're planning on taking the free summer course, start the affirmations immediately! We'll be doing mind to mind communication. That means you're going to be training your mind and sharpening your psychic senses and mind reading and communicating ability. Have you heard of mental telepathy? Well, that's what you'll be doing. Pretty cool :) The catch? Do your homework. As silly as the affirmation thing may seem to be, do them. Practice. A lot. You're going to be learning to tune into the vibration of different thoughts, the subtle frequencies most people miss. And, you won't be able to do it if you don't have some practice with different, specific thoughts. So, affirmation. Affirmation. Affirmation.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    Simple. Simple. Simple.   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
Think: Fun. Easy. Natural. Remember~if you can think it, you can create it. If you can create it, you can change it. This is your life and it is malleable. This in't about being good or bad or doing it right or wrong, this is about you taking control of your life. Personal growth and transformation is a continually evolving process. So... Enjoy it! 

Ok. Here we go. Lets get you creating. Go get all of your stuff! If you haven't read and done the first part of this exercise, please do that first. Click here to get started. If you're a regular journal person or have taken a thousand classes and have read hundreds of books or if you have no idea what's going on: Follow the instructions. I mean literally. Save the picture below and/or mark this page.

You can do anything that you want. Be sure to incorporate all of the research you've already done (charts and meanings of things from your homework).
For the first time: Pick something small and tangible. 
Go through all the lists that you have made and find a couple things that seem 'easy' or even something that could be chalked up to coincidence. If you do not have something physical that you want, if you do emotional or spiritual: do not do something like: Be happy! Its absolutely impossible to gauge and record that. You'll want to be able to to say that your manifestation did or did not work (and to what extent). If you can get a yes or no answer then you can focus on all of the details.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Testing your Manifesting Topics  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   
You'll need to ask yourself if this (whatever you are manifesting or writing about) can be evaluated with a simple Yes (I got it),  No (I didn't), or Kind-of (because you can prove, see and record it). Anything that is not exactly what you wanted or envisioned but part of it has come into fruition would fall into the Kind-of category.  

You can do this exercise as many times as you like, with as many subjects and items as you like. The Catch: Each manifestation needs to be separate. If you have ten things in one entry and you have a block about two of them... what happens? Who knows?!! And how are you going to figure out which part is doing what? sound confusing? Good. Because it is. So, ONE thing at a time. And, really, it's only a few more minutes and a new candle and journal entry. Is getting what you want worth that effort? Well, if it's not, you probably should not be getting it anyway.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    Gathering your own data   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
Yep. You're going to keep journaling and recording everything until you quit manifesting. One of the most important things that you can ever do for yourself is be aware of what's going on in your subconscious mind. So, unless you're a GREAT (no, seriously, you have to be trained and good at it) channel AND have a very skilled person to 'guide' you while you are in that state, you're going to have to find other ways to get into your head. Writing and documenting what happens in your life in relation to what you're trying to create is a quick, fairly simple way of getting to know what's going on in you on all those levels. 
Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Here's what you'll discover   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
*How long it takes you to manifest: Be very specific as you record things. You may discover that you bring people into your life within a few days but animals or pets may take a different amount of time or that money is super easy for you to generate but finding the right stuff to buy is more challenging or just not exactly what you wanted. This really is fun and exciting. Once you figure this out... You're set. You'll be able to track if you have a block or not simply by the date of your expected manifestation. 
*What wording works for you: Practice. Practice. Practice. 
You'll change up your wording if you do not get what you want. Most of the time, something will happen and you'll be able to fine-tune it immediately. 
*Any blocks you may have: and, yes, you can change them :)


Note: Everything you record will be specific to you [only].  Everyone creates things in different ways and at different speeds. Everyone has challenges and blocks. It's called life. Your job is to figure you out; how your mind works for or against you. Knowledge is power. All the power you could ever imagine having in any aspect of your life, starts in your mind. If you don't know how to use your mind, how can you expect to change things in your life or feel powerful? So, again, Knowledge is Power. And, when it comes to the mind, ignorance is not bliss. You're manifesting and creating things every moment of everyday (Umm, simply because you're alive lol) So, if you do not have everything that you want (honestly) then somewhere, somehow all of that power that resides in you is 'blocking' you. And, it's doing it for a reason. So, the truth: Knowledge of Self is all the Power you'll ever need. Why? Because everything in your world comes from you. Know you and you can do anything. Being 'solipsistic' is not overrated. :)

Candle Manifesting:
Why candles? Just simply because they are fun, easy, affordable and you probably have some lying around the house that you can use. And, if you don't, they are easy to find and fun to shop for. You'll want to use one that you can burn safely. You have full creative rights for all of your exercises so pick what you like and huck what you don't. The only catch: Follow the Manifesting Rules and Guidelines that I set out for you. Follow those and your stuff will work. The more effort you put in, the greater the result. And: The more you tailor it to yourself and your needs (and what you like) the better, faster and cleaner your manifestations will be. This is your life that you are creating. make sure that you like it.

