When you think the word 'psychic' let it transfer to 'awareness'. These entries have everything that you need to develop your sensitivities, manifest what you desire and 'see' how a psychic channels's mind works. As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Bookmark this blog, grab your journal and expect magick to enter every aspect of your life.

Psychic Development: Journal!


One of the most important things you can (ever) do for yourself is to learn (know) how to hear yourself. When I'm referring to you and your relationship with yourself, I'm talking about you and ALL of your inner levels. In other words, everything that makes up who you are. (You have to know all parts of you. Ignoring or pretending you do not feel this way or that way only hurts you and stops your growth.) The hearing that I am referring to is more than just listening to yourself, it is understanding the messages that you are receiving. When you read or hear, "What does your body say?" or "What does your body want?", those questions are the end result of what you have gotten from your meditations, journaling, all of the downloads and workbook exercises. The answer comes from introspection, analyzing and opening to the subtle signs and symptoms your body is constantly giving you. Hearing yourself...Is understanding [that part] of yourself [at that moment]. 

Journaling is all about getting to know yourself. It is about being your own best friend, your very best support system and your tireless cheerleader. The more good, life affirming stuff you can fit in your head, the better.) 
The ways and reasons that you can journal are unending. You'll find your journaling time will grow, become easier and eventually take on a life of its own. If you're interested in automatic writing and channeling, pay very close attention to this class. You may want to retake it (in a few weeks it will be available through Spiritual Answers and Solutions .com as an online and email eCourse) with the goals of channeling, Higher Self, contacting The Other Side, astral travel and/or automatic writing.  Journaling is an invaluable resource when you're developing any type of  psychic ability. 

Start looking for a journal for your daily entries. (You'll start this type of journaling next week.) You can pick anything that you like. It can be large or small, lined or unlined. You may find that a calendar itself suits you or a journal that has spots for you to review and write about your day. You daily journal needs to be completely separate from everything else. You need a new, separate journal for next week. If you can't figure it out, get something that you like looking at everyday. And, while you're shopping and brainstorming about what type fits you the best, think of what colors, images and/or wording that is going to reinforce your goals and line of thinking every single time you look at it. 
If you've caught the constant reminding you to get a journal that 'fits' you and the links to Changes Made Easy .com, it is because many of the journals [housed there] compliment a variety of the downloads and classes. They are created to trigger you subconsciously and 'speed up' the natural manifesting time by simply clicking replay in your mind. Was that confusing? Keep doing what you're doing. Get to know your body even better. Listen to the Taking Care of Your Body and Delicate Conscience downloads to make every [body] thing automatic. Your download routine should be second nature by now. As we add in new techniques, keep checking and revising your schedule to fit your lifestyle and goals. (Change them as you need to. It's easier if you do it as you go rather than having to break and reestablish a new habit and routine later on.)
After the class is over, you'll be able to decide how much time and energy you need and where you want to spend it to achieve your goals. This course and your scheduling is different. You're learning how to work with your body and your mind (inner levels) to find, try and set in place a schedule (routine) that creates stability, comfort and security into every aspect of your life. 


Journaling to Create What You Want
You're already doing it. You're already in the habit. Now, you're going to start using your
journal entries to create your day. One day at a time is a great way to start. You can
download or screen shot the instructions. (If you end up doing the email class, you'll get the jpeg in your course materials.) You'll need this exercise to get you ready for next week.  Homework: Do this journaling exercise 3x this week. Be sure to document what happened that day! ;) And, in celebrating your manifestations happening, you're reinforcing 'it' that 'this' is what you want to keep happening. You're saying, "Yay! It Works! Do it, again, Subconscious Mind! It Works! Yay!" Even the simplest things matter. Every time you create what you want (it's about awareness) you should be jumping up and down for joy. Be super stoked that you did it. And, really, it was ALL parts of you that were in alignment and voila! Poof. The magic just happened (your manifestation materialized). Really, it doesn't get much better than that. 

Meditation Assignment:
All of your Meditation Assignments are for you to get to know you. It's your responsibility to keep up with what you asked yourself last week. You can continue to ask the same types of questions, build on the last session or start something completely new. It's up to you. If you're still working on ______, then keep at it! And, just add body stuff this week. 

~*~Tune into your Higher Self:
Try this technique 3 times this week and document it in your meditation journal. 