Note: these are MY definitions and how they will be used [loosely] here on this blog with the classes, downloads and exercises you'll be doing. 

Intention: Your Focus or What You Want to Create

Variety of Mediums: anything that you want to use to decorate and create your lovely stuff

Think about what you long for. Go back and look at the last assignment you had, what you wrote and what you discovered about yourself. 
Use that! 

If you're unsure of what you'd like to create, start with something small. 




Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Use the Internet!!!  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ                   That's what it's for. Search for everything that you can think of. Look up and save color charts, symbols, dates... whatever you can refer to is good. Eventually you'll be making your own little books, charts and references; until you're in a place to pull out colors and symbols from your head for each exercise, use inforgraphics and books to 'see' what you like.                                                               Remember... the main point of all of the research is for you to figure out what all parts of you are comfortable with.


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Homework   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 

  1. Figure out what you want to create. 
  2. Get a Journal specifically for Manifesting. 
  3. Date and Title every page
  4. Make a few HUGE lists of everything that you want. Break them down into specific categories. You'll be using these lists for as long as you're manifesting. Do them right. 

Here's some examples: 
Healing (all types)
Emotional States
Material Possessions
Physical & Body Stuff
Actions (things to happen)
You can (and will be) adding, subtracting and fine-tuning all of your lists and manifestations.

Research and Self-Discovery: Get out and discover what you like. Seriously. This seems so easy and mundane~ honestly, these simple associations can make or break whatever you are creating. If you abhor the color pink and that's the color that's filtered into everything you're doing, part of you is going to be unhappy. that unhappiness sends out a frequency that IS going to muck up your manifestation. Simple: mismatched vibrations are going to create something different than what you are thinking. 
Perfect Manifestation Happens when ALL parts of you are in alignment. Period. That's it. Get rid of your blocks and everything that you want will flow into your life. Why manifest? Because the part of you that decides things is 10%, or so, of you... the manifesting part, or the part of you that draws everything to you~ is the rest. And, it's the quickest way to 'see' what's going on in you. 
If you get what you manifested: No blocks 
If you don't: time to fine-tune

  1. Get everything that you need for the next session
  2. Put everything in one place (a basket, box, file)
  3. Make a list of ... anything that will aide in you manifesting next blog entry.
  4. Get (at least 3 different) charts, infographics, information for your associations of: 

  • colors
  • symbols
  • dates, animals, flowers, etc

Psychic Development: Inner Circle Part 2


Welcome to week four! 
Manifesting your Inner Circle
Congratulations for doing your homework and digging all of that stuff out of your head! Now, you'll start working more on manifesting and journaling. The first few weeks of this class was to train you into getting answers from yourself and proving to all parts of you that your inner world is valuable and important to acknowledge. After you're in the habit, everything else moves quicker. It's about consciousness and by doing all of these exercises, listening to the downloads and working in your workbook, you can't help but shift in consciousness and raise your vibration. This course is the foundation that you'll use the rest of your life for sharpening your psychic abilities. Why? Because you are figuring out for yourself what works for you and what doesn't. You're also clearing out the indecision, doubt, havoc and conflict inside of yourself so that when you get a psychic hit, you have the internal space to catch it. 

The Project! Project
Write a short paragraph about how the people (those specific character traits) on your positive lists make you feel. Be detailed and specific and descriptive. e.g. energized, motivated, inspired, happy, secure etc. You'll want to set aside about 10 minutes for this exercise. Be sure you've thought about it first (mull it over) and find a time and place where you will not be interrupted or distracted. Paint a very clear picture for yourself. 