~*~The Ask Yourself/Meditate on That Technique:
1. Make your body part of your focus this week, again. 
Do exactly what you did last week. You can even use notes that you took two weeks ago! 
2. Meditate on 3 different occasions with Your Body being the focus.
a. Meditate on (ask about) one or two of the items on your list of ideas from last week
b. Ask your Body for a message~What does your body want to tell you?
c. Ask (request) that you get to know your body better. (Build on what you learned last week.) This will be different for everyone. This is your body, you have your own unique relationship with your body (even if you just found out about you animal having their own thoughts and feelings!), you've always had it and you'll continue to work with or against body (or any variation of this) for the rest of your time here. 
3. Write about your experiences in your Meditation Journal.

Sort out all of the body information that you accumulated last week. And, this week... Keep doing it. The exact same 5 and start to think and document how to incorporate everything that you're learning into your life. If you need some ideas or if any of the things you asked about last week are finished, add one of the things listed last week to your list.

Yep. You've got this weekly thing down. And, just keep checking everything. 
When something does come into fruition, be sure to write the date you received it and as soon as possible, replace that goal with a new one. Oh. And, Celebrate!!! Good Job!

  6. Make notes next to each Goal: Now it's important to keep checking and to be sure everything is still supporting and complimenting each other.

Is there a download that fits what you're struggling with now or one that reinforces what you're creating? Is there anything that you're craving or that you 'want' to hear? If you haven't tried any new ones, now is a good time. This week you'll be doing 2 downloads for your workbook homework and 7 downloads for your daily homework assignment. That's 9 total. You can keep using the ones that you have or start some new ones.)

You can never have enough Black Boards. Seriously. These are the best things ever. Try one, you'll be glad you did. It's amazing. Please read the very short description of these. Main Hypnosis & Meditation Store: This download store has a variety of downloads that help you sleep, start and end your day [the way you want to feel] and downloads to take a time-out or just to get away. A great download for your body: If you have dogs, get the Walk Your Dog! download. It gets you outside, tunes you into your pet and your body and keeps you present. Another recommended download is Healing Waters. You can use this guided meditation anytime you want (or need) and healing, soothing energy in/for your mind, body and emotions. You can pick which 'thing' you want to work on that day. Every time you listen to the download, you can get in touch with the part of you that needs the attention.

Workbook Entries: 
Now, you've gotten into the hang of doing this every week. Good Job! This week you can do any two downloads [in your workbook] that you like. Pick one hypnosis download and one meditation download.

Journal Entries: 
1. Write out (as much or as little detail as you like, see Writing Instructions for help) how you felt after looking over your list exercise or after the last class.
2. Write out your plan for this coming week. 
3.  Jot down the things you've discovered about your body. Pick one thing your body has requested of you or something it wants from you and journal your body's feelings, wants and needs. And, what you're going to do about it. 
4.  Write out the answers that you received from last week's Meditating Ideas List and analyze them.
5. Write out a list of Meditation questions for this week. (They can be about anything you're curious about or would like more information on or something as simple as a yes or no question about your life.)
6. Journal about your answers: what they are, how you received them, how you felt, how long it took you to get the answers, etc.

  • And Check with yourself to figure out what's going on, or more appropriately, what the message is.
  • Do you think you have a block? And, blocks are not bad, at all. It's your mind helping you by bringing you whats thwarting you. "Yay! Thank You, Wonderful, Powerful Subconscious Mind!" Click here to read about and check if you have a block. Remember: A block is not something that is meant to stop you, necessarily, it's a message. Ask yourself all about it! And, of course, the best way to 'fix' it.
  • Trouble with the Meditating Techniques?  Try listening to Learn How to Relax (this teaches you how to relax your body) and/or Relax Your Mind. If what you've been doing is not working, try If the meditation instructions [you have] aren't doing the trick, you can always try All-In-One 5-10-15-20 (there's 5 different downloads, ranging from 5-20 minutes) or any of the downloads that relax you, help you have a time out (Hypnosis Escape) or give you a break.  Journal! Keeping a record of your experiences and thoughts is priceless. Sometimes we forget why we made the choices we did or how we came to the conclusions. Those amazing Ah-ha moments may slip from our minds or our dreams may fade throughout the day~ journaling keeps them alive and accessible [to our conscious minds/selves]. You can start simple, once a week is great. You can write only when you get the inspiration or when you wake up from a vivid dream. Journaling is a very simple commitment you make to yourself saying, "I want to know what the inner levels of me are saying, thinking, feeling..." A journal can be anything from a spiral bound notebook to an application you have on your phone. You want to use whatever you feel comfortable with. Make it something convenient, personal and special. If you worry about other people reading it, get a small one that you keep on you at all times or have a lock on your phone or on that file in your computer. Affirmations are so very helpful. They can make everything in your life better. They help you accomplish what you need to quicker and easier than you have before. Affirmations affirm what you want in your life. They help you keep your mind on track and focused on your goals.

If you're unsure of which ones you need, it's alright. Take your time. There isn't any rush. The affirmation videos are another avenue for you to tap into the power of your mind. 

You may find that watching and listening to the sleep and dreams works great for you right before bed or you may discover that having it play in the background while you're typing (and can occasionally look up and think about an affirmation) does wonders for you when you finally get to bed at night. Every person is completely different. What works for you is what works for you (and maybe only you). It's about what's in your mind: what you want to keep, what you want to get rid of, what you want to change and/or what you want to enhance and reinforce. The most personal thing in the world is a thought. Use your thoughts wisely. You are the only one who really knows what's going on in your mind. 


Here is your opportunity to use it to your advantage. In the next few weeks, this blog will do a short series of classes (5-6 total) over a period of about 3-4 months. You'll get homework and assignments to complete. You'll be journaling, meditating, thinking and contemplating. The videos are important because you can use them to keep yourself on track (to what/which ever goal/subject that you pick).

[Just for future reference] when there are holidays involved, the bog entries will be a bit sporadic, depending on all of the dates. Oh, and yes, Friday the 13th is a holiday. lol




By far, the best newsletter I have ever done is Making Magic Happen. It is lovely. So lovely, in fact, that I'm dedicating today to expand on it. You can see the newsletter here. Click on the Blessings of Magick (title) and the newsletter will open. That newsletter (because I love it so much) will go out once a year on a Friday the 13th. And, every newletter will have updated items, eBooks and downloads. There will still be variety! Another blog article will follow with new stories and updates. The title (Happy Friday the 13th) will be the same but the content will all be different. If you're not signed up for the newsletter, you can do that here.  Look very closely at all of the pictures, most of them move. It's subtle but wonderful (hee hee) notice the picture below. Can you see the shimmering of her potion?

Speaking of subtleties, that's what all the newsletters and blog entries are sprinkled with. They may be short or seem simple, reread them. Everything, every line, has meaning. There's no fluff or filler. It's definitely a bonus knowing the mind. Remember, I'm writing to you on a variety of levels, all of the time. 




The newsletter Making Magick Happen is filled with little tidbits and hints of how to create the world that you want. It's broken up into a multitude of sections to make it easier to find what you're looking for and describes the latest store that's opening. The download store started as Spells, Curses and unHexes (spellscursesandunhexes.com) and has transformed its self into Making Magick Happen. Why? Simply because you're the one doing it. You are the one who's creating the changes, reversing negative patterns and/or clearing and get rid of the things you don't want. It's not the downloads that are doing it for you ~ you are using them as tools to reach the various parts of you that trigger the energy to get the results that you want. 
Each download has a brief description of what it is for. There's not very much detail because part of the inner workings of these downloads are the exploring, discovering and visualizing what's in them. (You may be very surprised what pops up when you're not planning what should be happening!) If you're not sure what you need or what you should be doing, go to the description of the store (you can see that here) because it describes each category and what you'll find in them. Don't be scared off by any of the wording and be aware that the titles may not mean anything to you until you listen to them. 



All of the downloads are created for you to use as many times as you'd like. Some of them you may not need that often but you can file them away until the need arises again or until someone you know needs them.  How many objects can you really loose and need to retrieve, anyway? And, if you are loosing a ton of stuff all of the time, you may want to think about doing some type of clearing download to make sure there isn't some mischievous someone or another moving your stuff around! It is very nice to know, though, that anything that ends up missing you can get back, reverse a bad luck streak or/and that you can banish anyone or anything from your life. The more security you have within yourself the better choices you are going to make. Why? All decisions made from a place of calm confidence is going to trump panic and fear every time.  Clarity and trust are two things that you can never cultivate enough of; just place it in the correct forum ~ with your Higher Self. 



If you are worried about anything negative being woven into anything that you find in the store, rest assured I have done my very best to make sure that doesn't happen. (You'll work out any emotional resistance and get Higher messages before casting and I have even included spaces in certain spells for you to change your mind and turn around.) I'm making them and in doing so, am 'somehow' to connected to every person that uses them. Alas, anyone can turn something peaceful and loving into something dangerous and ugly, but, to ease your mind, the downloads do not start that way. The platform for every one of them is you; your inner power. Each and everyone one of us are responsible for our own actions, decisions and choices. And we are bound to them ~ in this life and/or the next. 


Let the downloads and exploration of them be fun and exciting. It is amazing and mystical. 
It is magickal! 
And, remember if you can think of it ... You can create it.