One good way to check how you've done is to read it aloud as if you're reading it to a room full of people. Did they understand it? Was your voice crisp and clear? Did you read it confidently? Be very aware of how your body feels as you're reading. How are you standing? What are your shoulders and feet doing? Are you breathing? How fast or slow are you talking?
By paying attention to what's going on inside of you [here during this exercise] will tell you everything that you need to know about what your inner levels are thinking and feeling. 
Continue to do this until have complete and total confidence, feel good about the way you sound and look and absolutely believe [have convinced yourself that what you're reading is exactly what you're creating] everything you are saying. 
Document in your journal how often or how many times it took to get it in your mind. (Remember, you're convincing those subtle inner levels, not the part of you that brushes things off and says (thinks) things like: I already know I'm fine with it. It doesn't bother me. I don't need to do that part. etc. * If you find this type of inner dialog is happening frequently, read these articles. They may help you concrete your foundation, motivate you or answer your questions.)

List Making Assignments:
You're going to be using the positive things. What about the negatives? 
Sometimes the challenges are there for a reason (we can always learn something) and other times they're a message. (Think simply with these categories. They're incredibly profound and usually clear and simple (once you figure it out! lol)
e.g. Learn patience. Get out. Wrong Direction. Accept yourself. Stop that behavior. Start this behavior. Do this more. 
Redo your lists.... This time with HAVE TO HAVES and DEAL BREAKERS ~
This is the absolutely and the absolutely nots that you need to figure out for yourself. What is really important and what isn't. Be honest with yourself. Is it hard to get rid of people or change your thinking? Well, only when we're not completely honest with ourselves. Truth is truth. When you find yours, the whole world opens up. 
Come up with some type of plan of how you're going to weed people out of your life and/or how you're going to keep them from affecting you negatively. This is your exit strategy, however you'd like to do it. You could make it take 5 years or 10 minutes. This isn't an exercise for you to run around and fire everyone, it's for you to figure out what make you the most comfortable.We're not aiming for upheaval or The Tower, we're going for smooth and easy transition into a new way of thinking and being. 
Indecision: Do you have the same names of people on your lists? Are some people in both categories? Start thinking about what you'd like to do [with them]. Do they go on the positive or negative side of your lists? Do you like the positives enough to overlook the negatives? 
Be sure this choice does not take you backwards[here]. 
Begin your Meditation Idea list as you're going through this exercise. Anything confusing or if  you have no idea what you need or should do, perfect. Write it in your journal for next week and expect to get the answers soon. 
Look for patterns or anything that's repeating itself (types of people or types of problems with certain types of people) and jot it down. You'll get answers and guidance about this in the upcoming weeks. You'll be in the habit of asking yourself, "What's the Message?!!" in no time! 

Your Homework: (quick homework link is a shortened version [a clean list of your assignments] on Changes Made Easy Blog)
Last week's class was about you figuring out who takes up space in your head and if they are good for you or not. This week is about bringing people [physically] into your life. Keep your focus on what's happening in your mind. Yes, you're [literally] bringing people into your life and your focus needs to be on your inner actions, thoughts and feelings. This is how you connect and 'hear' yourself. You focus on you first [in every interaction].
Here's a list of some questions to ask yourself when you're working on your homework this week:How do these people influence me? How do I feel when I'm with them, anticipating seeing them and how do I feel after I leave them? Do I feel safe (mentally, emotionally, physically)? 

Next week is Meditation. You'll be learning two simple (and quick) but powerful techniques to clear your mind, relax your body, tune into your Higher Self and to get answers to questions in your life. Start making a list in your journal for meditation ideas; questions you have, things you want to accomplish, things you cannot figure out, what you need Spirit or your mind to bring you, if you can think of it-you can get an answer to it. 

Side Note & Downloads:
Check over your goals. (This is #6 on your homework under Writing) Do any of your goals (psychic or personal) have to do with finding the right partner (work, school or in anything else), getting married or making the right contact? If you're not sure, look over the first two weeks of this class and reread what you wrote out. It's important to keep checking back to be sure you and your goals are still in alignment. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that you have already achieved some of your goals or have gotten messages about them without you even realizing it. When that happens, you can silently thank your wonderful, powerful subconscious mind for carrying out the directions that you have given it. And, yes, It should be that easy. 
Now would be the time that if you have other downloads (from any of the stores associated with Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com) that you can begin bringing them into your class work. Go through your stash and look for anything that has to do with people. Start listening to it now. This is the section of the class that you're changing all of your people choices, fine tuning what you like and magnetizing the right people to you in every aspect of your life. If you don't have any (and are ready to add another dimension to your work here) and are interested in the possibilities, check out these sections and stores. 
Magick Happens: This has manifesting and visualization work and all of your 'special' psychic ability stuff will be in here. You may want to look around for ideas for this class. What do you want to increase, what would you like less of or how would you like to receive your psychic information? What sounds interesting or exciting? Is there anything that you've always wanted to learn or have been curious about? Take your time and get some good ideas. Body, Mind & Soul Download Store:
Black Boards: Please read the very short description of these. Out with the old and In with the New. Woo-Hoo! Search downloads now Here Remember to look for anything that you're indecisive about or have conflicting thought. Happy Erasing! (If you want to change patterns, this is a great place to start!)
Manifesting: Create what you want (from your ideal job, to your perfect mate or you could try something super easy like $10,000 Now or Instant Confidence) This is the section that has Manifesting Good Relationships in it. 
Suggestion & Visualization: These are very specific, in other words, read through the descriptions to be sure it fits you. (If you're trying to get out of a relationship or stop thinking about it, Relationship Closure is in this section. It's a great download to say goodbye to that old relationship and hello to a new life.)
Main Hypnosis & Meditation Store: This download store has a variety of downloads that help you deal with difficult or selfish people, bring the right people into your work life, increase your patience or decrease your overwhelm, get the message and keep you moving forward while you focus on your life's purpose. 


Writing Assignments: 
By now you should start to feel like you're getting into the habit of revisiting your homework, journal entries and goals. This should be nearly automatic: you pick up your journal and review your goals and then start on your homework. 
Revisit all of your goals and make sure that the lists that you've made fit in with your goals. This may make perfect sense right now or it could have nothing to do with one another. Do your best. If your goals and the people stuff lists don't seem to jive, they will by next assignment. Look everything you've done over (a few times) you'll be fine-tuning your goals this entire course.  
  1. Review your Goals.
  2. Review your Psychic Goals.
  3. Review your eCourse Goals. 
  4. Follow your Schedule this week.
  5. At the end of the week: Review your schedule and if it needs it: Write out your (new) Schedule. 
  6. Make notes next to each Goal: Now it's important to keep checking and to be sure everything is still supporting and complimenting each other. 
At four weeks, you should have a comfortable routine now. If you're still trying to figure this out, no problem. Sometimes figuring out your schedule is the hardest thing to do. Be patient and understanding with yourself (and life) and just simply, keep at it. You'll know when you're comfortable. Remember, finding what works for you is different than having resistance or using excuses for why things have not been done. When you're reading the 'finding out what you...' it means that you are still doing it. (It might be erratic or on different days or you may have some interruptions~but the sessions are still being done.)

Develop your Psychic Abilities
You should be in the habit of (or at least getting there) incorporate one download a day into your routine. One download a day. This would be different than the download and workbook homework assignment. This is specifically download time you're incorporating into your life. Talk to yourself about it, start looking forward to it, start reinforcing all of your good habits/choices immediately. If the downloads you have aren't doing the trick, you can always try All-In-One 5-10-15-20 (there's 5 different downloads, ranging from 5-20 minutes) or any of the downloads that put you to sleep, wake you up or give you a break. Click here to go to the main download store. If you have some ideas of what else you'd like to manifest and create or change, Click here to go to the Body, Mind & Soul download store to peruse our selections. And, by now you should be able to tell the difference between meditations and hypnosis sessions and which ones give you answers from where. (If you're a bit unsure of this, keep doing your homework. You'll figure it out and get in your own groove at the right speed and pace for you. All you have to do... Is keep doing it.)

Use your Hypnosis & Meditation Workbook (at least one time for each download)

Same. Same. Just do them. You should have figured out how many times a week that you'd like to do the downloads and workbook entries. (now, start doing what you like!) Enjoy doing one or two hypnosis and one or two meditation exercise again this week.
3.-You can incorporate any downloads that have to do with manifesting people for one of your entries this week. This is up to you, your choice what you want to be creating. If you're unsure, keep listening to the ones you have and when you're ready, get a different download to add into your routine. 
Journal Entries: 
1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after the list making exercise or after the last class.
2. Write out your plan for this coming week. 
3.  Make a List of Meditating Ideas
4. Jot down relationship patters and/or the people that are 'reoccurring' in your life.

Not everyone has ill intentions or plan to cause havoc in your life; they may just have a different moral scale than you do or have a history of getting into some kind of trouble. A few dollars now could save you thousands of dollars in the future and eliminate stress, trauma and heartache.
